This has been on my must-try list every time we've visited Disney Springs, but the line is usually…read more30-45 minutes long. I've always wondered if these cookies could really be that good. After finally trying them...I'd say they're absolutely worth the wait. Luckily, we stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon and only waited about five minutes. It was scorching hot outside, but they have umbrellas every few feet along the line, which definitely helps. I had always imagined walking into a large bakery or café where you could sit down with a cookie and coffee. Instead, it's actually a tiny, dark, whimsical shop with a queue that wraps around to the displays. It almost feels like you're walking through a Harry Potter-inspired attraction with its gothic décor and old-world bakery vibe. Despite the small space, they have three checkout registers, so once you're inside, the line moves surprisingly fast. One tip for first-time visitors: don't rely on the cookie menu on the website. Many of those flavors are seasonal or limited editions. The menu card they hand you while you're waiting in line shows the flavors available that day, so decide what you want before you get to the register because ordering is pretty quick. Now for the cookies... Banana Bread Chocolate Chip - 20/10 Without question, the standout. It tasted like warm, homemade banana bread with added chocolate transformed into a giant cookie. Soft, flavorful, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet. I would come back just for this cookie. Pistachio Toffee Chocolate Chip - 8/10 A delicious combination of sweet, salty, crunchy, and gooey. I can definitely see why it's one of their most popular flavors, but the banana bread still stole the show for me. Cookies & Cream - 5/10 It was just okay. Very rich and sweet, like a giant Oreo cookie but it didn't have the depth of flavor or uniqueness of the other two. I probably wouldn't order it again. The cookies are huge and easily shareable. The funniest part? My son bought an extra cookie to take home for his girlfriend...but after one bite, he decided to keep it for himself! And that's saying something because he's really into health and fitness and rarely eats sweets. If you're wondering whether Gideon's lives up to the hype, I'd say yes. The wait is worth it, and the Banana Bread Chocolate Chip completely stole the show. It's the cookie I'll be thinking about long after this trip.

Everyone wanted the Cookies & Cream cookie, so I ordered three of those, plus a Chocolate Chip and a Coffee Cake cookie. Since we were on a tight schedule, we grabbed our order and hurried to the car. That's when we realized we'd been given three Double Chocolate Chip cookies instead of the three Cookies & Cream cookies we ordered. The register and receipt both showed Cookies & Cream, so I know my order was taken correctly. I do wish I had checked the bag before leaving, but I assumed everything was right. The cookies themselves are good--the chocolate cookies are loaded with chocolate chips, and the Coffee Cake cookie is absolutely delicious. I'd highly recommend that one. That said, these cookies aren't inexpensive, so it's really disappointing to pay that much and not receive what you actually ordered. Unfortunately, that experience is why I'm giving only one star.

Wow. The Mango Mango Dessert of Orlando (technically Lake Buena Vista) takes the trophy for…read moretop-rated dessert place in all categories of flavor, service, and ambience for the Disney area. Seriously, you can save all your other options for a rainy day. This is the place for any occasion, date, family gathering, or plain ol' get together with friends to enjoy sweets with great company. Located off South Apopka Vineland Road on the Northbound side, Mango Mango is situated in a relatively new development and plaza (if you look at the satelite imagery from Google maps, it will still show undeveloped land as of June 2026). It's less than a 10 minute drive from the Disney Springs property, and about an 18 minute drive from Old Town/Fun Spot which is where we were staying for this particular trip coming from Tampa. As you arrive, you will find a spacious lot, however the actual parking spaces do appear limited (something to consider if you decide to have a large reunion here). Upon entering, you will find a very clean storefront and reception. Overall the store maintains a very neat and tidy appearance that is very welcoming and neutral when it comes to the varying demographics of customers. While we have been to Mango Mango before in a New Jersey location, this location provides a bit of table service (which we have not experienced prior) for dine-in which makes it a bit more intimate. The menu offers plentiful choices of sweets - from bowls with fresh fruits and ice cream, to your specialty drinks including boba. To call Mango Mango a boba shop would do it injustice, as this place truly shines as a hollistic dessert spot. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the selections. Each dish/drink is perfectly made to their own specifications. The best part is that none are overly sweet, which I feel is a crutch that most dessert spots experience. Highly recommend the mixed fresh fruit with sago and jelly! Wish this was in Tampa because this would give our usual boba spot a run for their money. This is a must have if you're in the area, so treat yourself after long hot day at the parks at Mango Mango!

I didn't even realize that there's this chain named Mango Mango! I am so happy they made it to Florida. There are so many things on their menu: ice cream, crepe, waffle, drinks... and the decision between mango and durian... I want them all! The mango is very smooth, totally fiber-less, and I'm in mango heaven!! The shop is kind of out of the way, as least for a tourist, but worth the drive!

The candied pecans gave it a contrasting sugared crunch making it really addicting to eat, and the candied oranges rounded out the flavors. I hope they'll keep bringing this cookie back!

We only had two people ahead of us and waited about 5-8 minutes u til we were assisted. Our cookie handler was super kind and knowledgeable in explaining the cookies. I missed seeing them while in the restroom but they looked cool and steampunk. I was glad they had good food too because sometimes dessert places can't quite get their food right. But this place did a great job. First off, everything looks huge, but is manageable. Except the desserts. Those were too big so all the couples split one together instead of having individual ones. I tried the salmon and hubby tried a burger. Neither of us liked his burger. Dad let me try a bite of his chicken alfredo and that was amazing so I told hubby he has to get that next time bc he loves chicken alfredo. The Brookies Cookies & Cream Sundae was rich, indulgent, and loaded with layers of cookies, brownie pieces, ice cream, and toppings. Every bite felt like a dessert lover's dream, and the portion was generous enough to share. The strawberry cheesecake was also delicious, with a creamy texture and a nice balance of sweetness from the strawberries. It was rich without being overly heavy and made for a great complement to the sundae. Service was friendly and attentive, even with the restaurant being busy. The staff made the experience feel welcoming and enjoyable. The vibe is one of the most unique parts of the experience. The steampunk-inspired decor, elaborate details, and whimsical atmosphere make it feel like you've stepped into a chocolate-themed adventure. It's a great place for photos and adds to the overall fun of dining at Universal CityWalk. Overall, a fantastic spot for dessert lovers. Between the over-the-top sweets and the immersive atmosphere, it's a place that's worth visiting even if you're just stopping by for dessert.

If you haven't had a chance to try their unique sweet treats, you're going to want to run to their next pop-up. I usually catch them at East End Market, but they share their full schedule of events on their website and IG. They make all their own marshmallows and specialty desserts using said marshmallows. I love their frozen s'mores pops (toasted marshmallow on the outside and ice cream stuffed on the inside). They have so many fun rotating flavor combinations, like their sweet and salty "Twist & Stout" which is coffee ice cream rolled in crushed pretzels and stuffed inside a Guinness flavored marshmallow... AMAZING! They also make traditional s'mores and fun seasonal creations like floats, brownie sundaes, rice crispy/cereal treats, etc. The best part is that they have an online shop and can ship their marshmallows, including their cute rainbow pride marshmallows and their adorable s'mores kit for four. These seriously make the best gift for foodies and those with a sweet tooth in your life!
