I have never been so disappointed or grossed out by a fast food restaurant this badly. The coney dog was practically raw... the bun was too soft it was gummy & mushy, and had no flavor. The chili was cold. The French fries were good. The burger was soggy and had no flavor. The bun was stale and fell apart. When we got our food we drove away to eat it. I didn't have the stomach to go back. I literally felt sick and we went straight to my daughter's place. I have no desire to return. By the looks of some reviews at other locations, it's about the same. It's sad because I have such nostalgia for Sonic. The location in Gilroy, that was close to our home was great. We never had a bad experience. read more

The last 2 times we went to Sonic the orders were wrong and the burgers were almost burned. We thought we would give it another chance tonight and I ordered a burger with cheese add onion only. I got one with catsup only. I hate catsup. It was burned. Never again! They used to be so good read more

Ocean water drink is going to hit every time no doubt. But OMG this might have been the slowest serving sonics i have ever been to. Thank god I was only visiting family and that's why I was in the area. I normally don't even eat Sonic's food and definitely will not be returning read more

I have to be honest. I was a little hesitant to try this location because it doesn't look as bright and shiny as other sonic locations do. However, I went to get the trick-or-treat blast about a week ago and it was really good. I just went back today to try the new iced toffee coffee that they advertised which honestly was not good at all, but I should've known better. Sonic does a lot of things very well, but coffee is not one of them. The staff has been very pleasant. read more

i ordered 2 drinks from this place. i love Sonic so much, but the Dragonfruit Lemonade DID NOT taste like anything but lemonade. the ice in the drink was full to the BRIM and not a lot of the drink was in the actual cup. the Cocoberry Cream was PHENOMENAL! the right amount of ice and flavor was in the drink, and would order this drink again. i would give this place 3 stars... read more

Ate at Sonic on 6-10-26. They need to hire and TRAIN competent staff. The young girl who helped me did not known what she was doing. Forgot 1 order of tator tots. Food took 30 plus minutes. Burger was cold. Just a really pathetic experience. read more

Ordered a chili-cheese coney through the mobile app. Went to pick it up, and on the drive back to work, could start to smell that it wasn't right. As you can see in the photo, the chili was completely burnt. Called Sonic and requested to speak to a manager. Spoke to CJ and advised that I just wanted to let her know that the chili was bad/overcooked/burnt so they didn't continue to sell it to other customers. Her response was "Yeah, they burn the chili a lot". What kind of customer service is that? No offer to refund. No offer to come back and return it. NOTHING. I understand it's fast food & it's not going to be 100% all the time, but managers should still MANAGE & have at least decent customer service. read more

I went in with low expectations but they weren't even met. I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries with a super sonic double cheeseburger, NO ONION. And of course, there was onion on my burger. The oil was disgusting and old as you could taste it in the fries and the chicken patty. Couldn't even eat half the chicken sandwich because it was so disgusting. Don't know if your franchised or corporate owned but someone needs to step in and make some serious changes. Will not be back! read more

Oh my goodness!! My food had literal MOLD on it. I even told the manager and gm and they dismissed and yelled me. It sucks that this is the only sonic Maricopa. I used to love sonic but I will never be returning here. They need a whole evaluation on their management because I don't know why I was yelled at for mold in my food. read more

Wife and I came to get a quick bite to eat. I had the green chili burger with tater Tots and a large soda. She tried the double cheeseburger and large sprite. My food was great but my wife said her burger tasted funny and only ate half. I finished the rest. She later got sick for 4 to 5 days, suspected food poisoning. I have a cast iron stomach so I didn't get sick. We usually only get corn dogs at Sonic but this really bummed us out. I don't think we will be back. read more

Ordered on line a couple of chili dogs waited over 35 mins for my order, finally left without my order unbelievable. Worst service ever. Never comeback again. read more

worst experience ever!!! it's the service and the incorrect orders that makes this location so bad. I hate it there so much! they need to be more professional and meet customers expectation. read more

These guys are truly AMAZING!!! Had a lovely conversation with the beautiful ladies at the register and they were so sweet!!! I had asked for a plain cheeseburger and when it had no cheese, I went up and asked them for a slice of cheese, and they remade a whole fresh new burger for me!!! These people are truly amazing and work really hard!!! read more

