Great location, can get a bit busy on weekends. The area is beautiful and gives a vibrant but chill atmosphere. Went during the slower happy hour and they were better able to accommodate gluten-free options for an allergy, versus a busy dinner when they said their gluten-free wasn't completely gluten-free. Overall great drinks and good.

Here for dinner and the festive feels!

Boca is in a perfect location on Park Ave to grab a nice dinner or drink! We brought my dad here for a dinner before heading over to Leu Gardens. We went heavy on the apps, with the calamari, zucchini fries, parmesan truffle fries, and Brussels sprouts. The zucchini fries were the standout to me - I loved the goddess sauce for dipping. I'm not a big calamari person, but my boyfriend said he'd order it again! We didn't love the sauce with the brussels sprouts, but on their own they were nicely cooked. I chose the salmon for a lighter option, and the squash was a nice pairing. Not the most flavorful salmon I've ordered, but still a really solid entree. My dad loved his burger, and my boyfriend really enjoyed his salad with chicken. Service was kind and attentive. I'd return for sure! I'd like to try a cocktail and some other food next time!

Had a shopping day with a friend and ended up at Boca for a bite to eat. The wait time wasnt bad, just a few minutes. We chose an outside table so we could enjoy the weather. The server was great. He walked us through the most popular menu items and we ended up choosing a few items to share. The chicken and waffle wasnt aesthetically pleasing but was so tasty. My friend really enjoyed her meal as well. We werent in the mood for cocktails but we able to get these really tasty mocktails. The server checked in a few times to ensure we were having a good time and enjoying our meals but wasn't overbearing. I havent made my way back here yet, but trust me its coming.

    Medium rare burger

I had this place on my list for a while, finally decided to give it a try. The decor was beautiful and the chairs are comfy, the music isn't too loud either. Great for dates, simple brunch's or just a day out. I opted for a grass fed burger to give it a try. I asked for it to be well done, however upon cutting into my burger was a medium rare burger.... I immediately sent it back, my waitress stated she asked for it to be well done. (Not her fault) .. the burger took a little while to come back out, when it did come back out, it was good and I got a basket of fresh fries since mine were already cold from waiting. The fries were my fav, crispy and crunchy well seasoned. Overall I wouldn't get the burger again LOL. But I would visit here again, the service was great and the food was good.

Another good experience at Boca! We came in for bunch after running a race and had a good experience. Service was amazing. To drink, I got the spicy Bloody Mary. It was absolutely delicious. For my entree, I got the crab Benedict. There was plenty of crab. The dish was well constructed and the sauce was perfection. The potatoes were a great sides. The restaurant is clean and cozy. I was very impressed with their cappuccino as well. This is a great spot on Parl Ave.

Sweet Potato Gnocchi with capers instead of mushrooms

I had a fantastic dinner at Boca last night! Both the hostess and server were sweet, helpful, and patient. I appreciated this very much especially because I was there to meet a group of ladies I had never met before (thanks to the Timeliest app!), and I was understandably a bit nervous going in. Aside from the wonderful service, the food and drink were excellent as well (all 5 other ladies agreed!). I had a glass of their moscato which was, quite possibly, the most delicious moscato I've had in at last 20 years. I also had the Cheesy Corn Fritters and Brussels Sprouts, both which were throughly enjoyed by the entire table. For my entree, I chose the Sweet Potato Gnocchi and I substituted capers for the mushrooms...a choice that proved to be a very good idea! Lastly, I had the creme brûlée with a decaf latte, both delicious!

This place has been on my list for a while to check out and I finally had the opportunity to. The restaurant is nice. The lighting is comfortable and the decor is cool. They might wanna dust some of the hanging xmas decorations for webs though. There was plenty of seating when we arrived so we got a table almost immediately. We were greeted by our waitress who introduced herself and took our drink orders while we reviewed the menu. I opted for the ginger pomberry which I think was great. To eat I went for the papparadelle bolognese and that was a good meal. My fiancé opted for a burger and it seems that if you don't specify, they cook the burgers closer to medium rare. The waitress kindly took the burger back and brought us a fresh burger cooked well. The fries were probably the best part of I kept picking at them between my forkfuls of pasta. I'll keep this one on my list to return to.

