I ended up taking more than half of it home. The quality was outstanding; they really knocked it out of the park with the flavor balance. We went with the Sparkling Flight, which featured: Chandon Demi-Sec (my fella's absolute favorite--he ended up ordering a full glass!) Chandon Garden Spritz (My personal winner; I had to get a full glass of this) House Prosecco Pascual Toso Brut The service was great. Our server was attentive but gave us plenty of space to just be together. While the service was a bit on the slower side, it perfectly matches the vibe of the bar--there's no rush here.
