    Rotisserie chicken
    Yaran S.

I can always count on Walmart when I cannot find something anywhere else. Things are always cheaper than Amazon with free shipping or pickup as well. Besides, I like their rotisserie chicken better than Costco. It's more flavorful and even cheaper.

This is what my whole chicken looked after opening. Where is the skin? And did someone eat some of it?

I went to Wallmart today because I love there cooked chicken. Unfortunately the chicken I chose was in a double bag. The first bag was for a 10am ready and should have been removed. Not put in another bag with a different ready time. Then to top things off.... Once I opened the second bag to take out the chicken it appeared to have been eaten with most of the top skin removed. I tried 3 times calling customer service with no success. This was so disappointing.

Just had to go here today, as they were the only store. That's right I went here for a fitness tracker band. I'm glad they had it, but getting in and out of here is frustrating. First off no escalators work, so crammed with lots of folks in an elevator. I'm glad to be vaccinated. Here you'll park in a parking garage. Two hours is free, but it's a strange set up. From my understanding, the high rollers of the area, didn't want Walmart to be visible. It's not from route 7. This is quite a big one though. It's also busy every time. That alone makes me leery, as admittedly not a people person. Yet it today came through, and it does work for general purposes. They do have some deals on cold cuts and other groceries. It's a Walmart.

I'm so furious I'm shaking. There's a reason I don't go to Walmart in person. For 1) the parking is ridiculous at the one near me (1500 B Corner Vienna). It's shared with other offices and with the new business in front of Walmart, parking even during the week is abysmal; 2) the escalators are ALWAYS broken so we're forced to take the elevators and because most people are impatient and don't want to wait they will try and squeeze in despite the pandemic and 3) they don't do a good job keeping their stock available. I couldn't even find socks for my son once. Because of the prices, I started ordering online and having delivered. Because of today, I'm willing to pay a couple bucks more and drive a bit further to shop somewhere else. I ordered an aquarium and gravel. Originally was getting it tomorrow (Tuesday) but got notice the items where available at my nearest store so would be delivered today (Monday Labor Day). Suddenly I get a notice my order had been delivered... but when I checked, nothing was outside my condo door. I checked the actual website, went to my recent orders and it said delivered with a "proof of delivery" photo. I couldn't believe what I saw. One of photos attached is their "proof of delivery" - from the trunk of their car. Can't even tell if it was taken outside of my building. Could be their house for all I know. So I got downstairs to check the mail area and nothing there. I thought to myself "they wouldn't be as stupid and moronic as to leave my stuff outside would they?" Well I guess so. It's 10:30p (order delivered at 9:30p) and my order sitting outside in the open of a condo building with ~100 tenants plus visitors and foot traffic. A lady in the process of moving in couldn't believe my situation as she saw me picking up an aquarium with a shipping label on it, struggling to open the security door of our building. Totally NOT cool for Walmart to hire moronic Neanderthals to make their deliveries.

I want to give four stars, but there were two major downsides for me. This Walmart is located at the entrance of Tysons, right after the toll orad exits, so it is a VERY busy location with a lot of traffic. The only "easy" parking is in a garage, that is free for the first hour (if I remember correctly)f. The second downside is that the aisles are so small, this is most likely because it is a smaller store in such a busy area of Tysons. The aisles are fully stocked. There were security tags on the makeup items, this is the first time I saw it at a Walmart (in addition to the security cameras). I think that's a great idea, although I'm wondering if it is due to previous theft incidents at this location. The staff member who was at the front of the store was very friendly.

5/16/20 Very busy in here. Nearly everyone was wearing a mask.

5/26/20 Stopped by here to get some shopping done on Monday, but saw a long line going out the door of the store. I don't know how long the wait time would have been, but I wasn't about to wait in that line. I decided I would try a different store.

Add fresh basil, maybe a shot of red wine ...

He spent two hours with me walking through mattress options, educating me on differences, and helping me identify the best fit for both my needs and budget. I had not purchased a mattress in over 20 years, so this was a significant and time-intensive decision, and he approached it with patience, professionalism, and deep product knowledge. Although he was unable to place the order for delivery aligned with my move-in date, he took the extra step to locate the same mattress at a Chicago store and coordinated with Orlando to ensure I could still complete the purchase. I want to specifically recognize that despite not receiving credit for the sale after investing considerable time, James remained fully committed to ensuring I had a successful outcome. That level of customer-first service is rare and deserves formal recognition. Because of this experience, I would return to this store and work with him again for any future large purchases.

I purchased two pairs of jeans in different sizes so I could try them on at home, and I applied a $50 gift card to the order. When I returned the pair that didn't fit, Macy's refunded the gift card first and only then refunded the remaining balance to my Macy's card. Because of this, the gift card could no longer be applied to the pair I kept, and I ended up being charged full price on my card. The only reason I bought these expensive jeans in the first place was because I had a gift card to use. This policy makes no sense and feels completely unfair. The manager was not helpful at all. She kept repeating that "the system doesn't allow" any changes to how returns are processed. I would have returned the pair I kept based on this experience alone, but I had already removed the tag. Macy's, your return system protects the gift card--not the customer. You need to do better if you want to keep loyal customers happy.

However, on a recent trip coming back home, I made my way here to kill some time as I had the day off from work. First things first, what a nightmare to find a parking spot and to not get run over by traversing the parking area. I thought I had gone the wrong way at one point to find a spot. And when I did find a spot I was confused and thought I had to pay to park. I wish it were just easily marked on where to go here. Once parked, I found my way inside and just meandered around the space. Popping in an out of stores as I saw appealing. They really do have a ton of selections here. Huge amount of time can be lost here if you are on a time crunch. I was in no rush, so I wandered around until I had my fill of the space. My suggestion to you. Come early in the morning, you will definitely be able to get in and out of each store you need to with ample time. Less hassle in the parking lot. And less hassle walking between stores. Or, if you are up for it, travel here by Metro.

This past week I've been shopping in store for their closing sale, which has been chaos. Writing this review because as the dismal customer service providers move onto their next company management has an attitude that being kind and accommodating no longer matters. I was literally told that by, Malcolm. I asked him was he retiring you'd like to be employed again surely. I'm believe he gave me a fake last name when I told him I'd be reviewing this experience. My sales person Bouchra Drummond couldn't be bothered to stick around for the sale, so commission's conscious- I reduce the number of items I was planning to purchase from six to just one Laquan Smith top that had seen better days. I really hoped that someone could have attempted to remove the stains or offered a discount because it was the last one, but they refused. Eventually, after shopping, the mall some more I decided to come back for that top. I asked for the Manager explained how a pair of jeans I purchased the day before had a similar issue, but the store cleaned them and gave me a discount because the stain wasn't completely removed- & that's when Malcolm told me that whoever helped me previously was not an actual store manager, the discount that the sales person offered he couldn't match & at this point & What was offered he didn't even wanna give me. Reason being because I kept asking questions. I had to ask do you want me to stop talking. I also had to ask if he wanted to cancel the transaction because "that's a choice" but no he wanted that sale. I dont blame Mr Malcolm because he said Saks left him with no alterationists (now it's corporate and other managers have better offerings because they've been treated better. Which I can only hear as implied racism. So I'm standing up for your Mr Malcolm. But unfortunately not Bouchra Drummond or Fresh who literally threw the top at me when I asked her to wrap it. Mr Malcolm then clearly embarrassed now yelled at the lady to wrap the item. If this how they been carrying on good luck to the future employers. And Whew Saks. Things have gone mightily downhill. No respect for the customers OR THE BRANDS. Eeeyuck
