I've been to several of the locations and I've never had bad service. The Cake Batter is my go to but I recently tried the Dunkaroo flavor and it was also to die for. I love this location! Even though parking can be rough during busy times staff is wonderful. We also had a baby shower at this location and it was great! Staff was friendly and accommodating. You scream, I scream....We are all literally yelling about how delicious Kelly's is! My first trip to Kelly's was a few years ago when I was living in Audubon Park. My flavor of choice for that time was the Mexican Chocolate. Mmm mmmm! That little spicy treat brought me many a smile and satisfied sweet tooth on days when I was feeling down. I moved over to the hourglass district and well what do you know? There's a Kelly's location there too (well hourglass adjacent) and here is where I switched up my drug of choice and decided to start dedicating my ice cream life to their Banana Pudding. It is sweet and banana-y and my favorite part are the vanilla wafers! I started seeing someone who lives in the horizons west area and as luck would have it, there's another Kellys for me to visit! I'm still holding strong on banana pudding but last time I did venture out to pistachio. Here's what I love about Kelly's: amazing staff, delicious waffle cones and ice creams, rewards program (for my fellow frequent scoopers!), pints to go! My only complaint about the Audubon location and the Fern Creek spot is the parking situation. Both have tiny lots and are off of fairly busy roads. The Windermere location has a great parking lot with ample parking. Don't be shy, ask to try as many flavors as you like and then grab 2 scoops and enjoy! read more

Every time I go to the park I have to get Kelley's it's just that good! The ice cream is to die for, the flavors just hit your mouth with aw and the limited seasonal flavors are amazing! The workers are so nice and makes service nice and smooth just like their ice cream! And let me tell ya, the overall ambiance is amazing, the ice cream is so fresh that when you walk in it smells like ice cream, good ice too! You know the ice cream is gonna be good when the milk carton is just blue stained plastic, I mean how much more fresh can you get!
