As if the drink alone wasn't delicious enough, the literal cherry on top was the Luxardo cherry garnish. The olive oil dip was more than I expected. Baguettes were toasted to perfection. Not too soft, not too hard. The chopped olives balanced out the parmesan. The grilled garlic was the perfect addition to the dish. The Italian meatball gnocchi soup was hearty with large meatballs and flavorful gnocchi. a little bit on the spicy side but delicious nonetheless. You cant really get meatball sliders wrong. Oak & Fork appreciates that basics and didn't try to "fancy it up". The brioche was rich and soft. The Pomodoro sauce was flavorful and tasted much how my Nona made it. Meatballs were bigger than the brioche buns! Everything from the bun to the sauce and mozzarella created the perfect nest for the seasoned meatballs.
