I have to say everything I heard about CFA's service being good was true! The cashier was thorough and kind even when they were being slammed with a long line. I was carefully asked which sauces I wanted, if I wanted a cherry on my shake, etc. The staff were noticeably busy throughout cleaning tables and waiting on folks. The seating area was packed and I think this is probably typical. But it is large with nice finishes. There was a Happy New Year banner out with markers for kids to color on one of the large tables. Our food came out real quick and it was all correct. I don't think we sat more than 4 minutes before it arrived. I don't care much for the chicken sandwiches, and the fries were just slightly cold. But the peppermint milkshake I ordered was delicious and the whole meal met my expectations. I'm just not a big fan of the food to begin with, but no fault to this restaurant specifically. As we left, the owner/operator of the whole place was taking trash so we didn't have to stack it by the trash cans. I recognized his name and phots from the door. That was a nice touch to see a higher up doing the same work as everyone else. Overall, a great visit to CFA!

In the 14 months I've gone to this location, they've only messed up my order once. When they did, they resolved it quickly and apologized profusely. The manager on duty even came out to apologize personally. I've only been in the building a handful of times, but every time I have, the restaurant is in peak condition! They're always cleaning tables and booths between every customer! If you're gonna stop by any CFA in Cincinnati, I hope it's this one!

They are really a family favorite and we got them piping hot and crispy...just the way fries should be.
