Traveling and stopped here for dinner. First time here and the restaurant is hot inside eith ceiling fsn on.

1st time visiting this restaurant while traveling out of state. No one greeted us upon entering the restaurant. Now we are being seated. Our waitress never came back but a new one did and explained that she took a 22 person table so that's why she is here. Took our drink orders and another waitress brought them out and took our order. Another waitress brought us a portion of our food. 4 waitresses so far. The restaurant is filthy from the walks, tables and floor.(I think this restaurant needs an inspection). We waited 35 minutes for our food. One order was wrong the rest were correct. The food quality is poor along with the service. Please hire a new manager and employees and clean.

Tonight we when to Bob Evans for dinner. The service was almost immediate, as we walked though the restaurant everything seemed clean and up to COVID standards. The waitress was really nice and never ceased to make us smile. Overall great experience!

Very long waits for food and mediocre service; other locations are much better. In my opinion badly managed location!

The wait for Sunday breakfast is too long. They should have more seats for people waiting, and at least offer complementary coffee

And I think that might have been our downfall. We went the breakfast route and started with a Cinnamon roll made right on the griddle. It created this crispy char that gave the roll more of a funnel cake texture. Unique, and the icing definitely enhances it (as it does most cinnamon rolls). Their special breakfast sandwich, "The Morning Wake-up" touts a "2x the size English Muffin" and they were not lying. This sandwich had cheese, multiple meats and vegetables, and I needed to take half of it home due to sheer size. What it didn't have... sauce. What it needed... sauce, syrup, aioli or something to lubricate all of those toppings. The breakfast potatoes on the side needed salt/seasoning/sauce, too, to be more to my liking. It was a similar experience with my wife's Reuben and the fries that she ordered; the sandwich had its moments, but it made me wish one of us got a burger like most of the other patrons.

I was early enough for happy hour and had a wonderful Cucumber Gimlet. The service was excellent. I ordered the House Chopped Salad, Lake Erie Walleye, and Lemon Blueberry Panna Cotta. The salad tasted really good and fresh. The Walleye too. I liked the fennel salad with cilantro lime rice. I ate half to take some home and not be too full for dessert. The panna cotta was good, mostly because of the topping. It is not something I would order again, being kind of bland, but to no fault of the kitchen. I'm not a custard-y kind of gal, but wanted to try it. I would definitely come back here for another meal.

Everyone from the hostess to our server was very friendly and nice. They have a full bar and a decent selection of beers. My wife and I decided to share their whipped ricotta appetizer and their French onion burger. The appetizer came with thinly cut crusted baguette. The ricotta cheese was mixed with some strawberry flavor. It wasn't bad but I would have preferred it to be thicker in constituency. The burger and fries came out perfectly cut into half portions for each of us, which was a really nice touch. We had asked for the burger to be cooked medium rare and I think it came out more like a medium well. The patty itself was a bit dry. This may be a one off issue and we hope to return to try some other dishes.

Our drink orders were taken and questions answered. The appetizers were all so good. Bread service was warm and fresh, bruschetta was prepared well and was a good amount of food per order. The pretzel rolls were a big hit as well. Salty but still soft. While relaxing the kids got chilly and Kyle offered them blankets which was a really nice touch. Then came the meal. The kids ordered playbread pizzas (sauce was a little spicy), Mac and cheese (which was devoured), and chicken tenders (good amount for a kids meal!). Adults had the sweet potato pasta (delish! And had a little kick), salmon (which they raved about how flaky and well cooked it way), baked cod (flavorful and prepared well), fried cod (nice and flaky, great batter!), and lemon chicken (chicken was a little dry but overall delicious). The potatoes that came with many meals were crispy and soft, perfectly seasoned. This was a really good meal, and we will definitely be back when in town!

Heads up that…read morethe space itself is small, more of a bar with a handful of tables than a full sit-down restaurant, so don't go in expecting a big dining room. The stromboli, though, is excellent. Hard to describe it any other way than it tastes exactly like a stromboli should; that herby, parmesan-dusted pastry crust with a great cheese pull. Simple as that sounds, nailing the "expected" flavor perfectly is harder than it sounds, and they do it right. Would recommend for a casual, no-frills Italian bite with solid service

Sure you'll push away the most VERY loyal customers that frequented the bar/restaurant every day for the last whatever years but who cares we're making more and not having to deal with less. This is the attitude of the staff and management period, not an opinion - seen them kick out customers because they were too loud !! - without even talking to the table first !!!
