Dinner at a casino is always a hit or miss and this was a hit. Our waitress was very nice and checked on us regularly something I pay attention to. The bread is served with 2 butters the one with black pepper was definitely the better of the 2.i was looking forward to the chicharrones but they were really tough and lacking salt. I got the lamb it was good but I didnt fancy the mint sauce that accompanied it. I feel I could have just ate my sides the corn and Mac and cheese was really good they were better than my main dish. Had went here on a whim during our first stay at Harrah's. Started off with very friendly hostesses. Denise was our server. She was great. Got bread which seemed like a fluffy brioche style very good with super soft butter. Then a NY strip, shrimp, garlic potatoes, baked potato, and Mac and Cheese. All of the food was very good. Weird that the baked potato does not come loaded. Have to do it all yourself as it comes on the side. They should ask the customer how they want it. Steak was cooked just like I asked, medium. It was tender and good size. Best Steak on the menu since it's their "cheapest" one at $43. We enjoyed the shrimp, it had a nice slight spicy seasoning on it. Mac & Cheese wasn't bad but could be improved. Read prior reviews complaining about speed or service etc. We did not experience that on a decently busy Friday night. Ordered spinach dip, chicken butternut pasta and coulotte plate. Everything was amazing! My partner and I were so pleased with the food and the service. The staff here is friendly and I love the decor. We always make a reservation and are usualy seated within a few minutes; we never seem to score a booth. The menu here is hit or miss. One item that I can highly recommend is the Prime Rib Fondue. The steaks are usually pretty good. I love the Chop Salad; it is huge, it is definitely big enough to share. I have also tried the Cauliflower Steak (odd flavor combinations) and Chicken Marsala (not a good version). We love the ambiance of this restaurant - elevated but casual. We sat near the kitchen which is fun - they have a great QC person and presentations are nice. Prices are a bit high, but the food was worth it. We started out with local brews and the prime rib fondue. Very meaty with fabulous crustinis. We also tried the French onion soup and shared the smoked chicken entree with extra sides of pearl onions and creamed corn. Lots of food and all delicious. Our server was pleasant, informed, and helpful. Our only disappointment? He was too busy with other tables. We waited over 25 minutes for our food after the appetizer and no one checked on us or cleared the plates. Overall a good experience. read more

For a steak house I usually expect a little bit more upscale. This was fairly causal. Cute decor and the staff were fantastic. Great menu offerings and all the sides looked amazing. When you walk in it smells absolutely delicious. The food did not disappoint. However the cocktails weren't as good. It's a bit in the pricey side, but worth it especially if you get some of the comps from Caesar rewards and stuff. read more

This was the second best meal I have ever had. (The best was at Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris in Vegas.) The service was friendly and everyone was always on top of things like water refills, bringing out food and checking to make sure everything was to my liking. I ordered the Caesar Salad, 8 oz Filet Mignon and the Baked Potato. The Caesar Salad was the best I've ever had with the included roasted tomatoes being just the touch to tip the scales. The baked potato was a good sized potato with the butter, sour cream, green onions and bacon brought out on a separate plate so you can dress it to your liking. Now, to the filet mignon which I ordered medium well. For one of the very few times in my life, the steak came out having been cooked to perfection and with a roasted jalapeno as a garnishment on the side. The steak was juicy and oh so tender without even a hint of fat or gristle. Now, let me just say, I love steak but I usually need steak sauce to make it a little more flavorful or juicy. This steak was so good that on my first bite I decided the steak sauce actually ruined it and the steak was delicious on its own. However, I did cut up the jalapeno and mixed it in with my bites of steak, and it added an amazing extra kick to the natural flavors of the meat. Although my meal was comped by the casino, I now know that the meal is worth every cent of what they are charging, and I will happily make the 45 mile drive to indulge in the meal again. The crab cakes were 2 burnt and full of filled. $26 is way over price hockey pucks. Service was so slow.. cooks not working.. prime rib takes 5 minutes to plate with a scoop of cement potatoes. Food is mediocre at best. For being at a prime steak house price point, they are no better than the chain Texas-themed places next to malls. We went this week, ordered a rare steak, it was done medium. I didn't send it back, as it took nearly half an hour to get our food even though they were nearly empty, and I didn't want to sit there when everyone else finished their dinner. No compensation, or even apology was offered. Crème Brule was ordered for dessert, basically vanilla pudding with very light burnt sugar top, not the rich egg custard it should have been. Service was extremely slow, waiter was surly. When the drinks were brought out, all were just set down on the table in front of one person. Poor service, badly done food. I first went to this restaurant when it first opened years ago and didn't like it. I've been there twice in two weeks. They have the best lobster bisque soup. The bartender also makes an excellent grand old fashion. The chicken wings were OK but the steaks in the lamb chops look excellent. Our server Gina was good. Food was very good but everything else was "meh". The "Dennys" lights didn't add to the "atmosphere" they should have had. I was confused. ... To be a high-end steak place they were missing the mark. We need to have higher end things going on. Wine by the glass was average at best. I ordered a bottle of the Markham 2018 Merlot. I also ordered the prime rib which was excellent, but everything else is à la cart. This is not a restaurant that should be an "a la cart". You should get a couple of things with this. Easy reservation experience through Open Table App. Smooth customer service from beginning to end. Nice open and well distanced environment. Appetizers were amazing, salads so good I didn't even get a pic, main dishes were hella good and made a great lunch the next day. The only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because they ran out of Prime Rib and one of the reasons we wanted to try this place finally was the Prime Rib Fondue. We will definitely be back and hopefully they have plenty of Prime for the Fondue so I can give them that last star. Poor customer service. Policy for the sake of policy to be one sided is not helpful. Even with a reservation, they won't seat you at the table if one person is missing (would be beneficial to know this policy when making the reservation). Even if you intend to get drinks or appetizers. We went to celebrate a milestone birthday. They broke our group in two. There were many tables available and many empty tables, however only 4 people at a table (could be that the staff tried to purposefully made this the most unpleasant dining experience? - I am not sure). Yeah, we could have gone somewhere else, yet to make a reservation or drive more than 45 minutes? - perhaps it was our fault for dining at this place. The food left a bad taste because of the poor experience. read more

I had such a wonderful time here. The food was just fantastic, the service is where this place really shines though. I came in a bit dehydrated and ordered an iced tea. I kept emptying it as I was thirsty. But the server, Stephen kept my drink refilled promptly. The service was timely, attentive, intuitive, and warm. From beginning to end our visit was met with an expertise and enthusiasm rarely seen. I just loved our time here. Oh and as a side note, even the reception experience was just fantastic, we didn't have a reservation but they accommodated us promptly. The manager on duty and the host started the visit at a 10 and we really appreciated everything the team did. read more

If you're not a gambler but want to enjoy amazing customer service and drinks, this is your place! The food is excellent!!
