I wanted to update my review. I come here from time to time, and I always have amazing drinks, but today was gross. As soon as you open the door, it smells like the sewer. It is strong, too. I'm not sure what issues they are having, but you don't want to smell that in a place you are getting something to drink. It just looks gross, too. The floors are very dirty, and the walls have spill marks and what looks like boogers on them. I know they have had problems with finding employees in the past, but this has become extreme. There is no care put into the business anymore. I also ordered a slush this time, and there were no sounds of it being made with any type of blending machine. It came straight out within a minute. Seems odd. I won't be back until this place cleans up. read more

Super cute spot near my house! I ordered the strawberry matcha with boba and it was FIRE! I love that they use fresh strawberries in the drink. Four stars because the place had a slightly weird smell that was a bit off putting but I don't know if that is temporary or just me being sensitive. Similar to that of rotten eggs or fish, like a sewer gas type smell. There was even a sign, saying, tell us if you smell a smell. It made me nauseous. My friend ordered the Brown Sugar Fresh Milk, I got the Sunshine Fruit Tea. The drinks themselves were pretty good and the staff was friendly/quick. The only thing holding me back from a higher rating is the smell. They really need to invest in some air fresheners or air purifiers, for me to come back. read more

Nice little hole in the wall place. Service was fast and friendly and the tea was good. No more than 25% of the cup was ice and the boba was fresh. I had a large Thai milk tea with boba to go. I've only been here a couple times but I feel like it's one of those places if you are dying for your boba fix but this one is next to you and you're too lazy to drive out, ya go here. They have a pretty wide variety of drinks and toppings to choose from plus snacks like chicken wings, calamari, fries, etc. So that's nice. I also appreciate they offer two different sizes on some drinks. I'm not sure if you can adjust the sugar and ice level since I didn't see it on the menu but you could ask? The matcha strawberry didn't look visually appealing or taste that great. The strawberry sauce tasted a lil tarte and from a jar? The matcha tasted dull and not like the ceremonial grade stuff, which probably explains the dull green color. Please correct me if I'm wrong though! But that's just personal pref bc I love my matcha. The strawberry smoothie wasn't bad, my 3 year old gulped it down and said mmmm! I've had the taro milk tea in the past and it's decent. But tastes like they are using the powder shiiiet. The decor was just okay to me and nothing stood out. The staff here were friendly as well. We ordered a regular Jasmine Milk Tea with boba ($3.99) and a large Black Milk Tea with boba ($4.74). It took a very long time before our drinks were ready since there were at least 3 other parties ahead of us. We finally got our drinks and were on our way. The Jasmine Milk Tea did not taste anywhere close to what Jasmine Milk Tea was supposed to taste like. The Black Milk Tea was bland and also wasn't close to what it was supposed to be. The decent part of the drink was the boba which was soft and chewy. In my opinion, the drinks could have been better with more flavor so it wouldn't be bland. The service there are friendly and really nice! They also have soo many drink options to choose from! I got their tropical kult and my husband got their caramel coffee brûlée! Oh my goodness their tropical kult drink is so refreshing and delicious on a hot day! I would definitely get another one! Great little boba shop. I thought they were closed because I saw a clothe over their store but it's just to keep it shaded. I tried their brown sugar crème brûlée drink, it was amazing. The place is not very obvious at the first sight and it is kind of tiny, but it is a treasure place inside. We really wanted some boba drinks the night before, and it is located very close to the temple, so we went right after going to the temple. We ordered 4 drinks: taro smoothie, coconut smoothie, house's smoothie taro coco, and durian smoothie. I don't remember which popping boba we each ordered, but it was the first time I tried popping boba and it was a cool feeling as they pop in your mouth! I like it! Their original boba has great texture as well with it being chewy but not too chewy. The taro and the coconut flavor was good, not too sweet. The best one was the durian smoothie!! It tasted just like real durian! I know that not many people like durian or even have tried it, but we even thought that they used the real durian to make the smoothie! It was by far the best durian flavor I have tried. I personally ordered the house's smoothie, which I actually didn't enjoy it as much as the other. The candy on top of that was a bit too chewy and it was a bit too rich for me. I couldn't finish the large size as there was so much! The server was friendly too. That being said, Arizona summer always makes you want something cold running through your throat and what better way to have something which is delicious and cold. This place is clean and has lot of boba options. I was impressed on how they have board games to play. So, if you are in a group and have time to spare sit and enjoy a round of monopoly while sipping on their slushes or bobas. It's a good place to work as well. I ordered okinowa milk tea and what got me going was the boba and the sweetness. The sugar was just perfect, it was not overpoweringly sweet like other boba places where I have to specify 50% sugar. The boba is fresh and just totally melts in the mouth. Overall a great place, only downside is they can make the interiors a lot more lively with a fresh approach. It looked a little boring to me. I went in with 15 min to spare before my daughter's volleyball game. I was on a important call with insurance because my daughter was in a care accident. I told the lady milk tea please. I'm a single mom of six kids I works very hard and get help from no one. I went in to treat myself. So rude! I left tea there it was now 4:28 I needed to be at game at 4:30 and no one else was in there. Becareful there they don't refund and don't remake and the lady with the ponytail and clear glasses is extremely passive aggressive and understood clearly all she was doing. I felt like if I where another race and spoke in a different tone they would have treated me differently. But I'm Mexican over weight and they treated me like a lesser then human. I like this place because its conveniently right by my house. The have good options and good boba teas. I switch it up and recently have been doing slushes and they're delicious. I combine flavors like peach and mango and YUMMMM. Their prices are fair and they have lots of different boba flavors. Not many downsides, except they don't have coconut slush, which is a bummer. If they add that it would be even better. They are also pretty slow, like the slowest boba place I've been to. Lastly this place is UGLY inside. It could really use some TLC, paint, and a designer's eye to make it really poppin'. It looks very run down. That doesn't effect the rating but just something to note. read more

