Kelly's ice cream is always a won't for me. You can tell It's so well made with good ingredients. Lots of fun flavor options, always creamy and delicious. I've been to several of the locations and I've never had bad service. This locations if the smallest I've been to, but it's tucked into the neighborhood so it's probably a good size for the location. read more

When the ice cream craving hits, we don't even think twice--we head straight to Kelly's Homemade Ice Cream. This spot has been a go-to for us since 2022, and every visit feels like a treat. Tonight was all about the October fall flavors, and wow--Kelly's nailed it. My wife went with the Dark Chocolate Dulce Cookie, which was rich, indulgent, and exactly what she needed to power through to the weekend. I couldn't resist the Apple Cider Donut--a true fall-in-a-cone moment. The flavor had that cozy apple sweetness balanced with homemade warmth, like autumn itself decided to show up in ice cream form. One thing I really appreciate about Kelly's is the service. The staff is always so friendly and genuinely encourages you to try a few flavors before deciding--which makes the whole experience even more fun. Tonight I was also able to redeem my free single scoop reward (earned after 7 visits--worth every one). I was pleasantly surprised that my rewards never expired, which is such a thoughtful touch for regulars. Between the rotating seasonal flavors, the consistent quality, and the welcoming vibe, Kelly's is the kind of place you just keep coming back to. Local, homemade, and always delicious--it's everything you want in an ice cream shop. read more

The ice cream here is so delicious, not too sweet, always well-balanced in flavor, and smooth and creamy. The place is clean and well-kept. The customer service is great. I tried the cookie butter swirl and toasted coconut flavors and loved both, toasted coconut is my all time favorite though. read more

I have been to various Kelly's locations and tried a number of different flavors and they have all been wonderful! The Horizon West location is definitely a great one! There is a small parking lot by the store and there is a collection of tables inside. I also love the mural they have inside. The staff has always been amazing and excited to let you try some flavors before you make your choice. You scream, I scream, we ALL scream for Kellys!!! This has very quickly become my go to dessert spot. There's something about the texture of this ice cream that just hits different. The Cake Batter is my go to but I recently tried the Dunkaroo flavor and it was also to die for. It's a cute little shop with plenty of seating to enjoy your treat and there's even a park right next to it where you can walk afterwards if you're into that sort of thing! The employees are always kind and don't get annoyed when you ask for samples. 10/10 would recommend this spot to satisfy your next sweet tooth. read more

You scream, I scream....We are all literally yelling about how delicious Kelly's is! My first trip to Kelly's was a few years ago when I was living in Audubon Park. My flavor of choice for that time was the Mexican Chocolate. Mmm mmmm! That little spicy treat brought me many a smile and satisfied sweet tooth on days when I was feeling down. I moved over to the hourglass district and well what do you know? There's a Kelly's location there too (well hourglass adjacent) and here is where I switched up my drug of choice and decided to start dedicating my ice cream life to their Banana Pudding. It is sweet and banana-y and my favorite part are the vanilla wafers! I started seeing someone who lives in the horizons west area and as luck would have it, there's another Kellys for me to visit! I'm still holding strong on banana pudding but last time I did venture out to pistachio. Here's what I love about Kelly's: amazing staff, delicious waffle cones and ice creams, rewards program (for my fellow frequent scoopers!), pints to go! My only complaint about the Audubon location and the Fern Creek spot is the parking situation. Both have tiny lots and are off of fairly busy roads. The Windermere location has a great parking lot with ample parking. Don't be shy, ask to try as many flavors as you like and then grab 2 scoops and enjoy! read more

Kelly's Ice Cream has been a hometown favorite of mine for a while. Unfortunately the original location is a bit far for me. I'm glad they opened this location in Summerport. It's right by the playground my son loves so we are in the area often. This location has more parking and the same delicious ice cream. Best kept secret in the area! Will be returning a bit Mrs than the downtown location! read more

Every time I go to the park I have to get Kelley's it's just that good! The ice cream is to die for, the flavors just hit your mouth with aw and the limited seasonal flavors are amazing! The workers are so nice and makes service nice and smooth just like their ice cream! And let me tell ya, the overall ambiance is amazing, the ice cream is so fresh that when you walk in it smells like ice cream, good ice too! You know the ice cream is gonna be good when the milk carton is just blue stained plastic, I mean how much more fresh can you get! I'm lactose intolerant and whenever I go to get ice cream from Publix or other places I never need to go to the bathroom but Kelly's sure does! That's how you know it's fresh! read more

Kelly's has some great ice cream. Ice cream is my favorite dessert, and I try ice cream a lot. Kelly's had a gelato-ish vibe to me. I had mint chocolate chip which was great. My family also enjoyed bomb pop ice, chocolate peanut butter, and Cookie Monster. We enjoyed all the flavors. I got a double scoop which was a great portion. The decor was cute, and the tables and chairs were clean. The staff members were friendly and efficient. I will definitely be back for more. read more

Everytime I eat ice cream now I have to think to myself "will it be as worth as Kelly's?" The flavors are always on point and even the simple every day flavors are done so so well. I like to grab a pint to go for home ($9) and every time the workers pack that container down with ZERO hope of leaving air in there. Definite high quality creamy ice cream - my lactose discomfort knows immediately and still loves it. Favorite seasonal flavor was by far the Peanut Butter flavor a couple of seasons back. read more

I have always been a fan of Kelly's ice cream and have been going to Winter Park at their Corrine location for the past 3 years. However I finally got to this new location in Windermere and it was the same great ice cream and service. The interior is pretty and I like that they provide water and cups for you to get a drink if needed. My favorite flavor is the ore-dough and cake batter. They also offer limited edition flavors that pop up every so often and they are usually pretty creative, and sometimes involve other local businesses (which I love the collaborations)! read more
