Still hungry after a disappointing sit down meal in the area, I went to Chick-fil-A to get a sandwich. The location was well kept and we were greeted when we first came in. I had the grilled chicken sandwich to go. It only took a few minutes to make and I was out the door in no time. I liked the sandwich multigrain bun, tomatoes and fresh green leaf lettuce. Unfortunately I didn't like the actual grilled chicken which was super salty to me. It's fast food though so hey what do you expect. Service was friendly at the cashier and my total was less than $5 for the sandwich. I wasn't too impressed with the sandwich but it was more satisfying than my actual dinner for the price I paid so it definitely had that going for it! read more

Who doesn't love Chick-fil-A? My kids do too. Same for me and my wife. We don't live close to one so this is an extra special treat for us. The greatest fast food restaurant on the planet. Don't take our word for it. Get the grilled chicken nuggets and you won't disagree. Unfortunately, this location does not hold the standard. Cold fries at noon? They did not ask us if we wanted any sauce either. Huge disappointment. The kids are crying now. Just kidding. The food is still good, but we sure could've used Polynesian. I forgot to ask though but we have never had to ask. Usually the fork is provided for the grilled nuggets. No fork no bueno. Oh well. Wendy's is good. read more

Fast, friendly, and yummy as always! Ordered a big order and didn't get ketchup. They had me pull up front but overall, it's Chick-Fil-A. This is the only fast food in my opinion that has consistent food. It's my go to for Sweet Tea and also their awesome chicken sandwich. read more

Friendly staff and the BBQ Bacon Sandwich here is the best Chick Fil-A sandwich I've ever had! Perfectly cooked bacon on top of a juicy grilled chicken breast. Paired with some amazing bbq sauce and jack cheese this beauty was one of the best sandwiches ever to be in me mouth! The chicken was seasoned with what seemed like lemon pepper and had me wanting more. Thanks Chick Fil-A for making me look at fast food differently. Went in a few days ago and not having the greatest day of my life. Went through the drive thru and ordered. They had put a brownie in my order and I thought they had just messed up my order and I went on my way. But when I opened my food there was a hand written note on it saying I hope you have a good rest of your day here is a brownie on us and they really made my day. Never, ever, ever disappointed with Chick-fil-A, but tonight was a first. I go all the time for the lemonade and usually go through 1 - 3 gallons at home by myself! I'm hooked on the stuff. I finally decided to try the new sandwich, the Honey Pepper Pimento sandwich. It looks so delicious on the commercials and I'm a cheese freak, so I was excited to go get one. I was very disappointed. The cheese was VERY skimpy and on the commercials, it looks like it's about 1/2" thick on there! I couldn't even really taste the difference it made. It also looks like you get a whole layer of jalapenos on it as well and I got exactly 3 jalapenos - one was so small you couldn't even call it a whole piece! I felt a little ripped off and very disappointed. Even when I look at their menu on-line, their own picture looks like you get a LOT more pimento cheese than what I got tonight! I hate to do this because I love chic fil a and never have an issue at other locations, but after multiple poor experiences at this location enough is enough. I can not name one time I have gotten my order correct through the drive through and my food is almost always cold. Sad I won't be able to get this on my lunch break anymore because of this location not be able to meet the standard of all the other locations. read more

Since when does chick fil a not care about their customers and their customized orders?! EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this location they never are able to accommodate my needs. The employees are rude at this location and they need to take lessons in customer service. Last week i went to this location and ordered 3 meals, all 3 fries were soggy and cold and they messed up one of the orders. Today I went to this location , and Taylor was serving us. I asked for my fries a little crispy and she informed me rudely that she was unable to make this request. This is the closest chick fil a by my house and I will no longer be going to this location. I am a door dasher I am also African American I came in and no one asked what dash I had. After coming here for years, they are now under new management and will not accommodate for food sensitivities. I'm sensitive to blueberries and have NEVER had a problem ordering the parfait without blueberries but now they REFUSE to let me order the parfait without them. The manager had a very poor attitude with me when I inquired about this to the point of tears for me. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because about 10% of the time they get my order wrong.. and I've seen a couple of reviews with the same complaint. Eat More Chicken Chick-fil-A is always very clean, surprisingly calm, fast food restaurant with friendly, efficient staff. The menu at Chick-fil-A has a wide variety of choices including healthy ones. In addition, to the great selections from the menu you just can not beat the service. The employees at Chick-fil-A are nicest folks around. Attentive to your every whim, and eager to please. I came here for a quick breakfast. I ordered the number 6 but I wanted to switch out the regular grilled chicken for the spicy grilled chicken. Instead of charging me for the meal which would have been 6.99 they charge me for every single item separately in- cluding the egg the cheese literally everything. I was just at the Chick-fil-A on Dobson and ordered the same exact meal and they didn't charge me extra for swapping out with should grilled chicken. They just charged for the normal price of the meal. I guess I'm a little confused as to why different Chick-fil-A's charge different prices for the same exact thing. I ordered through the app and ate outside and one of the employees, Katrina, asked us how my family's meal was and if we needed anything else and made sure the outside tables were clean. I left thirty minutes later and realized I had left my purse at the table and ran back. Turns out, Katrina remembered it was me sitting there and she had kept it safe with lost and found. They aren't filling the bowls up at all. Paying almost $10 for a bowl I can see the bottom of. You don't get any egg at all. Very disappointing. It is consistent in the fact you get less every time you go. The day old chicken they keep using is really dry and gross. The chicken minis are another hot mess. Dry chicken, old hard stale buns. Sometimes the brush them with butter most of the time they don't. 90% of the time I can only eat have the bun because the bottoms are rock hard. If you are lucky to actually get 4 chicken nuggets most of the time it's 3 and a crumb. read more

They have 5 people standing outside to take the drive-through orders and deliver orders during lunch time, even in the summer. The line might be a bit long (5 mins) but my sandwich was delivered right away after making the payment. Delicious spicy chicken sandwich with a hint of MSG. read more

In the drive thru and the young man taking orders walks away saying the menu speaker will take my order. Two cars in the parallel lane order and pass by. The third car lets the order taker know. Two more cars pass in the other lane. Five total cars passed us. Finally the order taker asks for my order and can't hear me. I speak up and she condescendingly says the there is no need to yell. Come to find out the manager Taylor took the order and said I sounded robotic. She said they normally give free food if the order is wrong but to just accept her apology. She said she was frustrated with the employees and wished me a good night. It was the worst Chick-fil-A experience I've had and am shocked someone so unprofessional can be a manager. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the process of making sure everyone was taken care of quickly! The drive thru line always makes me nervous since it is always so long, but I was happy to brave it today. The line moved quickly and smoothly along with the efficient workers taking orders to being able to pay with cash quickly then to move to the "pick up" and have my food warm and ready with the correct order. In today's society that is an exception instead of the norm which is sad, so it defintely deserves a shout out when it happens. I ate at an expensive restaurant the night before and I got better and happier service at a drive thru than there . read more

I love this Chick-fil-A!! The staff is so genuine and friendly. It's a very welcoming environment as soon as I walk through the door. My favorite food is the Grilled Chicken Sandwich and then a milkshake. They always ask me how my days going and come to my table to ask if I need anything. There's a super sweet lady named Carleen who is always so happy and cheerful and interacts with all the customers. This location's drive thru was slightly confusing compared to other fast food establishments. I tend to avoid Chick-fil-A as I don't support their ideals or charities they align with, but this is located near my work. The staff was friendly, and the store exterior was clean with music playing. Overall, not a bad experience and I do love their waffle fries. read more
