Cookies are horrible. They are under baked and pale as can be. Frosting was just slopped on and skimpy on the classic pink cookie. The sample cookie the pink was very dark while the cookie I received was very light barely pink. Very inconsistent. The cookie was so thick and not normal sized. I love surprising my loved ones with Crumbl cookies, and one thing I've always appreciated is the ability to add a personal touch -- a note or a cute sticker/bow. Recently, I ordered a box online for my brother to celebrate a new milestone. Days went by, and I never heard a thank-you, which was unusual. When I finally checked in, my brother said they did get the cookies, but there was no note or sticker included. I was disappointed because that personal touch was the whole reason I ordered online. I called the Maricopa Crumbl location to ask what happened. The employee I spoke to mentioned that their label machine had been broken for over a month and that if the sticker was forgotten, "that's on whoever was working that night." There was no apology or offer to make things right. If customers are paying extra for personalization, they should be informed that the service isn't currently available. It's not okay for details like this to be overlooked, especially when celebrating special occasions. Think twice before ordering from this location -- attention to detail and customer care seem to be lacking. read more

Most ghetto Crumbl I've ever been to. Young guys working there were dirty and had their pants hanging so low you could see underwear. So unprofessional! Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. First, the good: when I arrived at the drive thru, I was very quickly greeted and the gal I spoke with was pleasant to interact with. My patty melt was very flavorful and delicious, as well as piping hot. Total thumbs up there. The unfortunate: I was the only car in the drive thru, and although I was able to order and drive up to the window quickly, I then sat at the window for aaaaaaages. By the time I was handed my food, the line was 3 cars deep. I appreciate that they were maybe making the food fresh, but holy smokes I waited forever. It is also worthy to note that the location isn't great. This is not the restaurant's fault, obviously, but it's something to know. The parking lot is ridiculous and I have no idea how there aren't constant accidents.
