I'm never really greeted when ordering in person, which makes the transaction feel impersonal. Online ordering is available, but it's unreliable. The issue isn't about "extras" -- it's that items that should automatically come with your meal often aren't included. For example, if you order tacos, you may not get the cilantro, onions, or sauces that are supposed to accompany them. Sometimes even paid add-ons like sour cream get missed entirely.
