It seems they do not chain their oil at this location. Several times the chicken biscuit takes like spoiled oil. I called them more than once to tell them, they didn't seem to care. They lost my business. read more

LOVE LOVE THIS FOOD!!! I just really really really hate that it's closed Sunday's!!! But highly recommend this Chick-fil-A too, good and friendly workers and drive through goes by super fast! Who doesn't love that?! read more

So disappointed and frustrated!!! Went there this morning. I have celiac disease And it has always been a safe choice for me. I ordered my grilled nuggets and fries well done and was told they can NO Longer do well done fries! Wtf?!!! Peace out chick filet! We walked out and they just lost our business. $27.00 order went to another local place this morning! read more

The line was really short and my kids loved their food. Went to pour sauce on my sandwich and found fuzz stuck to the chicken... I can only hope my children's food wasn't picked up from the floor as well. I love chick-fil-a but this location seems to struggle with quality. read more

Spicey chicken deluxe ! With the pepper jack cheese! I also scored me a peach shake, I anticipate the month of the peaches! they have the best peach shakes in town! No one outside taking orders which I'm glad because it was 118 out ! This location I have been to several times and they never seem to drop the ball and every experience ends with my pleasure ! I'll be back ! Again and again ! Keep it up ! Just because it's fast food doesn't mean they don't deliver on the service ! read more

Stopped at this location for a late lunch, chicken sandwich, small fries. Both were lukewarm, chicken dry and limp fries...very disappointing..I'd be embarrassed to serve this kind of food.. read more

Great location and definitely stand up to the CFA standards. Keep it up! Service is on point, pricing is right on, and speedy ! Great work.

Ordered through the app and when we showed up we found out it was closed and there were not opening until 10:30 and not serving breakfast today because of the holiday. When we left and came back after they opened we spoke with the manager, I believe Nick and he was SUPER helpful and nice to take care of us. The restaurant was clean and all the staff was very nice too. The kids play area seemed cleaned up after as well. read more

Went there for lunch and got two meals, after getting home I found out the order wasn't right and I was missing food. I tried to call them to let them know and they didn't answer. Continued calling for 20 minutes and never got an answer. Never had a bad experience with Chick-fil-A until today read more

I was trying to go in and it was 8:30 i looked on there app saying it closes at 10:00 then I tried walking in then the workers were inside smoking. I would not recommend it because now there is probably smoke in the fryers to cook food. It took 5 mins for the workers to come up to the door and start banging on it telling me to leave. there was also trash everyone on the floor. read more

I'm a huge chick-fil-a fan, so my review is slightly biased. I dripped by here last week during a lunch hour peak. I saw the cars backed up and was slightly worried about the wait time. Once I rounded the corner, I saw the lines split into two lanes and people outside to help take orders. My order was taken in no time at all and I was through the line in under 10 minutes flat. Surprisingly efficient for such a busy location! The workers were also friendly despite the 100 degree plus weather. The food was hot and tasty, a checked sandwich and waffle fries. In a nutshell, this location exceeds expectations. read more

Shout out to Bella who was very helpful on recommending what I should order definitely coming back for the very friendly service

I cannot believe I am giving a fast food place 5 stars. The service was excellent, the chicken was excellent, the bun was fresh. They have coke products. The price was right. Oh I almost forgot the wedge fries were just the best. So there you have it 5 stars. read more

AZ Chik Fil A has military discount! Of course delicious chicken sandwiches and waffle fries too. I was exceptionally hungry and ordered 3 chicken sandwiches, waffle fries and a powerade. All food was less than $20 with discount. I also got extra sauces and the staff wasn't stingy and sauce is a must have for me. I recommend this place! read more

Jeffrey Was very nice and had great/quick customer service ! We need more Jeffrey's !

Best ever chicken in the world! This one is closest to me and the smell draws me in and I gotta have it!

First of all, I have been driving to this location since they open and been a loyal customer. A week ago I droved to the drive-through of this Chick-fil-A and I noticed two of the employees who are responsible for handling one's purchase items not wearing their mask protection correctly. I advised both the correct way to wear the mask since I work in the medical field. Their response was very vague and with an attitude, on my way out the male employee YELL out to me "HAVE A NICE DAY" in a very NASTY manner. Needless to say, I am sure that Chick-fil-A management wouldn't appreciate this conduct towards their patrons, and for this reason, I won't ever return to this location. read more

Excellent service, fries were fresh af, thank y'all for making this experience angelic

Fast, friendly, delicious! As fast food chains go, this is probably my favorite. The staff is always nice and efficient; the food is pretty good. They also give you unlimited sauces and their sauces are top notch! read more

