Before scheduling, we specifically asked multiple times whether we needed to be home, and we were assured that we did not. We provided clear instructions on how to access the back half of our house. Unfortunately, they never showed up--not once, but twice. We had to reach out three separate times, and despite that, no one came or communicated with us. We even kept our dogs locked up all day waiting because we expected the treatment to be done. We're disappointed because the technician made such a great first impression, but the lack of follow-through and communication has been frustrating. Reliability is just as important as good customer service, and unfortunately, that was missing from our experience.
