Our first time at this location. We went in for takeout. Amanda was very friendly in taking our order. Even double checked that our special orders could be made. I like that they even have a place for sauces to not be wasted. They disinfect them before giving them out. When I eat at home the fries get cold and they aren't very good. I wonder if it is due to the way they are cut or how much earlier they were cooked before I bought them. Maybe I just need to drive faster. Ha! The service is fast. One year I went for the cow appreciation day special and the line went fast despite being so long. To bad that isn't happening anymore. Joshua helped me in the drive thru today and I can honestly say it was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I had my son with me, who is severely autistic, and Joshua went above and beyond to make him feel special. I have never been into fried chicken sandwich/ tenders type fast food restaurants. But I really like the Classic Chicken sandwich at Chick-fil-A! Ever since my wife had me pull into a Chick-fil-A during a road trip to California for breakfast, I became intrigued with their Chicken Biscuit. During this visit I ordered a Chicken Biscuit for my wife and two Chick-fil-A Deluxe Sandwiches without cheese for me. I had to wait about 15 minutes for my Deluxe sandwiches because it was still morning. But as I told the guy, it'll be totally worth it. After my sandwiches were delivered to me, I had about a 25 minute drive home. The sandwiches were still warm after I arrived. It still had the light crunch of the light breading, which was perfectly seasoned. The chicken was a nice thick piece and moist. The tomatoes gave it an extra moistness and made eat bite juicy. The lettuce was a bit limp, but that was expected after the 25 minute journey home. Of course my wife loved her sandwich. It's her favorite! Never really disappointed with Chi-fil-abut today I was. I only come to this one occasionally because drivethru is always crazy long. I parked at this location. Line was about 10 people deep but moving fast. I told cashier that I had to use restrooms so hold my ice cream order because I didn't want to take my cone into bathroom. Before I even got my change, food with ice cream cone was ready. Usually a plus but again, I needed to go to bathroom. Luckily she was cool about it and offered to watch my cone. So bathroom line also long with only 2 stalls. By the time I got finished with bathroom, they had to remake my cone because it melted. My cashier remade it but not sure she knew how to work the machine. What came out looked like crap and was much smaller than the cone the guy had prepared. Now I know I got the small cone but this looked like barely a scoop. Like a kids cone. Anyhoo, whatever I gotta go because a bunch...of screaming kids and arrogant high schoolers dining. When I made it back at work 15 miles away, thoroughly dissatisfied with portion size and quality of strips. I must confess, I never order strips here because I love the nuggets. However, I had a direct mailer to try the spicy strips. Big bummer. They seemed like they had been cooked too long or old. Which us weird because I have never disliked Chic-fil-a chicken. The size of the strips would also not make a teenager full. It was more like 2 whimpy strips and 1 nugget. Picture makes it look bigger than it was.
