worst place ever! junky store, junky signage, hard to read outdoor menu, drive up is pitiful and servers are less than desired! I went there for a soft serve ice cream in the drive up. Could not hear the person at all, drove up to the window and waited, and waited, and waited. I was the only person in the drive up so wondered what was taking so long. The front of the store was all torn up and when I drove up didn't see any cars there. When the server finally appeared and handed me a cone with his bare hands, I asked for a napkin. He said they didn't have any napkins. What??!!! no napkins?! I almost gave him back the ice cream. Ridiculous they even attempted to serve food (especially ice cream) with no napkins. This place is from back in the 70's. This store needs to be torn down it is in such bad shape. I will never go there again. It is hard to access as it is behind a Chevron station, and the drive up is so narrow you can see how many times the concrete post has been hit by drivers trying to navigate through. My son went in today to get me a blizzard. He said medium chocolate with peanut butter cups. He gets up to the window and they try to hand him a vanilla blizzard. He tells them it's supposed to be chocolate,so they remake it. He brings it home to me and all it is, is a cup of chocolate ice cream not even any peanut butter cups at all. I called and told them and they won't do anything unless I bring it back. WTH. Definitely not my favorite Dairy Queen I've been to, and while it's the only one in town Its not on my list to go to frequently. My first visit was nice, good blizzard, used my perks to get a free blizzard, but my second visit has been lackluster... service was great first time around and this time it was just brisk and okay. For reference this location doesn't do pup cups (who doesn't do pup cups in this day and age???). Instead they charge you for a small vanilla cup of ice cream per pup cup for $2.89 a piece. I ordered a large fudge sundae and the ice cream is good but there's not a ton of fudge for the amount of ice cream. The peanut butter parfait we ordered was good, but I'll stick to blizzards when I come here. read more

Friends had told me to try the $7 special at Dairy Queen. Although I was dubious, I went for something to do. i was pleasantly surprised. Upon entering, I noticed it was neat and clean. It had staff to accommodate the customers. I had the burger special and my wife had the chicken strip special. Both meals came hot and tasty with tons of fries. The waiter offered to hold the sundae that comes with the special until we were done with the meal. I expected a small sundae based on the $7 special. Once again, the surprise was the size. If I could get this DQ a negative star review I would. This is the slowest and worst dq I've ever been to. I've been here a few times and it always sucks. Last time took over twenty minutes for two blizzards, all of them were wrong sizes and one was wrong flavor. This time they were out of pumpkin which is fine I get it your busy and sold out. So, I ordered different ones. Wait 15 minutes and get to the window for the guy at the window say oh I forgot to tell you the card machines down and he laughed. I said I don't have cash and he said sorry and I drove off. I'm not looking for free stuff but it was already made and I waited for him to laugh that he forgot the cc machine was down. Last time I went thru the drive thru I got a still-frozen corn dog and a blizzard that tasted like the smell of the store attached to it. Bought 2 large vanilla cones,1/24/21,the texture felt like it was infused with air.They didnt taste like cream.I spent almost $8.00 an inferior product. I ordered a chili cheese dog and they brought it with zero napkins and the walk from the kitchen to my table is extremely short and somehow my chili ended up almost over, really? Very rude and unprofessional staff. I was made to feel as if I was bothering them. The young black girl with her hat on backwards, who helped me at the drive-through, was extremely rude and acted if I was interrupting her break. Worst service I have ever received, I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Took the lady 5 minutes to acknowledge my existences. Then an extra 20 just to get my blizzard! My Son turned 13 Saturday, he received a gift card for Dairy Queen, so Sunday night I took him, he wanted a Chocolate cake Blizzard, he was so happy, I didn't get anything, he ended up sick to his stomach, throwing up and the runs all night, this morning my wife took him to urgent care cause he had pain on his right side abdominal, and major discomfort, we thaught it was his appendix, ended up he has food poisoning, we pin pointed it was from Dairy Queen cause no one else in the family had Dairy Queen when he did and earlier in the day we all ate the same thing and no one else got sick, out of the six of us. I had a blizzard as well as the flamethrower burger with fries and an extra side of onion rings. Staff was friendly and my order came out decently quick. The burger combo was pretty good! No super salty fries or burnt onion rings like most other DQ's. The tables were kept pretty clean despite being inside a gas station. read more
