My wife and I decided to stop here while passing through the area for some coffee. We walked inside and were immediately greeted by a friendly Barista behind the counter. My wife and I had ordered a Grande Cinnamon Dolce Latte, and a bag of Christmas Blend Coffee. We received our coffees, which had great flavor to them. Why the 5 star? Because we were not aware the bag of coffee we had purchased was whole bean, not ground. The Barista informed us it was whole bean before we purchased it. What was better, she offered to grind the beans for us for free! She ground the beans, put the grounds back into the bag, and handed it to us with a smile. Her happy, helpful vibe added such life to the place, we couldn't help but feel happy too. We were so glad to have visited there, and I look forward to coming back, if I return to the area. read more

Store opens at 5:00am. Arrived a few minutes early so sat in the parking lot and joined the drive thru around 5:02. Sat in the line for 7 minutes when finally a worker got on the mic and said they "have decided to open at 5:30am this morning. Asked why their hours say 5am and she said "oh we normally open at 5am but today we decided to open at 5:30am" Very unprofessional and if the store says it's going to open at a time the staff should be in and ready to work. read more

I had an errand to run in the area and needed to camp out and find a place to work. Normally, I try to find a small local dive to dip into, but on this occasion, I was pressed for time and just wanted to get stuff done. I decided to snag a spot at Starbucks and hammer out some work. I was also recovering from bronchitis so I really just needed a spot where I could order a hot herbal tea to sooth the hot mess inside my respiratory system. This spot was pretty consistently busy throughout my visit, but the staff seemed to keep the line moving. The woman at the register was quick to make a tea recommendation that proved to be a great pick. With a clean facility and helpful staff, I don't have anything bad to say! While I always try to choose local, good service and product warrants a 5 star review and this location was certainly no exception. read more

Came here since I was already heading to the Tri City Mall and needed my morning fix up. Decent Starbucks. It feels like any other Starbucks. This one doesn't have the wireless chargers that most of the Starbucks I've been to have now. Staff was nice, friendly and courteous. Place is really busy too it seems. This is a nice Starbucks. It is clover store. Very clean. It has a drive through. Staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the reserve coffees. Plenty of parking outside and seating inside. There are 4 "comfy" chairs, but with the current arrangement, they are all grouped together. There are also several tables out on the patio. I really liked this store and will come back to this one the next time we are in this area. read more

I'm a night shift nurse and I like to get my Starbucks on my way to work. I always do an mobile order to pick up before I jump on the highway. I stay 13 minutes away from this location and I always place the order before I even walk out my door but when I arrive to pick up my order it is NEVER ready and I'm usually waiting an extra 4 or 5 minutes when I get there. They're also never busy when I arrive, it's a little frustrating. read more

I used to work right next to this Starbucks so I was there all the time. Most of the time it was a good experience with some exceptions of the staff not having the best demeanor. My drink was made right the majority of the time and when it wasn't they happily remade it. read more

This location might be one of the worst I've ever been to. Not sure if this is due to their location inside the mall but it's always super messy the few times I stop here or walk by. Boxes upon boxes are always stacked up right by where you wait to pick up you drink. There is also almost ALWAYS garbage stacked up here too. I've noticed their garbage bin is always out so I'm guessing they cant find a good place to put it. The staff always seems scattered and they struggle to keep up with orders. You're better off going across the way to Cinnabon for a good coffee. read more

Sunday's are expected to busy at malls. I came to this location on my out after all shopping for a white mocha. It was pretty busy. After I paid a family of about 6 ordered after me. My drink was simple. I would understand if they only wanted coffee. I saw the employees making frappuccinos, cappuccinos etc. I patiently waited for my drink to be called. After seeing that all the people that ordered after me got their drinks, I went to ask for my money. I wasn't given a receipt when I first ordered, and the same person I ordered was asking what is was that I ordered!! All I got was I'm sorry and luckily got my money back. Very very poor customer service. Be aware of long wait times and don't expect the first come, first served crap. read more
