He then made sure to let the manager know about my refund, and again I should get my $$ back in 3-5 days. It is now the 30th of September, and what do you know... NO REFUND in sight. I am pissed at this point because I now know these imbeciles were just giving me lip service and NEVER intended to give me my money back. Guess what, I will be at that location this morning for MY $$$$. So, I hope this manager they speak of is present, or I am not going to be a happy camper! I didn't have the stomach to go back. I literally felt sick and we went straight to my daughter's place. I have no desire to return. By the looks of some reviews at other locations, it's about the same. It's sad because I have such nostalgia for Sonic. The location in Gilroy, that was close to our home was great.
