If you're looking for an edible double decker then this isn't your place. I don't usually complain, but when I asked about the bacon bit sandwich with the ball of turkey on it the waitress asked if I wanted her to take my plate away. Well since it was obvious that I wasn't going to be asked if I wanted a new one, I suggested a bowl to help contain the mess. While I was trying to keep the rolling bacon bits on my fork I was asked twice more if they could take my plate or get me a to go container. Taking my styrofoam mess with me, I preceded to make my way to the register. That is where I was told that they sometimes end up that way because the bacon is deep fried. My observation was that everyone else had bacon pieces longer than an inch so I doubted that was the issue. Poor service and food. read more

"Classic Gyros" are cooked on a spit, they're NOT cooked on a flattop! The worst part is they called them "Classic Gyros" on the menu, you should call them "New Age Gyros" because their precooked pre sliced and previously frozen. The one star is because the staff was very polite. read more

I've been here several times now, and the food has been above average diner food, which is pretty good. I like to get the double deckers, but skinny style, because there is too much meat on the regulars. This past Saturday, my husband and I went with friends of ours and their grandaughter. I ordered the hot pastrami, my husband got a four way (with onions), and we ordered a side of onion rings and a cup of turkey chili. Our friends ordered a three way and two coneys, pancakes and sausage for the little girl, and a roast beef and ham double decker with fries. We all enjoyed our meal, but the fries never came, so we had to get them taken off the bill at the end. We had great service and multiple wait staff made sure our beverages were kept full. My husband is a local and claims Gold Star is still better, but he did enjoy his chili dish. My hot pastrami was perfectly grilled with lots of swiss cheese. I wish the onions had been carmelized on the grill instead of added at the end, but I'll make sure to ask for this next time. The onion rings were hand breaded and perfectly fried. The turkey chili was a little bland but very filling. All of us had so much food that we got to go boxes. This place definitely stays in my list of regular spots. read more

Stopped by for my first time in 10 years. I got the cheese coneys. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. The coneys however where not so great. Stale buns and barely any chili on them. Definitely not a camp Washington chili or even a gold star. There other food might be good but not the coneys. read more

Incredible fast service at the counter. Ordered the 3-way and it was fantastic. Spaghetti was just right. Chili was perfect blend of spices with touch of cinnamon. Cheese was shredded very fine and melted nicely as you wrapped the chili and spaghetti on your fork. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. read more

I remember getting double decker sandwiches here with my family when I was a kid. It had been a while since I had been there, so I suggested to my husband that we visit so that he could try it. Neither one of us got the double deckers that I remembered so well. Maybe that was the problem. My husband got chili which he said was okay but there was not much chili and a lot of spaghetti. I ordered just a turkey sandwich and was disappointed. The deli meat was not very flavorful and seemed a little on the cheaper side. It almost had a prepackaged texture. The toast that it was on was a little burnt around the edges and just not what I expected. I would try this place again but would probably have to convince my husband to give it a go. read more

I wanted something different for lunch and opted for a chef salad here. Worst idea. First of all, they didn't give me dressing. So I had some lettuce with a butt load of slimy deli meat, a heap of cheese, and two hard boiled eggs. Which doesn't sound bad, but in addition to no dressing, the portions were HUGE. Cool, maybe I got my Money's worth. If I were able to eat it. The styrofoam busted and I couldn't even mix the salad. I was left trying to pick bites out and wound up having to throw it all away once the styrofoam finally gave way and spilled it all over the ground. Maybe if I had access to dishes to transfer my meal to, it wouldn't have mattered, but unfortunately I was at work and wasted $12. Had not been there in at least 2 years. Food was at least better than other time which was my first time. Had ham and melted cheese. Too much butter on bread but pickles were great and granddaughter and I ate lots. Staff was great and were there when you needed something. I liked better though somewhat empty. My husband and I had never been to Ohio and we really wanted to try Cincinnati chili. I looked up a recipe online just to get and idea of what we would be tasting and I thought it sounded strange (to my palate) but figured When in Rome (or Cinci!). We tried it at Blue Ash since it was so highly rated. The service was super friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming and this location is in a nice, suburban area. Unfortunately, neither one of us liked the chili. It did not look appealing. I took my first bite and all I could taste was cinnamon. My husband thought it was too sweet. We also didn't understand the gigantic mound of cheese. The spaghetti was severely overcooked. Maybe this is something you need to grow up with or acquire a taste for so I don't want to knock it too hard. I loved the 3-way, 4-way, 5 way concept and the uniqueness but it just isn't for us. read more

We came in with a party of 15+. They didn't panic and handled our childish antics very well. Located in strip mall it is very easy to get to. Food was Cincinnati style chili. Finally found Cincinnati chili better than Skyline. Been wanting to try Blue Ash Chili for quite some time since I have always loved Cincinnati style chili. Found this one which is closer than the one in Blue Ash. I didn't dine in but from what I observed it looked really nice inside. The lady that cashed me out looked super excited to take my order and was nothing but friendly and fast. Didn't expect for my food to be ready so fast. Even faster than Skyline on a dead day and this place was pretty busy. One bite and I was seriously amazed. Such a unique and delightful taste. The spaghetti noodles were cooked just the way I like them. They were also longer than the spaghetti noodles at Skyline. The chili wasn't watery but not too thick either. Full of meat and so hearty. It didn't make a mess or fall of the pasta like US Chili did. Has a really different but great taste of the spices. It's just done way better than Skyline. The meat tastes fresher. Can't wait to be back. Looking for something different than Skyline? This beats them all...so far! read more

I was excited to see a BAC location had popped up in the Tri-County area...an area badly in need of some more non-chain restaurants. All tables were full during the lunch hour, but I was able to grab a seat at the counter, which gives you a great view of the open kitchen area. It had been awhile since my last trip to a BAC location, so I went with the old reliable 3-way and a plain cheese coney (no mustard or onion). The chili here leans just a little bit more toward a traditional chili than some of the other local chili places, but I actually prefer that. The coney was loaded up with finely shredded cheddar and the great chili sauce. I have to admit, I made a small mess. The 3-way was piled high with spaghetti and topped with chili sauce, cheddar and crackers. I could have used a tad more chili based on the large amount of spaghetti on the plate. One pet peeve: Why do all places that have appeared on Triple D have to feature Guy everywhere in the restaurant? The menu, the names of dishes, the servers' t-shirts, etc. I get it, but BAC is good enough that they dont need that. It's a little tacky and takes away from the long-term success that BAC has had for years in Cincinnati. Overall, a very welcome addition to the Tri-County area. read more

Super crowded during lunchtime, but the staff is courteous and wonderful. They have a very large menu filled with chili of course, but they also offer burgers and sandwiches as well. I decided to go with a double decker sandwich, which comes with tomato, lettuce, and mayo, but they're happy to substitute or remove any toppings that you'd like. You have to pay extra for a side, but they have so many to choose from including soups, french fries, potato chips, coleslaw, and more. read more

Very good, as good as Skyline I don't know that I can say better. The 3way was great a different flavor than skyline or GoldStar. I would probably give them the edge over both for the 3way. But skyline might have a better Chesse Conny. Will definitely be back. Lots more on the menu. read more

Always loved the original Kenwood Road location, but this is SOoooo much closer! I think this is my twentieth trip since they opened, and I finally tried breakfast! The bacon is to die for!