We were pleasantly surprised by the yumminess of Boba Bliss' product! My youngest kiddo, who is a Boba aficionado, said it was the best Boba she'd had! That is HIGH praise coming from this one, who has had Boba from many, many places all across the country. The restaurant itself is clean and comfortable although I'd love to see them paint the walls or add some character to the space, but that's aesthetics and not as important as the service and the product, both of which were fabulous. We were served by a very friendly young woman who was eager to please and provided exceptional service. It didn't take long for our treats to be made, including the mac-n-cheese bites that we tried. A very nice, authentic boba bliss! A lot of boba places that have been popping up in the valley have been very gentrified, but not this place! The store is small, but cute. They have an extensive menu with snacks. I ordered the large taro smoothie with almond milk instead of dairy milk and added boba! It was very tasty!! I went with my sister and she got the large thai tea with boba. One of our friends came in while we were there and also ordered the all thai tea. All of our drinks were about $5 each and all of agree that what we all ordered was delicious! We got our drinks in 10-15 minutes! And that's when many customers were in the store as well. During a less busy time, I could get my drink in 5-10 minutes. If you're vegan, or simply lactose intolerant, all of their milk teas are automatically non-dairy as they are all used with non-dairy creamer! They also have almond milk to substitute for dairy milk in any of their items. Their snacks also include fried tofu. I love how vegan and vegetarian friendly they are here. The staff is very sweet and while there are only about 2 staff working every time I go, there's no issue on speed of service because they work efficiently. The place is clean, includes a clean restroom, and best of all they have a variety of board and card games for people to play while there. Boba Bliss is also in a good location too! They're near Chandler-Gilbert Community College (CGCC) and by popular sushi place, sushiya. This is the place to go in Gilbert for your boba needs whether it be for something quick or to just hang out! I will be back soon to fill up my stamp card more lol. read more

This place is disgusting, as soon as you walk in it smells gross and a strong fryer smell. You can tell they don't clean properly, while i waited for my drink i could see the back and everything looked dirty and lots of cross contamination but i took it into consideration since i have been craving boba and was excited. My drink was made very wrong and was very bitter i never ask for a remake but it was horrible and they refused to do so. I asked to speak with a manager and Ken was very rude and not understanding at all. Will not be coming here again ad supporting this establishment, it definitely isn't safe and after this incident i spoke to friends and mentioned that she came here and the boba was just the juice of it and made her very sick. Craving some boba and came across this spot. My husband ordered a Thai Tea blended with boba, I got a ice milk tea with boba and we got our son a mango smoothie. I was pleasantly surprised with how good their Milk Tea tasted. The milk tea wasn't overly sweet and the flavor was great. My husband also really liked his Thai Tea. It's his go to drink and this placed got his approval. Overall the staff was friendly and the place was clean. Stopped by after dinner to this cute little boba place and though the place decor is not as "hip" as the other boba places, the boba they have is decent. The girl who took our last rider was really nice and recommended drinks that we absolutely loved. The only boba spot in Gilbert that I find decent when I don't feel like driving to Chandler. My go to drink here is the jasmine milk tea with crystal boba, and crystal boba is hard to mess up since it literally comes as it is and there's no cooking involved. I've tried their actual boba once and I wouldn't get it again. I decided to try their popcorn chicken, and as you can see from the photo, it's nothing exciting. There's no basil as you would expect from typical Taiwanese popcorn chicken, no flavoring, no seasoning and it tastes plain but at least the chicken isn't too dry.