Such a fun and delicious brunch spot in Winter Park. I went for my birthday and had the BEST time -- food was amazing, bottomless mimosas were flowing, and the whole place has a lively but still classy feel. It's the kind of brunch that feels like a mini event in itself, not just a meal. The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and upbeat, and everything we had was super fresh and flavorful. Definitely a go-to if you're celebrating something or just want a really good brunch experience in the Park Ave area. I'll absolutely be back -- this one's an easy favorite.

As we were strolling down park avenue we were looking for a lunch place. We came in here and got greeted and seated quickly. Our waiter was very attentive overall with several linger lapses in service. The restaurant is very loud but offers a good vibe. We ordered some coffee to start and got a great French press served with cream and aNice presentation. We placed our food order and set and enjoyed our coffee. The food was a very, very long wait. I ordered the Cubano with fries and my wife ordered the breakfast flatbread. Presentation was good but my sandwich was poorly pressed and refrigerator cold. Tasted very good though. Fries were good too. The flatbread looked good and my wife said it was tasty. The white of the egg was a little clear.

Great spot for brunch! Really nice ambiance. Waitress was really friendly with answering questions about the menu options, and when we were unsure about which juice to add to our mimosas, she brought out some sample sizes for us to mix ourselves! We ordered the pork and crab benedict's which were good, but I wish the English muffin was more toasted, so it didn't get soggy under all the sauce. They have an Aperol Spritz tree here for $59 for 6 that people should check out if that's your vibe! That is a really good deal!

SHRIMP & GRITS - sauteéd shrimp, andouille sausage, red peppers, creamy grits, cajun sauce
    John R.

Though I have had this place bookmarked for a very long time, the first location I visited was the newer one in Lake Mary. Thinking it was great there, it was my assumption that going to Winter Park would be even better and... not so much. Service was kind of slow, the food was deemed okay by the other people at the table. I did enjoy my SHRIMP & GRITS - sauteéd shrimp, andouille sausage, red peppers, creamy grits, cajun sauce. But otherwise, outside of the ambiance of Winter Park, I am going to stick to the Lake Mary location.

Loved the cows on the couches.

Elian was our server, and he was great. He knew his menu. I asked for mocktails, and he recommended Hibiscus Mojito and Ginger Pomberry, and both were delicious. We shared the Pig & Bee Flatbread, also recommended by Elian. We also had the Crispy Calamari. For entrees, we had Sweet Potato Gnocchi, Shrimp & Grits, Papparadelle Bolognese, Scampi Seafood Pasta, and Pirk Osso Bucco. Yummy. Even their iced tea tastes good. Two thumbs up.

    Shrimp Scampi Style Seafood dinner
    Shirley F.

Boca is a warm, inviting fine casual dining restaurant. It's definitely not a sports bar, no TV's. They have small intimate dining areas that are very cozy with pleasant decor. It offers a very sizable bar and patio/sidewalk dining areas. We decided to sit at the bar. My husband and I both spotted the Scampi Style Seafood dinner, which we both ordered. This wonderful seafood dish was loaded with chunks of Lobster, shrimp, topped with mussels in the shell, served in a broth with linguini. It was delicious, but I must report that it lacked zest, somewhat bland, which really surprised me. My husband and I shared a Caesar salad because it was definitely more than enough for two. Our bar server, Zey (female) was quite friendly, attentive and efficient. We will definitely be returning to this delightful restaurant. Now, I must tell you about their very conscience, friendly and gracious manager, Erin. When we arrived, the sun was already down and it was quite chilly. This restaurant had full glass doors that can be opened to the sidewalk cafe dining area. I asked the hostess if she would ask the manager if they could close one of the doors as it was as chilly inside as it was outside. Erin, the manager came to us with a genuine hello and informed us they would close one of the doors. This is not the best part...Erin actually offered me a large cup of hot water so that I may hold the cup to warm my hands!!! What a wonderful and caring person! I declined, but thanked her very much. They offer great happy hour specials. The only downside I have to report is parking. As many of you know, finding parking downtown Winter Park is frustrating to say the least. We happened to totally luck out and got a parking spot right in front of the restaurant!! I highly recommend this charming and welcoming restaurant.

