They are enforcing covid related rules - but, I had to clean my own table. Not that big a deal - I just happened to have some time in between errands and thought to try them out - after ten years or so of passing right by them - I'm glad I finally got the chance to stop in. A steady stream of customers came in - apparently they called ahead since their wait was less than five minutes or so. The menu is limited - but, my two piece cod plate was a fairly good portion for the price. I chose the cole slaw for my side. It was the perfect combination of sweet, sour and crunchy. It was a nice palate cleanser for the fried fish! In my opinion there is nothing better than freshly made cole slaw! They do have a nice selection of desserts - banana pudding, frosted cakes - I got the yellow cake with chocolate frosting. It was a great finish to a well made, fresh fish fried to perfection. This is a good place for take out or delivery. Perfect for sitting around the family room watching football!

It's a small bar with warm wood all over: the paneling, floors bar area and just about everything else. We went for lunch at noon on a Sunday. Before long the place was crowded. The burgers we ordered were delicious- a peppercorn burger and a garlic burger. We shared a basket of onion rings which came out piping hot and tasty. The prices are very reasonable there are a couple of TV's to watch sports on and of course a full bar plus beers on tap or bottles. Prices are very reasonable. Great local dive bar atmosphere.

I have to say everything I heard about CFA's service being good was true! The cashier was thorough and kind even when they were being slammed with a long line. I was carefully asked which sauces I wanted, if I wanted a cherry on my shake, etc. The staff were noticeably busy throughout cleaning tables and waiting on folks. The seating area was packed and I think this is probably typical. But it is large with nice finishes. There was a Happy New Year banner out with markers for kids to color on one of the large tables. Our food came out real quick and it was all correct. I don't think we sat more than 4 minutes before it arrived. I don't care much for the chicken sandwiches, and the fries were just slightly cold. But the peppermint milkshake I ordered was delicious and the whole meal met my expectations. I'm just not a big fan of the food to begin with, but no fault to this restaurant specifically. As we left, the owner/operator of the whole place was taking trash so we didn't have to stack it by the trash cans. I recognized his name and phots from the door. That was a nice touch to see a higher up doing the same work as everyone else. Overall, a great visit to CFA!

I've been hoping for a new manager or something but I give up. Appparently your corporate district manager doesn't care. I waited 10 minutes , saw the manager and still nothing happened because 4 staff members along with the manager were standing around looking at another member's cell phone and laughing. For those of us who can't afford expensive dining we'd like to depend upon someplace good to go. This ain't it... Look up the records on this place and you won't find many compliments.
