I've been here a few times and the food has always been fresh and consistently tasty. The servers are attentive and fast and the atmosphere is lively which is nice. While the food is decent I've found it to be a little on the pricey side for what it is. Having said that, they're one of my favorite spots for lunch or dinner when I'm in Maricopa. read more

This business opens at 11:00 am. However the doors are locked at 11:35. I spoke to someone who told me the entrance is not really the entrance you have to go around to the back of the building and go in the back doors. The front doors are locked otherwise. The best thing about our experience last night was the ambiance. We've eaten here several times before and really enjoyed it. However, those experiences were more than 6 months ago. We had dinner there last night August 28, 2024 and not only were the drinks marginal but the service was very slow even though it wasn't crowded. My husband ordered the Rueben sandwich which was not only soggy, had hardly any sauerkraut on it, but was tasteless as well. I ordered the Chef salad and even had to ask for tomatoes as there were none in sight. Considering the prices, it was a very disappointing experience and we have no plans to return. Can't trust the menu description three items i tried to order didn't have a garlic description but from knowing restaurant menus I know what items generally contain garlic or used in prep. The server checked a few times with the kitchen and sure enough I was correct . I was stuck eating chicken fingers. My honey had the fish n chips , my neice had the steak and fries and my nephew had the burger . We had two cocktails a club soda and one soft drink and the bill was $150 . Probably won't be going there again, it was convenient to our nephews home when we arrived in town late . I'm not a casino person so on average wouldn't have ever gone here . read more

We stumbled across this place after bowling - and honestly we had low expectations. We enjoyed it so much we came back two days later So far we've tried the philly, penne pasta, wings, French dip, shrimp po boy, fish and chips, the charcuterie (which came WITH a pretzel) and the churro and chicken plate! My husband and I have gone here to 347 Grill at Ak Chin Entertainment Center consistently for date night every weekend before our movie..for the past 3 years. We have always been so impressed with the high quality hostesses and wait staff who always greet us with a smile and made us feel welcome. I have food allergies so my orders are pretty specific yet they get it right..every single time... and are pleasant about accommodating my dietary issues. We even let the manager know how impressed we were with all the hostesses and wait staff. Up until recently the food was also tasty and cooked perfectly. We came here many times with our group of friends who also enjoyed the atmosphere, great people working here..and the food. We don't want to criticize but recently a lot of the food comes out of the kitchen overcooked. Especially the salmon, burgers, and wings. We always loved their wings and told everyone we knew to try them. But at some point the wings got smaller..which is fine..but the cooking time clearly was meant for the larger wings and needs adjusted so that the meat is tender and juicy and not overcooked and super dry. We still recommend their cauliflower pizza which is amazing..but needs cooked a little longer than regular pizza so it is crisp and not floppy. My husband and I went out for Valentine's Day dinner and were pleasantly surprised by the entire staff at 347. We were promptly seated and I was surprised by being given a beautiful long stemmed red rose. Brandon the manager suggested a wonderfully delicious drink ( sorry I don't remember the name) it was had strawberries,chocolate and whipped cream. I ordered the stuffed potato and my husband ordered his favorite the Cuban. Both were top notch and made to perfection. Our plates were promptly removed and dessert was beautifully presented. Update 3/6/20: seen on Facebook not to long ago about an updated menu. I had noticed they added fish n chips and figured I'd give the new menu a second chance. I was very reluctant after the last visit, but I love fish and figured why not!!!! Just like last visit the staff is really nice and very good......... how ever the fish n chips not so much. Maybe I had too high of expectations when I seen the price was 16$, but I was absolutely let down. When I seen what I was served I wanted to just leave. The plate had two TINY pieces of fish. They where more like to large fish nuggets. Each was MAYBE the size of a racquet ball. One piece was very wet and mushy while the other was missing 1/4 of the batter causing the fish it self to be over cooked and dry. Lastly the amount of chips was a joke! Ultimately I could have gotten more to eat from a happy meal. I will continue to advise people to not eat here. Original review: Ate here 2 weeks ago and just getting around to the review. First I'll say the staff was nice and helpful. But that's the only positive. The price is very high for the small potions you get. This place is always hit or miss. You go one time and absolutely love everything and the next it's horrible. We actually seem to wait 6-12 months in between visits due to this. Also it seems once you find something you really like on the menu they stop serving it. The excuse is always... we got a new chef and this one can't or doesn't make that. We went this past Sunday and as usual the service was great. We ordered the pretzel appetizer and it's delicious. Crispy outside warm inside and had the perfect amount of salt. The cheese dip is seriously addicting. My son had the French dip and enjoyed it. I had the brunch special of a 5 oz flat iron steak and eggs. Steak was awesome. Eggs were good. Yasmin recommended the smothered chicken and I ordered that. It was burnt chicken with melted cheese on top. Disgusting. My 8 year old niece was about to eat her grilled cheese and I stopped her because I noticed the bread was burnt black. I didn't think anyone could mess up a grilled cheese, but burning the hell out the bread will do it. I showed our server our food and didn't have to say anything. She looked at our plates and apologized. She offered to get us new dishes. I declined since I no longer wanted to eat anything there. If you like burnt food and great service, this is the place! We do our best as Maricopians to support our local businesses and eateries. The service here at 347 Bar and Grille prompted me to write this review. The decline is evident and it continues to get worse. We came on a Friday night and frankly, it wasn't that busy. We waited over 10 mins to get our beer, wine and water. Once she came back we promptly ordered. The meal took over 25 mins to get served. Our server then did the magical disappearing act and never came back to check on us. We had to wave her down several times just for some ketchup. She never apologized for the late food, the slow service, nor asked if we wanted any refills. There was a 45 min wait which wasn't bad at all, especially because there's an arcade right next to the restaurant to play games or even go bowling if you wanted. We have been to this restaurant main times. Yes Covid has changed and put a damper on many restaurants but it shouldn't put a damper on service or food quality. We went to have drinks and get appetizers and dinner to go. 1) it was not busy 2) we felt we were an inconvenience 3) when we ordered our appetizer we ordered our food to go thinking we would be asked let me know when to put in the order. 4) order for to go came with our appetizer then we had to ask for it to be put in the fridge which we were told only thing they could do was put it under the warmer. 5) when getting home food was awful super dry hmm wonder why... and I'm sorry a Ruben is missing key ingredients.. I have had my eye on this place for a while, I was excited when my dad finally agreed to go with me! I looked online to make sure they had a veggie burger a while back and have been wanting to try it out ever since! When I put this into my GPS I wasn't aware it was attached to a casino so that was a bit of a surprise, but not a problem. The outside entrance will put you awkwardly at the back of the restaurant, but it was pretty quite and empty for lunchtime on Labor Day weekend. Nothing was particularly bad or good about my experience, however for it being so slow I would have expected the food to come a little faster. So far I'm waiting to be helped and the people next to us have been asked if they been helped. Mike didn't ask if we needed to be helped and looked at us and walked away. He just now came back a couple minutes later and decided to ask if we want anything. I told him I wanted a coors light and he didn't even ask me what size I wanted I had to tell him. He also did not ask if we wanted a menu for food but gave the couple next to us a menu. Got menus but had to ask a completely different person. As of right now I'm not a happy person. We finish our water and finally just leave and grab a burger at Culver's (just eat there instead). They seemed fully staffed. The restaurant was not particularly busy or overrun with customers. I don't understand the delay. For a place that's connected to a high traffic area and connected/affiliated with Harrahs, this restaurant is an absolute disgrace. Will never go back.