I don't know why everyone loves this place. I think the food is average at best. Your typical fast food joint. Flies on the window, crumbs on the table from the last guest and the sick teenager running the cash register. I had unpleasant gastrointestinal feelings after I got home. I don't see a reason to go back. read more

After posting my review, I was immediately contacted by the manager. She was very accommodating, and I was able to go to the store right away and get my meal replaced. I really appreciated the gesture and will be a return customer. read more

Pulled in about 1020 to place a breakfast order, line was very long and when I got to the front to pay it was about 1031 and I had found out they gave me an extra order of hashbrowns instead of an extra order of chicken minis as I ordered. Was told breakfast was over and they could not be made so I ended up with a bunch of hashbrowns instead of actual breakfast. read more

1 star for forgetting sauce all the time and not doing crispy fries anymore. Who likes french fries soft and mushy?

This chick-fil-a always delivers the best customer service To the store manager: you have an A-MAZING STAFF!!! My morning was upside down to start but your morning staff turned that around Best start to my day!!! read more

What else can one say about Chik Fil A? Great food, great service, great experience. I've never had any issues (knock on wood).

I stopped here a couple of days ago and got the chicken nugget 12 count meal and I asked to get the value size which consist of a large fry and a large drink, well I asked to get a large shake instead in which I payed a $1.90 extra for , well when I get to the window to get my order she hands me the shake and I asked is that large, I knew it wasn't because I get them all the time, Well she told me they only have the one size because corp. changed it and I look at her like that is a kiddie up, I felt so cheated, well I learned my lesson from now on I will just go to dairy queen for an adult shake. And the fries looked like they changed the size of large to medium. Not a fan sorry Chick-fil-A read more

I ordered a sausage burrito, instead got a chicken one with 2 tiny pieces of chicken and no sausage. Smallest burrito I've ever seen for $5. Let's not talk about the smallest coffee for $4 too. Horrible breakfast for $10. read more

That jawn was bussing. Amazing, good, 5 star, 85 character review, great customer service!

Out of all the drive thru's I've been going to during this covid mess, this location by far has had the most efficient and quickest drive thru and still gets my order right! Very impressed, they are doing such a great job, they deserve a raise! read more

I've been to many a chick fil a in I don't know how many states, but the staff here is so polite and fast! Ordered online for pick up and as soon as I stepped foot in the restaurant my order was ready. Well staffed, a huge line never formed, clean tables. Great location!! read more

This is a five star fast food joint. They cook in peanut oil, which makes the food taste MUCH better. Don't believe me? Try eating Sonic tater tots after having two bites of Chick-Fil-A anything. You will never want to eat fried food anywhere else again. The best part about this place is they are so family-oriented. They have family nights every week. They recently had a Daddy-Daughter night which was really well-organized. They even had questions for each dad to ask his daughter and for each daughter to ask her dad, They also have a Mother-Son night planned for this month. The owner of the location really makes a difference in any restaurant. CFA corporate really chooses franchisees who care. Then they invest in those people so they can succeed and build their own business. It is amazing. The food is delicious. The business model is awesome. The employees are wonderful. Last week the window employee made me smile because she was so joyful and serving with a happy heart. That smile lasted me a long time and was contagious! I can't see wanting to eat fast food anywhere else. P.S. They have these little chicken minis for breakfast that are highly addictive! read more

Chick-fil-a has the best business model in fast food, and the Ray Rd locale is no exception. How awesome is pulling up to a drive-thru with 3 cars ahead of you, and 3 minutes later the courteous/friendly employee at the window is handing over your hot/fresh food? Love it! read more

Came on a Saturday night at about 7, ordered a 30 count nugget tray and then they told us they were out of chick-fil-a sauce... the server told us that's normal for a Saturday night.... well if it always happens maybe start ordering more sauce. Was very disappointed. read more

Service is phenomenal at this location. I was literally ordering and as I was paying I was being handed my food. It was like they read my mind before I ordered! The food was hot and perfect! All the other fast food chains can learn a thing or two from Chick-Fil-A! read more

Went last night and all the employees were so friendly! My dog and I went drive they and of course they fell in love with her (duh), but what I thought was so cool was they offered to give her a dog treat!!! I had no idea they would even have that?!?! It wasn't a chicken thing or anything, but an actual box of some kind of hard crunchy dog treats. I thought that was so cool and so sweet for them to offer it to her. So on top of already good food and good values and service, they treated my dog with good customer service. My dog is my life so I really liked that! read more
