So, to check on my refund, I called the store on Sept 25th and spoke to Carter, who said he was not aware of my refund request that Zoey so eloquently wrote in highlighter, which should have been a red alert at that point. He then made sure to let the manager know about my refund, and again I should get my $$ back in 3-5 days. It is now the 30th of September, and what do you know... NO REFUND in sight. I am pissed at this point because I now know these imbeciles were just giving me lip service and NEVER intended to give me my money back. Guess what, I will be at that location this morning for MY $$$$. So, I hope this manager they speak of is present, or I am not going to be a happy camper! I will NEVER spend another dollar at this shiesty establishment; the cookies aren't that good, and the customer service is even worse! To be lied to twice is just unacceptable and poor business practice. Save your money and go elsewhere, people. Just a quick note: I have Chase, and I also received a refund for overpayment from Sirius XM. They made the mistake on the 28th, and I received my money back on the 29th. I didn't know what the big deal was. Now I know! I ordered three types (2ea) of Conchas. They were the most flavorful moist Conchas I ever had. The powdered flavored coatings remained adhered to each Conchas with every bite. The coating of Conchas I previously tried from other bakeries fell off as soon as I picked them up. I also ordered her dessert empanadas. They were very tasty as well. This self-taught baker knows what she's doing and can teach the other bakers a thing or two. She has such a wide assortment of baked goods to choose from on her menu. She even takes orders to bake cakes for special occasions. Her cakes looks amazing! In fact I just ordered one, The Emma, which is her version of a German Chocolate Cake. I can't wait to see my wife's reaction after I present her with the cake. It's a surprise! It will be her birthday Tuesday and German Chocolate is her favorite!
