I know a lot of people ride on this Popeyes, but I haven't had any issues with this location! I work nearby and pickup food there every once in a while and they're pretty kind people! Food always tastes good! I can never get enough of their Cajun fries. Their popcorn shrimp is also really good! PSA to anyone who orders it, it tends to be a little spicy. Seeing as I never go into the restaurant, I am unable to comment on their indoor facilities. The only thing that I took a star off for is for how long it takes to complete orders in the drive thru. I can usually expect a five to eight minute experience with them. read more

Literally the most nasty, dirty fast food restaurant I have ever been in. The lady taking our order was VERY unprofessional, I asked for mashed potatoes and she said immediately "they are runny, are you sure you want them or do you want fries?" I don't know what's up with all the Popeye's restaurants these days, but waiting at least 30 mins to order, then 15 more mins to get through the drive thru line, then an additional 15 mins for the food, seems to be the running theme. Can hear some guy cussing and arguing through the drive thru window. HUGE pothole close to the exit of the drive thru. Says they open at 10am daily but i don't know if they open at 11 now and just didn't update there hours? Also the last time I came here they were out of everything. Place AC wasn't working, bathroom had no mirror and was out of paper towels and my fries where old. These have to be the worlds slowest employees. Just to take my $15 order, it took them several minutes to ring it up. Then waiting for the food is now at minute 18 and I'm in a lobby of 5 customers just standing here waiting. It seems like they are putting effort into being this slow cause they've got 12 people "working". They just tried to give me my order with 5/7 items missing, had to walk them through putting my order together which just required them picking it up and putting it on a tray. I'm kind of torn between 2 and 3 stars on this one. We stopped at Popeye's to pick up dinner and the restaurant was not busy, but the employees all seemed kind of preoccupied. One young man, I believe his name was Carl, was behind the counter doing some kind of break dance, which was kind of funny, but not very professional. And Jessica, the young woman that took our order, was kind of rude. She may have been just been having a bad day, because I've been here before and had decent service. Anyway, Jessica got the order wrong but when I corrected it, she just kind of brushed me off. I thought she fixed it but when the order was packed it was still wrong. I pointed it out to her and she was rude again, saying "Well you should have said something." At this point I was ready to go, but the Carl the B-Boy corrected the order and threw in some free chicken tenders for my problems. Went to pick up food for someone else, not even myself. I went to order and repeated my order 3 times to the person working the window. After waiting in line for 20 minutes I finally get to the window and she repeats an order that isn't mine. I told her that I ordered the classic chicken sandwich meal. Then had to repeat myself another 2 times. She kept stopping me to take orders from the drive thru line. Then she finally gives me my card back and said here you go. I used drive through and ordered wings, legs and thighs. When paying I was told they only had breast and if I didn't want breasts it would be 12 minutes. I decided to wait but after 30 minutes someone comes out to deliver other cars their food and she looks at me and says what did you order again. This place was clean but the staff were what seemed to be a bunch of middle aged guys who didnt care if they gave you what you asked for or not. Kinda rude. We've gone here a few times now. We go through the drive thru each time. Every time we go we have to wait an extended amount of time to receive our food, even though there NO OTHER CUSTOMERS. The servers are also constantly dismissive and abrupt. The amount of food I receive, along with what comes with each combo changes depending who is working. This Popeyes is not well managed. Not sure if it is due to lack of training and support or not. The workers are kind and funny and have wonderful customer service when talking to customers. The problem is that it takes forever to receive service when at the drive-thru, my last wait has been 5 for them to ask for my order and what was originally supposed to be a 7 minute wait for food has turned into 11 minutes. Thought we would stop and eat dinner since we had not had Popeyes for a while. I reported my order 4 times to the guy taking it. I ordered a 3 piece chicken combo for myself and a 3 piece chicken finger combo for my wife. They were out of mashed potatoes. When we got our food we had two 3 piece chicken combo. There were no lids for our drinks. They ran out of sweet tea. To their favor the food was good. It took a while for me to get waited on because only the guy waiting on me and the the drive through person was working. The other people were doing nothing except for the guy breading the chicken. I swear they use a hammer to cut the pieces before frying! The bones are broken and the meat is bloody. The chicken pieces are unrecognizable as breast, thigh etc...
