Don't take our word for it. Get the grilled chicken nuggets and you won't disagree. Unfortunately, this location does not hold the standard. Cold fries at noon? They did not ask us if we wanted any sauce either. Huge disappointment. The kids are crying now. Just kidding. The food is still good, but we sure could've used Polynesian. You know what I like about this place. Their Manager On Duty is cleaning seats, wiping tables, asking how are everyone doing on the tables and most of all, asking if anyone needs anything else. That is how you called excellent customer service! The chicken here are consistently tender and seasoned deliciously. Still hungry after a disappointing sit down meal in the area, I went to Chick-fil-A to get a sandwich. The location was well kept and we were greeted when we first came in. I had the grilled chicken sandwich to go. It only took a few minutes to make and I was out the door in no time. I liked the sandwich multigrain bun, tomatoes and fresh green leaf lettuce. Unfortunately I didn't like the actual grilled chicken which was super salty to me. It's fast food though so hey what do you expect. Service was friendly at the cashier and my total was less than $5 for the sandwich. I wasn't too impressed with the sandwich but it was more satisfying than my actual dinner for the price I paid so it definitely had that going for it! read more

Went in a few days ago and not having the greatest day of my life. Went through the drive thru and ordered. They had put a brownie in my order and I thought they had just messed up my order and I went on my way. But when I opened my food there was a hand written note on it saying I hope you have a good rest of your day here is a brownie on us and they really made my day. Never, ever, ever disappointed with Chick-fil-A, but tonight was a first. I go all the time for the lemonade and usually go through 1 - 3 gallons at home by myself! I'm hooked on the stuff. I finally decided to try the new sandwich, the Honey Pepper Pimento sandwich. It looks so delicious on the commercials and I'm a cheese freak, so I was excited to go get one. I was very disappointed. The cheese was VERY skimpy and on the commercials, it looks like it's about 1/2" thick on there! I couldn't even really taste the difference it made. It also looks like you get a whole layer of jalapenos on it as well and I got exactly 3 jalapenos - one was so small you couldn't even call it a whole piece! I felt a little ripped off and very disappointed. Even when I look at their menu on-line, their own picture looks like you get a LOT more pimento cheese than what I got tonight! Instead of charging me for the meal which would have been 6.99 they charge me for every single item separately in- cluding the egg the cheese literally everything. They aren't filling the bowls up at all. Paying almost $10 for a bowl I can see the bottom of. You don't get any egg at all. Very disappointing. It is consistent in the fact you get less every time you go. The day old chicken they keep using is really dry and gross. The chicken minis are another hot mess. Dry chicken, old hard stale buns. Sometimes the brush them with butter most of the time they don't. 90% of the time I can only eat have the bun because the bottoms are rock hard. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the process of making sure everyone was taken care of quickly! The drive thru line always makes me nervous since it is always so long, but I was happy to brave it today. The line moved quickly and smoothly along with the efficient workers taking orders to being able to pay with cash quickly then to move to the "pick up" and have my food warm and ready with the correct order. In today's society that is an exception instead of the norm which is sad, so it defintely deserves a shout out when it happens.
