This has been my go-to Asian bakery ever since Saigon Market closed down and they have not disappointed. My favorites include the pork floss bun, sponge cakes, and hot dog buns! Personally, I would skip the trendy croissant cubes because they're not as good as they look. It's usually more bread than filling and I've had the same experience with other places too. When it comes to service, I've always had good experiences at Bakery 1908 and I really like how they have a self-ordering kiosk for dishes and drinks if you'd rather skip ordering at the counter. I think the cakes are a little bit more expensive than the buns because of extra craftsmanship but it's completely worth it. For me, the biggest downside to Bakery 1908 is the location. Mills has always been a busy area and it can be hard to leave the parking lot. But otherwise it's completely worth the visit and a lot more accessible than other restaurants there.
