Very disappointed as I specifically ordered a biscuit with just egg and cheese, but was given one with sausage on it. Employee Cherie gave us the worst drive through experience ever!! We are not Wendy's people so when we asked for a minute to look at the menu that is when her obvious annoyance began. Mind you we were the ONLY PEOPLE in the drive through. She only got more curt as we started to order. The cake topper was when my overly nice husband tried to make a light comment about how confusing the menu is when we pulled up to the window. She ROLLED HER EYES AT HIM! I went here last night, ordered a chicken sandwich and when i got home, it was raw, breaded chicken. Had I not taken the lettuce off I would never have seen this and bitten right into it. If I could give zero stars I would- store says drive thru open until 1a and for some reason they don't stay open passed 10p - came in the middle of the day and the person on the speaker said they couldn't assist because they were short staffed... you mean between 2 employees no one can figure out how to keep the business open - even if you offer only certain easy options... you don't close mid day. Service was terrible. I came in at about 9:50, July 24th at this location. Upon entering, I asked for a lemonade. The worker at the cashier told me to wait a second, so we did. All of the cashiers INCLUDING the manager, saw us, didn't say a word, and we stood there for a good five-ten minutes waiting. At no point had anyone told us that they were no longer taking orders at the counter until after about ten minutes of waiting, and I had no idea about this. I had cash in my hand and wanted a god damn lemonade, I would have let them keep the change. She told us to go through the drive through, where I pulled up and they still told me to wait, which at that point I was mad. I went back in and the manager very rudely told us to get out, when we explained the situation. She was very hostile and even brought out a screwdriver, and led us to the door. I understand that they could be busy, I know how it is to work at food companies. But zero warning and the rudeness of her honestly makes me want to get her fired, very unprofessional and totally ignorant of us. 2/5 time I have been there for the drive thru, no one came over the intercom to take my order. I waited 10 minutes each time to see if they would pay attention and notice a customer waiting. It was around 7pm both times. The other three times, I went around the same time and they gave me chicken nuggets when I ordered at burger. It was too late when I noticed at home.