Where can I find their Brunch menu with prices? The one at their site does not show pricing and can find no images or pdf anywhere online.

Do they have bottomless mimosas for brunch?

When we went pre-COVID, it was $15 for bottomless. Not sure if anything has changed.

Is there a happy hour, and if so, days/times?

I recommend you call Boca directly and ask. Right now, many restaurants may not have set schedules like before. The last time I went the menu was limited.

Is there a private room or space for a group of 10-12 people?

Not sure about a "private room" but they could probably block off the back dining area (just past the kitchen window) to some extent to keep a generalized location for your group. The restrooms are also in that area though so it would likely have to… Read more

My brother and I deliberate days before on meeting up and with little hesitation, we opted for the Ravenous Pig! Securing a table reservation we instead opted to sit on the pub side where the TVs are. Soon after sitting down, we were greeted by Christina who was our server for the afternoon! Now this is Brunch Mode at the Ravenous Pig with a brunch style menu and beautiful rays on Sunshine which can feel quite different if you're used to having meals or drinks here for dinner where it can be quite busier and a different vibe! Today's visit was comfortable in the pub, lite in the dining room floor and nearly full outside in the beer garden. I settled in with the current version of the Gin and Jam! It tends to change as products become available with the underlying truth being a lite and refreshing cocktail to start with. This version is well done overall! Food wise we started with the Croquettes which had a sausage in them which brought good flavor paired with the crunchy exterior and white sauce on the plate resulted in an appetizing dish. Continuing on, the Sparkling Tea on menu is fantastic! As a side beverage or even mocktail form, it's a great Bev. We went with that and with the Magic game about to start, I went with the IT GOES TO ELEVEN cocktail! Boozy, Bright and Veracious! With these drinks in hand, we decided to move forward with more food and after consulting with Christina, we went with the Huckleberry pancake and the miso butter ribs. Without a doubt, the Huckleberry pancake was the standout star of the two dishes! A light pancake with great flavor and depth that doesn't fill you up but is a great sweeter dish that I can see Incorporated with a more savory brunch item like bacon and eggs as an example. Overall a great time for brunch! Shout out to Brian, Costa (the GOAT) and Scott for keeping it real and just being great individuals overall!

The snapper collar tacos were the star of the show. Easily enough to share between two people, with fresh fish and really good homemade corn tortillas. The fish of the day was also excellent and the fresh ciabatta with garlic butter was hard to stop eating. The cauliflower appetizer missed the mark a bit for me, the pieces were a little too big and came out slightly undercooked. The chicken salad was just alright, nothing bad but nothing memorable either. Parking can be a little tough in the area, but the complimentary valet makes it much easier. I love that they have a quicker option out back with the beer garden, you can't go wrong!

I got a cheese board, truffled fries, fried chicken caviar, and a deviled affogato for dessert. My date for the creste di gallo and the olive oil citrus cake. Everything was was very good, with the standout being the fries; I know that truffle essence flavor isn't for everyone but it worked really well for me in the fry sauce. My dates pasta was also very good, the pesto sauce was zesty and complimented it well. And I really like the olive oil cake with mascarpone, super light and perfectly sweet. The very minor issues were that the fried chicken was pretty deeply fried and way harder than expected, which I don't mind but may not be your thing. Devil's food cake at the bottom of the affogato was also not as sweet as I would have liked. Overall a really enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend.

