    Bourbon Blackened Steak Pasta

Everything we tried was absolutely delicious! The prices were very reasonable for a casino restaurant, the portions were huge, and the cocktails were perfectly strong.

The staff here is friendly and I love the decor. We always make a reservation and are usualy seated within a few minutes; we never seem to score a booth. The menu here is hit or miss. One item that I can highly recommend is the Prime Rib Fondue. The steaks are usually pretty good. I love the Chop Salad; it is huge, it is definitely big enough to share. I have also tried the Cauliflower Steak (odd flavor combinations) and Chicken Marsala (not a good version). The wine choices and beer options are solid, the cocktails are not very well done.

We love the ambiance of this restaurant - elevated but casual. We sat near the kitchen which is fun - they have a great QC person and presentations are nice. Prices are a bit high, but the food was worth it. We started out with local brews and the prime rib fondue. Very meaty with fabulous crustinis. We also tried the French onion soup and shared the smoked chicken entree with extra sides of pearl onions and creamed corn. Lots of food and all delicious. Our server was pleasant, informed, and helpful. Our only disappointment? He was too busy with other tables. We waited over 25 minutes for our food after the appetizer and no one checked on us or cleared the plates. Overall a good experience.

For a steak house I usually expect a little bit more upscale. This was fairly causal. Cute decor and the staff were fantastic. Great menu offerings and all the sides looked amazing. When you walk in it smells absolutely delicious. The food did not disappoint. However the cocktails weren't as good. It's a bit in the pricey side, but worth it especially if you get some of the comps from Caesar rewards and stuff.

Everyone got something different, so for my part, I tried the caprese bruschetta and their Sunday Sauce pasta. I paired my meal with their Ginger mule mockcktail. The bruschetta was soooo good. The bread was incredibly flavorful and the feta, tomato, and balsamic married perfectly. The bread was also the perfect texture - not too crunchy, not too soft. Fresh cheese and cherry tomatoes provided the most delicious topping! My pasta was also really good. Their meat sauce was so savory and delicious, and the noodles (flat, wide - I forget the name!) were cooked to perfection. I'm glad I also got a side of toast - it was a slight upcharge ($1.50) but worth it for the quality. My Ginger mule was kind of meh, unfortunately. I think I was expecting it to be sweeter, and it was pretty bitter. The service was beyond outstanding. Our server was attentive, answered questions, and made sure our water glasses were never empty. Huge props to him. After our meal, the owner even came over and checked in. Very nice guy. They even gave my boyfriend a slice of cheesecake for his birthday for free. The noise level wasn't awful, either, and that was very appreciated as a Deafie. I was able to see everyone at the table (we were in a rounded booth) and the ambient noise wasn't distracting at all. Awesome experience, better food, phenomenal service.

Where do I start! Disappointment is an understatement! We definitely were not welcomed! No…read moreexaggeration included! For starters, the seat yourself arrangement is the most uncomfortable arrangement in the city. You stand at the front door with other hungry patrons literally hovering over already occupied tables trying not to stare while patiently waiting for them to finish. This is unavoidable since there's nothing else to look at while waiting. Uncomfortable for those eating and those waiting. Lol, The hungry will always win the staring contest. Gives off the vibes of being rushed or rushing those seated. Get a number system or incorporate some other form of notifying waiting guest that can comfortably wait "outside" considering the minimal amount of space. Once a table came available we begin seating our kids when the grumpy busboy says " I usually don't let people sit while I'm wiping the table". Which we completely understood and apologized but felt the need to quickly make our way to an open table before the other surrounding groups did since theres no way to tell who arrived first. Granted, we watched him clean the table once but decided to make a second pass. Not too big of a deal but there's more. Once seated with drinks we watched the group(s) behind us finally get seated and thats when the hospitality true feeling of our presence began to show. After finishing a cup of coffee we watched the family ahead of us get there plates, start smacking on the country fried steak, licking the gravey running down the side of their arms and an abundance of refills of coffee for every table except ours. We are now 45 min in watching this atrocity take place next to us while our stomachs touch our backs. At this point we're debating on paying for the drinks and leaving. From the time we received our drinks, the family ahead of us were not only served but finished eating and now chatting it up. We're pretty patient people and understand that eating out during peak hours will take time, but with that being said, taking time doesn't mean that the group in front of you can be fed and finish along with the groups 10 min behind you placing order, getting refilled coffee AND receiving their plates before our second cup of coffee let alone a plate or apology for the delay is cool. Nope, 1 hr + in and we just kept getting ignored. Made eye contact with the gentleman taking orders with the mobile register and the heavy set waitress skipping out on the coffee refills and both quickly looked away. It wasn't until the grumpy busboy saw us and asked if we needed anything. At that point I thought he was being sarcastic but he actually slightly redeemed himself by taking care of the 2nd cup of coffee. We took two sips and decided enough was enough. I made my way to the register to let the busboy (hate calling him that but I didn't get a name) know that we will just pay for our drinks and exit stage left. He apologized and told me not to worry about the drinks and we left. In short (sarcasm here) Thank you Headquarters for providing a teachable moment for my kids and shout out to Deny's for unknowingly recovering this fumble. SMH! I'll just continue to keep passing by this place without hesitation. Never thought I'd say this about any establishment because we all have bad days but I would give a zero if I could. Unfortunate for sure because it smelled really good, it was the service that stunk!

Sitting at the bar has always been a good experience for us, and the bartenders have been friendly and attentive. The food has been good overall. I have really enjoyed the beef stew. I also like the late night menu. The bologna and cheese sandwich and the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches were fun and nostalgic. I did not care for the spinach and artichoke dip. It was heavy on the spinach, light on the artichoke, and not something I would order again. On our most recent visit, our original server, an older woman who appeared to be in her late 50s, was rude enough that I asked to switch servers, which is very out of character for me as someone who has worked in the service industry. We were given another server who was very kind and attentive, and we appreciated that. When a manager came over to check on us, a woman with dark brown shoulder length hair who appeared to be in her late 30s or early 40s, she also had an attitude about the situation. That said, this has not been our typical experience there. Because it is close to home and we have had good visits before, we will definitely be back and hope it was just an off night. More of a 3 and a half stars but we're glad they are here. The managers junky attitude should be addressed quickly though.

The only reason they get three stars is because our server took the food that wasn't eaten off of the tab without being asked. We walked in and sat ourselves, as the sign said to do, and there was one person working - bartending and taking orders. She saw us sit and came over quickly, but it took a really long time to get our drinks, once ordered. Not her fault, she was alone. Still not ideal though. When my mimosa arrived, it was warm and I ended up asking for a glass of ice to cool it down. I ordered the biscuits and gravy and asked for my side of hashbrowns to be extra crispy (spoiler alert, they were not). When my food arrived, everything on the plate was lukewarm and underdone. The gravy was too cool and congealed and inedible, the hashbrowns were limp and barely browned, the eggs were rubber. When the server checked on us, I asked for my food to be reheated and when it came back, only the biscuit had been slightly warmed. Everything else came back colder than when I sent it back. The server was nice about everything and comped my meal because I didn't eat it - pictured is what I received after it came back from the kitchen the second time. I just wasn't impressed. The drink was warm, the food was cold. Nothing was the right temperature. Severely understaffed. Good on the server we had for being so nice about everything, but I doubt I'll be back.
