Atmosphere - Really not a food truck but a unique trailer.  Almost something you would see on downtown Chicago street corner. Food - Italian Beef a Chicago traditional staple in the city.  It was great having one again.  The beef was great, I just wish there was more in the sandwich.  This could fall under service as well.  I think they kept their prices at their normal.  $8.50 was solid price for this sandwich.  I think they could have charged at least $10.50 or more for the event. Service - You could tell they had extra help for this event.  The cashiers were friendly.  The food came out quickly.  Lucky we got there early before the lines became insanely long, not just their "truck" but all trucks. Future - I had a bit of my wife's Polish sausage and it was tasty.  I would come back for just that.

The hot dogs are always fantastic, the service is genuinely friendly, and every visit reminds me of a simpler time when neighbors waved to each other and people actually knew their regular customers. Whether I'm meeting up with friends and family or just stopping in for a quick dog, it's always worth the trip. No gimmicks, no trendy nonsense--just great food, great people, and a place that still feels like part of the community. After 13 years, it's still one of the first places I recommend to anyone who's never been. That's about the best compliment I can give.

This is a place I've been going to since the 1900s (as my kids love to remind me ). I didn't expect much. Things had changed since my childhood days, but the food had always remained good! I just missed the days when the same guy worked the grill and knew my name and my order by heart. But then, today... There was Karen. Yes, Karen!! Standing over a grill in 117° Arizona heat, she greeted us with patience, kindness, and an actual smile. She let my son take his time ordering without making him feel rushed. And when the ketchup was empty, she didn't shrug it off or point us in another direction. She didn't hand me a thousand little packets since the pump was empty. She simply took care of it. Was it just ketchup? Sure. But it also wasn't. It was someone choosing to care. When other patrons had notified other staff multiple times it was out - Karen found a simple solution without excuses! These days... that feels rare. We've spent years turning the name "Karen" into a punchline. But today, I met the kind of Karen the world could use a whole lot more of. If you're her manager and you're reading this... take good care of her. Promote her. Clone her if science ever figures that out. Because people like Karen don't just serve food - they create loyal customers who keep coming back!! In a world that tells us what a "Karen" is... be this Karen.

We sat down and waited another 25 minutes until finally our buzzer beeped. We picked up our tray and noticed we were only given 5 hot dogs, not 6. We didn't mention anything just because we saw how busy it still was. The hot dogs were actually pretty good. They were a decent size and flavorful. I actually discovered this spot through Instagram because of an event they were hosting today, and the turnout was incredible. One of the highlights was getting to meet the owner and the entire team. They were all so welcoming and genuinely kind. As a small business owner myself, I even brought some of my CookieCakes to share. The owner had never met me before but immediately showed so much support and emphasized how important it is to uplift small businesses.