Southern comfort food as a general rule just doesn't sit well with me anymore and I'm going to be very transparent and bare my soul a little bit here but here goes . . . Ever since being on GLP1's, I've developed a really complicated relationship with comfort food. Foods that are rich, buttery, creamy or fatty now hit me completely differently than they used to. It's almost like my body immediately goes into shutdown mode afterwards. I feel heavy, exhausted and like I've instantly ballooned even if the portions themselves aren't massive. For the longest time I honestly thought it was simply the richness of the food itself but now I realize it's because my digestion just can't process heavier comfort foods the same way anymore. Suddenly... it all makes sense. The food itself here is VERY good. Properly seasoned, well prepared, beautifully presented... absolutely no complaints there whatsoever. I simply have to become more mindful and strategic now with my menu selections no matter WHERE I dine. I chose the Creekstone Farm's NY Strip with the fabulous bone marrow which I KNOW is supposed to be incredibly nutrient rich and good for you... but honestly... it just about put me under afterwards. This dinner happened thanks to Ronnald M. and his sister Teris and it was our pre-opera dinner outing before seeing the fabulous Merry Widow at the Dr. Phillips Center. The Monroe is honestly a very good pre-concert restaurant choice because of both the atmosphere and location... I'm just personally learning that this new GLP1 reality means I can't approach menus the way I used to anymore.

He recommended the special for the day which I ordered and holy crap, it was amazing. Huge grouper cooked to perfection with a light curry and creamy corn sauce that had just the right heat. All of this over some jasmine rice... we were in heaven. Parents got a fried grouper sandwich that was huge, and had their amazing wedge salads. My brother got the pork chop that had a perfectly sweet exterior, mashed potato's and carrots. We ordered the hummingbird cake and it had so much flavor with the cream cheese frosting and toasted pecans. Our waiter surprised my brother with their butter cake that was cooked to melt in your mouth. If you want to explore Ivanhoe Village area and want an incredible meal or snack, head to this place. We can't wait to go back and try some other items.

Due to a schedule conflict, we canceled our reservation at a steakhouse in Winter Park and…read morecelebrated Mothers Day on Saturday, a day early. We found The Pinery and wanted to give it a trial. The only spot open was at 4:30 pm, so we made the reservation and showed up, valet parking and came in. We were sat immediately. The hostess seemed stressful, without any smiles, she took away 2 out 4 silverware and plate sets on our table for a party of 3. 12 minutes went by. The crowded dining room had 2 servers. A booth of 6 next to us were waiting for their drinks patiently. I finally got up and let the hostess know that nobody stopped by. She said someone would be with us soon. About 4.minutes later, a lady stopped, said sorry, and took our drink orders, a Pineapple Sugar, a Macha Mojito, and a glass of Napa Valley Chardonnay. She also brought us 3 glasses of water. More servers started coming. Finally, Mark introduced himself, took our food orders. The food was delicious. We shared the Steamed Clams and Brie and Petal Honey. They were so good that we had to ask Mark fir extra crispy bread slides. For entrees, my wife had the Brussel Salad with Anchovy, and she loved it. My son had the Pork Chop while I tried the Crab Stuffed Salson. Excellent food and temperature. We were quite full for desserts, but Mark insisted, so we decided to order a Humingbird Cake and was informed that ithere was no more. Then we took the today's special, which was a strawberry pudding. It took 15 minutes to get the dessert with 3 spoons because, according yo Mark, they made a new patch. In my own opinion, this operation was not well prepared for a such busy Saturday on one of the busiest events. We saw the manager being the server assistant delivering food for his servers, while he was super friendly, and we and the servers appreciated him, he should have led his crew. For lack of leadership, I took away one star though Nark saved our dining experience. We plan to be back another time not during the chaotic holidays to see the real beauty of The Pinery.