I used my app to order a Route 44 Coke Zero with cherry syrup and fresh limes. I was about ten minutes away from Sonic when I placed my app order. When I got to Sonic, I pulled up to a stall, entered the stall number into my app and waited. The stall screen indicated that my drink was being made and would be out shortly. This was at 4:05 on 9-27-23. At 4:25, I pressed the red call button and asked when my drink would be coming out. I was met with "we are very busy and it will be soon." At 4:40, I still had not received my drink, so I went into the restaurant. A girl with a headset asked if she could help and I told her I was waiting for my drink. She disappeared into the back and started to bring other people's orders out. Another server with a headset asked if she could help me and by this time I wanted my money back. I was told I could not get my money back because she could not find my ticket, but she did see my order (??????????????) and she would just have to make me the drink. When I told her how disappointed I was, she said "we are really busy." I walked out of Sonic at 4:50 with a Route 44 drink that WASN'T Coke Zero. It was a regular Coke with lime flavoring. I did NOT dare go back to get it corrected. read more

The service was great, drive thru moved very fast. The order was correct. Employee was very friendly.

10/10. Service was amazing and super quick too! Friendly staff shout out to Layla and mauricio for help with the menu! Will be back soon

Two stars becuase I'll eat the burger and it's good. Besides that I waited 8 minutes for my grilled chicken only to get a regular single. They told me the grilled chicken was the only thing they were waiting on. Normally I wouldn't be mad but a grilled chicken costs more than a regular single so I know I lost a couple of bucks because of this, and I was in the mood for chicken. read more

We just left from Sonic in Maricopa Az we order 2 drinks and a bag of ice. After she told us how much at the drive thru window, we gave her( a small white girl with blonde hair) our bank card then she left to get us our order and came back with our stuff with receipt and card in her hand then she said she would give us our bank card and receipt. Through the drive thru window we could see her move to the left waved her hand and saw her face to someone across the kitchen then walked to the food counter then turned around where there was a machine on the wall, then she pretended to pull the receipt out of the machine, the receipt that she already had in her hand as if she just took it, the receipt fresh out of the machine. That Looked so Fraudulent! As we watch thru the drive thru window Watch Out people! Especially if you go there and then your bank card becomes compromised. read more

Breakfast sandwich was burnt. Ocean water is delicious- try it with cherry syrup. I used the Sonic app to order half price drinks! Mens restroom was mostly clean. The corn dogs are pretty good and cheap. The menu prices are not accurate! See photos! read more

Hot day today thought I would get a milk shake. Mistake, got a 5 dollar and 50 cent medium shake with a hole in the bottom of the container real funny when it thaws out runs all over me and the car. New there was something wrong when the girl didn't know what a mint shake was half wits. And for the ass who put a hole in my cup will catch you later and you can pay for my dry cleaning. read more

Walked in to grab a quick cup of coffee before my appointment next door. The restaurant itself seemed clean and the young man working the register was friendly. What we didn't like was their coffee. If I knew beforehand that 'Green Mountain' was what they served I never would have went in. It's about the nastiest, cheapest tasting crap on the planet when it comes to coffee. I was a bit shocked finding out that even a fast food joint carried this stuff. read more

Take it from me- this Sonic is awesome! From outside in you don't wanna come in, but once inside, you realize there's no need to leave. You got good people tending the place, cool drinks, food and desserts. The place is clean, welcoming, and an oasis in the sun. The staff puts double FF in fantastic and the drinks will keep you from passing out in this heat. Its a Sonic, duh! not an elegant Italian Restaurant so there's not much to expect at times, so I'm actually kinda confused about the negative reviews, but I can tell you I enjoyed my visit and be glad to be back! read more

Not even worth a one star! This is my second time trying this sonic and it's is beyond horrible! There is no taste of chicken at all! It's only 715 pm not even close to closing time and the food tastes like it's been sitting all day maybe two! How is this acceptable? read more

1/2 off drinks when you order on the app...NOT. Kind of upset this Sonic has not updated their hours on the app. Because soft drinks in our family is essential when we drive from Maricopa...ANYWHERE. My fiancé and I like to pre-order due to the fact we have 2 little ones (3 y/o and 7 month old) and hate getting down. So, when we are able to do curbside pick-up the employee's are our super hero's in disguise. BUT... When I mentioned it to the carhop, she continued to take our order. She mentioned she would tell her Manager but didn't mention she'd apply the discount. Our order was "in the kitchen" and that's when our Carhop came out to our car... "My manager doesn't care about anything tonight so she's going to apply the discount to your drinks" Wow...Well...Okay then. lol Unfortunately, this sonic continues to disappoint and it's management continues to shoulder shrug on these issues. So I guess I will too.... read more
