It's been awhile since I stopped in. Decided to see what goodies they have available now. Their flavors change every Sunday!!! Keeps everything new and relevant. I love their butter cookie, cookie, which is available until Sunday. He also have a banana cookie that taste kind of like a spice cake with cream cheese and caramel frosting. He also have a butter cake cookie ! This is my first visit since they started doing mini pies. Their pie is French Silk right now ... a throwback to my memories of Baker's Square. Cookies are horrible. They are under baked and pale as can be. Frosting was just slopped on and skimpy on the classic pink cookie. The sample cookie the pink was very dark while the cookie I received was very light barely pink. Very inconsistent. The cookie was so thick and not normal sized. Absolutely zero quality control at this location. Took pictures under a different lighting conditions hoping to show how pale an appetizing they looked. read more

I love surprising my loved ones with Crumbl cookies, and one thing I've always appreciated is the ability to add a personal touch -- a note or a cute sticker/bow. Recently, I ordered a box online for my brother to celebrate a new milestone. Days went by, and I never heard a thank-you, which was unusual. When I finally checked in, my brother said they did get the cookies, but there was no note or sticker included. I was disappointed because that personal touch was the whole reason I ordered online. I called the Maricopa Crumbl location to ask what happened. The employee I spoke to mentioned that their label machine had been broken for over a month and that if the sticker was forgotten, "that's on whoever was working that night." There was no apology or offer to make things right. If customers are paying extra for personalization, they should be informed that the service isn't currently available. It's not okay for details like this to be overlooked, especially when celebrating special occasions. Think twice before ordering from this location -- attention to detail and customer care seem to be lacking. read more

Most ghetto Crumbl I've ever been to. Young guys working there were dirty and had their pants hanging so low you could see underwear. So unprofessional! I observed one of them go outside with his gloves on and then came back and continued making cookies with the same gloves. Gross!! The 2nd handled cash and didn't change gloves either. Came inside to 0 greeting and side eyes from the boy and girl working. Our cookie looked nothing how it was supposed to and the store looks like it truly has not been cleaned in weeks. There's dirt marks all over the floor and on the tiles in front of the counters. There's finger marks all over the door and crumbs everywhere. Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. I hate dry chicken so I'm a fan of it being properly cooked and moist., I know sometimes by the bone it's a little pink, but on this chicken the breast wasn't even fully cooked which is very scary. It was raw enough that it was difficult to pull apart. It was raw. I called the store and when someone answered and I told her she then asked me if I wanted to come get another one or if I wanted a refund. I told her that I wanted them to pull the rest the chicken off display cause it's not cooked, and she said "I'm about to leave but for sure, so do you want a refund or another one?" I don't think she was understanding. I called back out of concern and she said they had checked the other chickens and they were fine. I really don't understand how undercooked chicken can then be holding proper temp under a heat lamp. If the chicken wasn't cooked to temp in the kitchen, which it clearly wasn't, it makes no sense how only my chicken was undercooked. She asked if I wanted to talk to a manager and I said yes and then was put on hold. I had understood from the beginning that a manager was taking care of this. I work in the food industry. This chicken was not cooked.

We eat a bit of salad in our large family so this is a staple for us every few days. Thanks Sprouts.

The crust was nice and the bacon was delicious, thick cut, and crispy. That said, the pizza looked a bit thrown together and the sausage tasted underdone, which was surprising considering it took nearly 45 minutes to prep and cook. My son ordered a calzone and was audibly demolishing it. It was very large and he said it tasted great, so that was a plus. Our intention was to dine in and enjoy our meal there, but the very limited seating and the fact that the table is positioned right in front of the register made it feel awkward. We ultimately took our food home to eat. I would not consider this a dine in restaurant. It feels more like a pickup and takeout focused spot. It is definitely on the expensive side. It was about $60 for one pizza and one calzone. Both items were priced as cheese only, so each topping was charged separately. $3 for sausage, $3 for bacon, $2.50 for spinach, etc. The total came out to $37 for the pizza and $19 for the calzone before tax and tip. We might give it another try, but it is unlikely.

They have a couple small dining tables in the lobby area, which are convenient to sit out while you wait or if you want to dine there while your pizza is still hot. The staff is great. They are always friendly and helpful. They know me well enough to give me ranch dressing, which is fabulous. I love their onion rings with the honey mustard, dipping sauce. I know it sounds odd, but the combination together, is just great. I would've never thought to put those two items together. I have never been disappointed by their pizza. It is always top-notch. Vero's does not skimp on ingredients. MY PIZZA always weighs about 10 pounds or more. I have always picked up my pizza and it has always been hot and fresh when I get home which is another plus.
