I have to say I'm very disappointed. I hardly ever leave reviews but I have to speak up this time. This was my first time here and I was so excited because it got such great reviews. The service was slow, and the lady in front of me was upset because she didn't get her drinks and others behind her had already received their orders so it automatically put a bad taste in my mouth. I got the Samoa Cookie Latte and was shocked to see that it was not filled to the top and there was no whip. It tasted very average. The cake pop was okay. Getting out of the shop was a struggle because there was a semi truck backing into the already too narrow parking lot. New cute and quaint coffee spot in Maricopa!!! Close to the high school; great for parents, teens, and especially the high school staff. I love that they have a drive thru window. There is a cute patio area outside to sit at and soak up the atmosphere. There is a paved parking spot for people with special needs, ok corral style; for the rest of us. There are two menus one video screen and a hard copy. I think that was smart, depending on the direction of the sun it can be difficult to read. I ordered the lavender latte, large, with oat milk, and no ice. Once I got to the pick up window, my drink arrived in about three minutes. Speedy service. I really want to go inside next time and check out the interior. I just heard about this place yesterday and wanted to make sure everybody knew about this new little gem. Support small business!!! Overall good experience however I'm not sure if we will be going back. The reason for this is more personal, we don't really like drive through coffee places like Duch bros and this place is set up like a glorified drive through coffee shop. Service: Great! The staff was very friendly and had advice to give on menus items like tea and baked goods. They did this while wearing headsets for the drive through part. Atmosphere: Inside was tight with only 2 small tables. Outside was nice featuring a patio with two bigger shaded tables. There was also a fake grass area with nice space to sip coffee. Lastly the location for this place is kinda weird, it's across from the school but away from most everything else. Food: We tried the raspberry pop-tart and it was sweet and tart but sadly nothing special. Coffee: I was happy with the quality of coffee. They use whole milk as the standard. I am disappointed that they only have to go cups. This is very sad as I think they have potential to be a great coffee shop. But this is what you get when they are focusing on drive through. This is the cutest little coffee shop tucked behind the high school. I go for the matcha! I absolutely LOVE their matcha! Most places serve watered down weak matcha, while Neaux serves perfectly mixed drinks. The price is right and the service is friendly. If I drink anything that isn't from home, I go here. read more

Thought it was odd that the menu board in the drive wasn't working and instead a taped up paper that listed only holiday drinks was there. Just chalked it up to breaking down. That was until I ordered and received my drink. It took awhile to get my order and I was the only one there. The sugar cookie latte taste absolutely awful. It doesn't come with any seasonal toppings either. This was unusual for this place. Then I find out through Google that this place was sold in October of this year and the original owner has moved on to a new venture. Good for Brooke but this place is now not the same ambience or drinks. I loved how they used to pride themselves with ingredients and offerings. Another reviewer said the bathroom is not available either now. That doesn't make you want to hang out and get drinks or take the kids anymore. What we got at Neaux coffee vs what was advertised. We were there by 6 AM and they were out of anything for Valentine's Day. We didn't know until they handed us our items almost 40 minutes after we ordered them. That took up all time we could've had to go get actual Valentines treats for the kids this morning before school. Super disappointing. If you're looking for your Neaux coffee Valentine, they don't have it but they'll sell it to you anyway. We came across this place after trying and being disappointed with a few of the other local spots for coffee. The business itself it's a little hidden from the main roads behind the high school, however, it was a super cute establishment. They seem to be the only ones in the area that know how to make a decent espresso drink. The only piece for me is that their espresso itself seems a little on the milder side as opposed to the stronger side, so I would suggest to anyone like myself that likes a stronger drink, to add an extra shot. Hidden gem. This place is in front of the main entrance to Maricopa HS! It's the only white two story bldg. and it has a drive thru folks! What!?!! SERVICE: Let's start here since good service is hard to find these days. However, husband and I were greeted by a very friendly young lady who explained the menu to us and allowed us take our time. 5 Stars For service. AMBIANCE: Inside is a bit narrow but very cute. They have a neon logo for that coffee selfie as well as a couple tables to enjoy. Don't know if they have free WiFi. Outside they have a nice lounge area for about 5-6 groups of people. It's all landscaped pretty cute and modern but with that AZ heat...don't know how that will hold up in the summer. 4.5 Stars for Ambiance, 5 if they would have had more indoor space. FOOD: We ordered a blueberry muffin and two blended drinks the mocha chocolate chip and the caramel swirl frap or what they call blended coffee drink. Blueberry muffin warmed up was a nice treat. I liked my mocha chocolate chip frap drink. It was the perfect amount of sweet for me. My husband wasn't too fond of his drink and I must say the coffee did seem a little bit weaker and the taste was not as pronounced. So for us, we will give 4 stars for the coffee and say add a bit more espresso and make the drinks a little stronger for 5 Stars. Overall, for my husband, he says it's a one and done for him as he wasn't fond of either his drink or mine. As for me, I would go back and have a coffee date with a friend when the weather is nice and sit outside when the weather is not too hot. This place is super cute. I only did the drive thru, because I was short on time but the whole aesthetic from my Yelp photo stalking and pics my friends have showed me, this place is adorable. I pulled up, was immediately greeted , and when I pulled up was met with the most friendly woman at the window. I told her it was my first time, and she got me set up with the rewards program. I only got an iced coffee but will be back to try more. Iced coffee was smooth and delicious. The only complaint I have was the medium was too small. I found this on Yelp and this is one of the cutest cafes that I've ever been to. They did a great job decorating for the holidays while keeping it classy. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. We split the raspberry prickly pear pop tart (heated up) and it was absolutely delicious. I had the sugar cookie hot latte which was also delightful. We are heading back to MA today otherwise we would be back here everyday. We highly recommend giving this cafe a try. You can even play cornhole outside. read more
