There was about 12 people working. There are 4 tables to sit at but if there's a line it's not really accessible as area is crowded. They have some Halloween flavors for the month of Oct. it took us 20 mins to get thru the line as they are still training. I ordered the founders favorite! Needed to be mix more but was flavorful and still hit the sweet spot. The brownie was really fresh and the sweet cream ice cream was just enough sweetness. I'll be back to try it again once they had sometime to work out the kinks.

The line was about 6 people deep but it took 15 minutes before we were up to order. Another 15-20 minutes before my ice cream and mix in was ready. It took another 15 minutes for the shake we ordered. I am not exaggerating, the girl made the batch and it didn't fill the cup, and was very liquid, she had to back and make more ! There was zero enthusiasm or training even with 5 girls working. What few tables there were are crowded in by the long line standing close by, which had grown to 20+. I wouldn't want to sit down and eat my ice cream with someone's butt just inches away. To top it off, my ice cream barely crested the cup. We won't be going back.
