And when I did find a spot I was confused and thought I had to pay to park. I wish it were just easily marked on where to go here. Once parked, I found my way inside and just meandered around the space. Popping in an out of stores as I saw appealing. They really do have a ton of selections here. Although he was unable to place the order for delivery aligned with my move-in date, he took the extra step to locate the same mattress at a Chicago store and coordinated with Orlando to ensure I could still complete the purchase. I just found another associate and was able to solve my issue so it was fine. The other patrons have been the most normal/decently behaved that I've seen for a Walmart. Everything seems to be stocked decently well, and it is a easy shopping experience.

Today I visited for the first time the Walmart Supercenter located near the Tysons complex of…read moremalls and mixed use (although I believe this is technically Vienna, VA). For those who are not familiar with this area, or with this particular Walmart Supercenter, here is a brief history and description: This store is located at 1500 B Cornerside Blvd, Vienna, VA 22182, and it is huge. It is the flagship retail anchor of the Tysons West commercial complex, a mixed-use development situated near the new Silver Line Spring Hill Metro station. Apparently, the facility was completed in 2013, and the store officially opened its doors on August 14, 2013. This location is designed with an urban-style layout to fit the high-density Tysons/Vienna area. This Walmart typically operates from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily, though specific departments may have shorter hours. Since everyone is more or less acquainted with Walmart, I want to focus this review on a new line of higher-end products that can now be found (with degrees of success) at Walmart stores. I want to bring these products to the Yelp readers' attention because the products are surprisingly (and consistently) of high quality, also delicious, and most importantly, affordable! Bettergoods is probably Walmart's most significant private-label food launch in over 20 years. It was introduced in April 2024 to provide a more "elevated" and "chef-inspired" culinary experience at an accessible price point. According to Walmart, the Bettergoods line features approximately 300 products (they are adding more products on a regular basis) that categorized into three concepts: "Culinary Experiences" (innovative flavors like hot honey seasoning and bronze-cut pasta); "Plant-Based" (including oat milk frozen desserts and dairy-free cheeses), and "Made Without" (items catering to specific dietary needs like gluten-free or no added sugar). By offering trendy, gourmet-style items--most priced under $5--I think that Walmart aims to compete with premium retailers while maintaining its reputation for high value. The products are scattered throughout the store since some are shelf-stable (dressings, sauces, snacks, etc) while other are refrigerated (yogurt) and many are frozen (pastries, entrees, hors d'œuvres, etc). I have tasted all of the products included in my photographs, and they are indeed of high quality. Some are imported (like the berry tarts or the cheesy potato tots), others are probably private-labeled for Walmart. I encourage you to try these, and I think you may not be dissapointed! Of course, this is Walmart, so this store was very crowded and hectic. However, I was pleasantly surprised about the availability of parking (which was free when I went on a Sunday; otherwise, you get 2 courtesy hours) and how spacious were the elevators, which opened right inside the store.

