Very cute dinner with good food and good service. Got the build your own omelette which was big enough to share. Biscuit and gravy was really good too. Great place for breakfast

Buffalo Chicken Salad

It's been a minute since I've been to a Bob's Diner. I do enjoy the diner scene. I ordered the buffalo chicken salad, a side of fries and chocolate java cake for dessert. The buffalo sauce on the salad was a good amount of spicy heat. It was a big salad. The side of fries was a little small for the price. I got a lot a tiny pieces like it was either the bottom of the bag or end of the ones they just cooked. The chocolate in the chocolate Java cake hide the Java but was still tasty. My server was always ready with a refill for my tea. Definitely a place where you know you'll get a simple good meal

Service was great. Was seated immediately after I walked in by a friendly employee. My waitress was also extremely friendly and made helpful recommendations for food. I ultimately ordered a turkey bacon Swiss sandwich which turned out to be fantastic and was delivered to me within 5 minutes of ordering. In the restaurant there is music playing and bring orange colors giving it a bit of an oldies feel which I appreciated. Over very nice 5 star experience would recommend

This is very staple diner food. Nothing special, nothing to go out of your way for. Just a solid diner where you'll have a diner quality breakfast. Nothing wrong with that whatsoever Country fried steak was good, the gravy was above average and biscuits were cooked well. The shredded hashbrowns tasted like McDonald's hash browns, very greasy, and I loved it. Make sure to order them extra crispy I will say the pancakes were a let down. Yes they're "big" as in circumference but they were very thin. Not much fluff going on there which is a big disappointment. Always want my pancakes better than the food itself but the savory dishes were good Our waitress was very sweet and super tentative. Sammy I think her name was The restaurant is cute and gives GREAT diner vibes. I will say there are a few churches within walking distance so I imagine it'll get packed after service because there isn't a crazy amount of seating. In the summer they do have outdoor seating which is always a pleasure

Classic Bob's Eggs Benny Breakfast

This place is adorable... The interior is so bright and cheerful, and the staff is great. If you're there for breakfast, I highly recommend the eggs Benedict. It just needed a touch more sauce I think. I also got the peanut butter pie to go, so I'm excited to try that. We had Beatrice as our server. Definitely a great place to stop by when you're in the Carnegie area and needing a diner food fix!

Best Chk Country Fried Steak & Eggs Breakfast

In my opinion, Bob's Diner makes the best Chicken Fried Steak in town. The outside breading is crunchy and the interior meat is extremely tender. The meat must have been beaten to a pulp with a meat tenderizer and brined because I have been back at least 5 times just for this. I also normally add a side of corned beef hash to round out this satisfying breakfast. On a few occasions, the wait was too long so I was not able to get in to eat; I later found out that they were short staffed that day.

Corned beef hash breakfast. :)

Thank you Sylvia for the best service this morning. We loved our breakfast. While this was my first visit, it will not be my last.

Bob's Eggs Benny Breakfast

Was in the area and wanted some breakfast. Significant other has eaten here before so he pulled in. Walked in and were seated immediately. Our waitress was very nice. I got the Bobs eggs benny, hit the spot. Loved the thick cut of ham. And their breakfast potatoes were amazing. Very reasonably priced. It was a holiday so it wasn't too busy when we were there but the after church crowd did begin to roll in when we were leaving which we were very happy about. They were closing an hour early which was completely understandable.

Kids Mac and Cheese

They serve breakfast all day if you're looking for a little mom and pop chain. They have big salads with lots of flavor. The staff is nice and there is outdoor seating for nice days as well. The burgers are big and the kids mac and cheese is house made and not from a box!

My favorite breakfast place in Pittsburgh. Homey with great food, plus the portions are pretty big too. Definitely try the french toast!

I waited for about 10-minutes waiting to be seated. There were people walking around, working, but it did not seem like anyone was quick to address the door. When I got sat, the woman at the host stand handed me a menu and said there's a table around the corner I could sit at, so I took my menu and went to the table. The woman who handed me the menu said she would come take my order, but after ten minutes more of sitting there, I couldn't wait longer because I don't know when I would get served. I walked up to the stand and sat my menu down to walk out and nobody even realized I was leaving, even the lady who gave me the menu, who was standing there. A couple next to me said "we would walk out too. None of them paid any attention to you."

The home fries were not greasy and the marbled rye bread slices were generous. My girlfriend enjoyed her breakfast as well. The place wasn't crowded when we arrived nor did it get crowded during our visit. Sat mornings must be a good time to drop in. Prices are reasonable for what you would expect at this diner. We made a reservation online, and upon arrival, we were immediately greeted and seated by the very kind young host. We were seated upstairs, where our waitress took excellent care of us throughout the evening. She was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful when answering our questions and making recommendations. After ordering our drinks, which were deliciously crafted, we were served two rolls accompanied by their homemade olive oil dip. I wish I had asked what ingredients were in the dip because it was absolutely phenomenal! For our appetizer, we chose the House Made Meatballs in their Sunday Sauce. The sauce was unlike any other, but had the perfect balance of tangy, salty, and sweet. For dinner, we ordered the Shrimp and Lobster Florentine, Carbonara, and Smoked Gouda Pierogies. Every dish came out quickly, the perfect temperature, and packed with flavor. We truly had nothing negative to say about our experience at DeBlaze at 131. We were hoping to try one, or more, of their homemade desserts, but unfortunately, we were too full. Thankfully, that's just one more reason to come back and enjoy another incredible meal!

We ordered the raspberry french toast and Guy Was Here. The French toast was coated in crushed corn flakes and it added the best texture! The raspberry cream cheese and raspberry puree made it absolute perfection. The Guy Was Here was a little confusing. The menu made no mention of eggs - and if you've watched the show Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, you know Guy doesn't like eggs. So it made sense to us that it didn't have eggs. We ordered two over easy eggs to go on top. We should have asked if the entree included eggs, that would have been the smart thing to do, Anyway, there were scrambled eggs. But the over easy eggs were a nice addition. The potatoes in the bowl were so good and the jalapeños had a nice kick. My only request would be more butter on the toast. There was one little spot of butter. That is literally the only thing I would have changed. Overall a great experience!

As someone who is proudly half-Italian and spoiled by the kitchen of my Nana, I can 100% endorse LeoGreta! They are the real deal. If you want quality, scratch-made Italian food, you really don't need to go anywhere else. Never had a bad experience. It's almost like being in Italy again. Almost. Service is spectacular. Every single time. The food is consistently put out with high-quality and fresh ingredients. Each time I am home for a visit, I have two friends that I meet up with for a special dinner. We do this prior to our entire gang hanging out together. Next time I'm back, it has been decided this will be the place. I have been craving their Grandma Pizza Bread. It's as close to perfect as you can get. What I have really been craving though is their gnocchi. It's my favorite food in the world. It's scratch/house made and absolutely delicious. The pasta sauces are out of this world and packed with so much flavor. You can get sandwiches on the weekend too, mortadella, meatball, and a couple of others. Speaking of meatballs...I don't know what kind of voodoo they put in but those meatballs are just the best! Don't even get me started on the chicken parm.
