The beef soup is outstanding as well. If you've traveled to China, this restaurant reminds me of a no frills location. That's what makes it stand out. The family called to tell us their daughter was in the hospital with some liver problems. We immediately went to the cooler and went through all the shellfish, called back the family and offered to take care of any medical bills or follow-up. It happens if you serve food occasionally, just be respectful with your response, it goes a long way instead of challenging a customer's dissatisfaction.