I was literally told that by, Malcolm. I asked him was he retiring you'd like to be employed again surely. I'm believe he gave me a fake last name when I told him I'd be reviewing this experience. My sales person Bouchra Drummond couldn't be bothered to stick around for the sale, so commission's conscious- I reduce the number of items I was planning to purchase from six to just one Laquan Smith top that had seen better days. I really hoped that someone could have attempted to remove the stains or offered a discount because it was the last one, but they refused. Eventually, after shopping, the mall some more I decided to come back for that top. I asked for the Manager explained how a pair of jeans I purchased the day before had a similar issue, but the store cleaned them and gave me a discount because the stain wasn't completely removed- & that's when Malcolm told me that whoever helped me previously was not an actual store manager, the discount that the sales person offered he couldn't match & at this point & What was offered he didn't even wanna give me. Reason being because I kept asking questions. I had to ask do you want me to stop talking. I also had to ask if he wanted to cancel the transaction because "that's a choice" but no he wanted that sale. I dont blame Mr Malcolm because he said Saks left him with no alterationists (now it's corporate and other managers have better offerings because they've been treated better. Which I can only hear as implied racism. So I'm standing up for your Mr Malcolm. But unfortunately not Bouchra Drummond or Fresh who literally threw the top at me when I asked her to wrap it. Mr Malcolm then clearly embarrassed now yelled at the lady to wrap the item. If this how they been carrying on good luck to the future employers. And Whew Saks. Things have gone mightily downhill. In the 80's, my mom slept in a shirt that said "When the going gets tough, the tough go shopping at Bloomingdale's." My affection for fancy department stores was inherited. After visiting during the sneak peek, I left disappointed. Sure, I left disappointed with some new shoes and a jacket, but without a real sense of urgency to return. The Bloomingdale's I typically frequent is more like a Saks or Neiman's. I was surprised that there was neither a Louis Vuitton or Chanel boutique inside the store. At most other upscale malls they have both in the Bloomie's. Instead there's Coach and Burberry, both of which will have standalone stores in the mall. Marc Jacobs and a couple other boring brands were represented, but nothing worth skipping a few meals in exchange for a pricey new purchase. The shoe department was particularly small. Coach, Tory Burch (another brand that will have its own store in the mall) Stuart Weitzman, and a few other decent designers were represented. No Louboutin, no Prada, no YSL. Maybe my expectations were too high, but knowing that Nordstrom is also opening up in the mall and that they don't typically carry the more couture labels, I thought Bloomingdale's would be the place. Guess not. A very friendly and helpful member of the sales staff told me that Chanel didn't want to be placed there because they didn't think they'd sell. Too manny teenagers, maybe? Too many tourists? Or was it the fact that this mall will also be featuring an Ed Hardy store? I don't blame them. No design elements or displays caught my eye (a la Neiman Marcus butterflies cascading down from the sky.) There is a frozen yogurt and coffee bar on the second level, but no menu board to figure out what the options are. On the other hand, it's definitely not a Macy's. The jeans are of the $175 variety and the plain grey T's go for $50. So, it's kind of stuck between high end but not ultra high end. Only two floors of shopping space, so there isn't a ton of variety. While I expected more, it's a welcome addition to the neighborhood. read more

I was shopping at Bloomingdale's with my personal makeup specialist, Johnny, whom we greatly appreciate, when I found myself exploring the Dior makeup section. I purchased several Dior products and inquired about scheduling a makeup session focused on techniques for Asian women. Unfortunately, Johnny was leaving for vacation the next day, so he referred me to Deidre for assistance. She arranged an appointment for my daughter and me on a Saturday. A few days later, I received a text confirming our appointment, to which I responded affirmatively, expressing our excitement. I reconfirmed that the appointment was for a makeup tutorial. However, Deidre informed me that we were only scheduled for facials. I expressed my confusion, noting that both my husband and Johnny had witnessed my initial request for a makeup session. She then stated that a purchase of $150 worth of products was necessary to qualify for the tutorial. Although this condition had not been mentioned previously, I indicated that it would not be an issue. However, she replied that the appointment was strictly for facials. This was quite disappointing, as my daughter and I had been looking forward to our time together. Deidre appeared rather indifferent and unapproachable, which is not how a loyal client, who spends thousands on La Prairie and other high-end products, should be treated. I am uncertain if Bloomingdale's is aware, but there are numerous alternatives, such as Sephora and Neiman Marcus, that would value my business and treat me with respect. I find her behavior unacceptable and potentially discriminatory, as it seemed she may have assumed we could not afford the products. read more

Dear Moncler Customer Service, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received at your Tysons Mall location. After purchasing a Moncler coat, I returned the next day to exchange it, following advice from the manager, Nicole, who informed me I had 30 days to return or exchange the item if I wasn't satisfied. Despite having the tags and receipt, I was met with a rude and unprofessional attitude from Nicole. Her tone was hostile, and she treated me with a lack of respect that left me feeling humiliated. To my shock, she even called security on me, despite my valid request. This experience was both upsetting and disappointing. Fortunately, I was able to exchange the coat at another Moncler store without any issues, which highlighted just how unprofessional Nicole's behavior was in comparison. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. I urge you to address this incident with Nicole and ensure she receives training on customer service and cultural sensitivity. Thank you, read more

The experience here is above and beyond when ordering something which is out of stock in the store. If you don't wish to use a credit card to place the order, they'll take the time to put your cash on a gift card and then proceed to order your desired item online for you. You may choose to ship to your home or to pick up in store. I was also very kindly compensated for my trouble when both products I wished to purchase were not currently in store and left with a good handful of quality samples. The associates also made me aware of savings I didn't know I could take advantage of. Very refreshing in a society where companies are out to gain every dollar they can. I was beyond thrilled to get the best deal, especially when certain brands practically never have a sale markdown. I frequent the beauty and perfume counters mostly, so this is where my review expertise falls. I rate those departments 5 stars. Not difficult to receive service and make your purchase if it's in stock. Very willing to order t for you if it's out of stock. read more
