When i finally called the office (no one called me to rectify the situation) they told me they could send someone out today between 930-5pm. The office closes at 5pm, so if dude no shows again there is no one to call. After I requested to speak to a manager I was cold transfered to voicemail with no name and no recording feature. They have forgotten to come when scheduled, popped up when not scheduled, changed appts without notification. If you're not flexible with them, they'll say well that's how it is. I've canceled my service and will be using someone else moving forward. I also asked for a refund for this month since they are unable to service and was denied. Never trust a business who will take you money, make errors and lack flexibility to self correct errors. Never again because the monthly cost is actually too much for a service that's every other month and you MISS some months. Not the first time this has happened which means this is a habit.
