Everything tasted OK. Just a couple of issues. I asked for plain bread and I got sesame seed. I had to pick them off. I couldn't find the grilled mushrooms on my sandwich. The cookie there were 2 options for chocolate chip but they were not defined. The one I got had nuts, I am not allergic just not a fan, also it was a bit soft (a taste thing). We are huge fans of DiBella's subs! We used to live in Rochester NY where there were multiple locations. We were excited to see this location as we staying at a hotel in Cincinnati and looking for takeout. . We pulled into the parking lot and two employees were outside at the back door just standing there. Three more were inside. One individual took Our order, the other one made the sub and the third disappeared. They took forever to make our sub then started to give our order to the man who came in after us. A gentleman came in after us to pickup his on line order and was still waiting after we left the restaurant. The order taker did not pass the correct instructions on to the sub preparer and gave us hot peppers on our sub while I clearly said sweet peppers. Definitely prefer the blueash location over Clifton because it's just made with more love. Alright so I was around the Blue ash area because of work and I decided to stop at the DiBella's sub shop for lunch. I mean what else can I say the place is absolute sandwich perfection. I have eaten before at the one in Clifton and I got the turkey sub with bacon and it was just awesome. Decided to go with the cheesesteak got mushrooms onions and peppers with the marinara sauce and I was in heaven. This place has a feel-good concept with nice booths and many choices for fresh subs. I've been here twice and tried a cold cut sandwich as well as the hot chicken Philly cheesesteak. Both times it was pretty good food. The portion sizes are massive. While the food is good it doesn't really compare to Penn Station which is my gold standard for hot sandwiches at a chain. Their sides are a bit lacking though. I did try the potato salad and they had pasta salad and that stuff just really doesn't get me off but it tasted fine. I did like that they had Gatorade as an option for a drink, Gatorade zero actually which is my favorite way to get hydrated but avoid senseless calories. Overall I would say this place is definitely worth hitting up once in a while. If you're looking for a big hearty sandwich and some good options with a fun deli style vibe then there's a good experience waiting for you. read more

I walk in and right off the bat this girl rudely greets me and asks what I'm getting because they're out of all the breads but one. I look at the flat top grills and I almost walked back out. Stopped here for lunch on our way to Batesville. The parking lot was empty save for the employee's cars. Inside it was quiet but it smelled so good, like fresh bread. We placed our orders, I got a 10"(I think) Meat Ball sub and the husbeast got a 10" Italian Sub. I got a side of pasta salad and he got a side of chips. Both sandwiches were made with haste, neatly and professionally, they were served with a smile and rang up with efficiency. We got our drinks and sat down to eat. Everything was delicious! First time visiting. It's February, about 41* outside and it's more than 90* in this place. Something is wrong with the heat. It's extremely uncomfortable. Ask the staff about the it, and they say the same thing to me and every other customer "we have no control over it". Okay..... Ordered the 6" chicken cordon bleu. Arrived in the area late evening on a Thursday, so many places were closed. Dibella's was still open and nearby so we gave it a try as I'd never heard of them before. We ordered on-line, and though I arrived early, the sandwiches were waiting for me. The sandwiches were excellent. the bread heavenly. The Philly cheesesteak was one of the best I've tasted outside of Philadelphia. The bread was crusty on the outside but soft enough to absorb the meat juices and melted cheese. My wife enjoyed her Italian sub. The on-line ordering process was relatively easy even for an older guy like me and the staff were pleasant. 2nd time and last time. First time I went and it was a cluster of people not knowing what was going on and getting orders mixed up with carry out. Subs were missing veggies also. Everyone has an off day/night so went with my family to pick up some subs. 2nd try: We were the only customers there at the time, and we took a moment to look over the menu. When we started to place our order we were told "We don't have turkey our shipment didn't come in." Would have been super useful info during the 8mins we were standing there looking over the menu that he was there for... but ok.. So we ordered a large godfather, a small BLT, a medium ham, a small steak philly (added lettuce and pickle) and a medium chicken philly (added bacon and extra cheese). We also made them all combos and got two pickles, 2 potato salads, one spiral italian pasta and then got a side of macaroni salad. In addition to that.. a bag of cookies. 5 drinks. So a nice array of things. We spent 72.00 We got them to go, get back home and.. The chicken philly has no bacon. Zero cheese. (both up charges). To be honest, the chicken tasted old, as if pre-cooked from frozen and then just heated on the grill and not cooked right then. Philly cheesesteak.. no cheese. no lettuce. no pickle. We called and they said to bring the sandwiches and they will put the missing items on them for us. Ummm No. Who offers that as an appropriate solution to warm sandwiches? So we let them know we would be up to have new made, or something comparable before they close (which was in about 90mins). We got there, (about 20mins before they closed) they slid two sandwiches over the counter and said they remade them. They were cool to the touch. I said.. when were these made? "A bit ago, we wanted to have them ready for you." I told them, well I didn't like the chicken, so I would like to exchange for something else. There was a lot of huffing from the manager about wasted food.. but no one asked them to remake the subs, and especially just let them sit there. My husband was just going to take the cold, premade philly cheese steak.. but when he opened it to look at it.. what a shocker. No lettuce and no pickle. So we asked for that to be remade too. For the love of baby Jesus.. I ended up getting a BLT.. less cost than my chicken philly, no adjustment was offered but at least it was edible Other items: Mac salad = soupy. Potato Salad = Sugary Sweet. Italian pasta salad= Ok. Chocolate Chip cookies = Amazing. Recommendation: Go to Penn station. Cheaper and way tastier. If you do go: Go for the cookies, and if you get a sub, take the time to check it before you leave. read more

The prices are more than reasonable for the amount of food you get, and the sandwiches are better than any other sandwich shop in the area. Try the everything bread. Drove in from Indiana around 4 pm on Sat, there was not one person eating inside. We seen one lady outside and one by the register. We stood by the door and the lady from outside came in and we said this is our first time and rudely rushed through the process of introduction. After we ordered she started making our sandwiches.
