Great donuts! They always have a large selection, even later in the day. Pricing is worth the quality.

Good Donuts was not so good today. I made an advance order yesterday for 1 dozen donuts to be picked up today. I informed her that I would be there after church which ends at 11am. So closer to 11:15 11:30 Ish. I arrived at 11:32 and she had sold them out from under me! She said that I hadn't called so she put them back. She never informed me that I had to call her by a certain time or she'd put them back and she didn't request my phone number. No apology, no discount on the 6 that were still there, that I paid a premium for because it's cheaper to buy a dozen that it is to buy half. Nothing. Not to mention they never make enough donuts to begin with. That would alleviate the whole problem and need to order in advance. Thank goodness they weren't for anything in particular. I'm not going to say never order from them but dot your I's and cross your T's or you might be SOL. I was also informed that they did not pass a recent health inspection that took place a couple weeks ago and were sited for live roaches in the kitchen. We went to good donuts and purchased 4 dollars worth of donuts to enjoy with our Starbucks. My daughter needed a tiny packet of creamer (the itty bitty cups like they have at gas stations), and the woman, who was very rude from the get-go, said "this is a business- I'm charging you for those". Never in my life have I heard such a ridiculous thing! A kind man who was sitting in the establishment with his son stood up and placed 2 dollars in the counter for me, to cover the 2 cents of creamer- stating she had been very difficult since he got there too. She actually took the 2 dollars from him, slapping it off of the counter! Unreal! Hard pass for me on coming back! Terrible customer service! read more

Really great local donut shop with so many great choices for light donuts that don't make you feel like you are a cup of grease afterwards. Was greeted by friendly employees and really enjoyed the half dozen we ordered! They have really frat fam favorites and unique donuts like their crumb donuts! They also have really great sandwiches and coffee!! Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is their smoothies aren't the greatest (overly sweet and what tastes like unfiltered ice). read more

Today I decided to do some mommy self care and decided to try this place out. I ordered a large cookies and cream smoothie and my sister ordered a small mango boba drink. The mango boba tasted great! The cookies and cream smoothie tasted like water and milk. I tried to just deal with it but decided to go back inside and asked the lady if there was anyway she could doctor it up or if by any chance I could get a different flavor and instantly she became very defensive and extremely rude. Kept my cool and just said I didn't get what I paid for since it didn't taste like what I ordered at all. Finally, she agreed to make another flavor and stormed off. Immediately as she's making it she started coughing over and over again. I couldn't believe it!! I took out my phone to see above the boxes to try to see if she was coughing directly on it or not and as soon as she saw my phone she stopped coughing. I still can't even fathom that this really happened. I was so looking forward to try their boba and support another local business but never again will I go back to this place. read more

My daughter & I took her husky for a walk to check out Good Donuts on a Sunday morn. they are pretty good they had a lot of different donuts and ones with filling. It looked very clean. Went here and decided I'd try a donut since My fiancé and his family love them so much. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was a HUGE cobweb in the top corner above the door as well as tons of dust. The store didn't look clean at all. As if this wasn't red flag enough, I saw the half and half gallon sitting out on the counter with the lid off (she wasn't using it as it was by the register) the entire time we were there. (We were there for at least 15 minutes.) even if that's not a long time for milk to be sitting out, the lid was off as well. Let's jump into the donut I bit into. I took a bite of my white frosted sprinkle donut and was greeted with parchment paper in my mouth, and it happened 2 times! (Wouldn't have fussed much about only a small piece of paper, as I know donuts are sticky) I'm not really one to complain, but $16 for a dozen donuts and I bite into paper multiple times? The donuts are also extremely greasy. My fiancé and I both ended up getting very sick not long after eating the donuts. Wouldn't really recommend going here, as it wasn't a great experience for us. read more

Regular drip brew, no specialty drinks other than a cappuccino machine which pours incredibly sweet and strong flavored cappuccino. Too much for me. read more

Wow! Best Buttermilk Bar evvvaahh! Down from the city and have eaten donuts around the world, this one literally takes the cake! Crisp, flaky, a true buttermilk flavor that, although sweet, is not identical to the Old Fashioned. The buttermilk stands alone. If you decide to have the classic buttermilk bar with chocolate frosting, you won't be disappoonted! This is homemade frosting like Mama made. I brought my own cup a Joe, so can't comment on quality of caffine beverrage. This will be a vacation stop every time! Thank you GOOD DONUTS! You deserve your name!
