I had ordered a drink and it became apparent when I saw my payment go thru that there was a miscommunication. When I arrive at the window Carson helped to resolve all my concerns without me even having to ask for the help I needed. Ryker came to the rescue, made my drink I was hoping for and didn't even make me feel like I inconvenienced either one of them in any way (even tho I know I did ) I mentioned I believed the broista misunderstood me and by the time I drove away from the window I was refunded, apologized to and made to feel very cared for and heard. This is fairly good coffee. I know a number of coffee snobs in my friend group and work group who if you ask them it's hit or miss but for me, I like this area. It can be difficult getting into here but that's just mariicopa for you. I try to hit this store a few times a month to treat me and my family. It's near the roadway so expect noise. read more

Both charges posted to my accounts and I have been in contact with customer service twice and I can't get my money back. I gave them my statements (along with all the information they requested) showing I got charged twice and they still won't give me my money back. There is no excuse for this poor service. I've "pre ordered" at this location 3-4 times over the last month or two, and every single time, I arrive at the window and have to wait an absurd amount of time to get my "pre ordered" drink. Meanwhile, folks who place a walk up order get their drink(s) before me. Why do you offer pre ordered if it won't be made until I get there? If you cannot support the service, help yourself and your team out and turn off the option to accept mobile orders. Easy, right? I get it, no employees, understaffed, whatever it is...help yourself and turn off the function. I ordered today on the app at 12:54pm and arrived to pick up around 1:05pm. The app said it would be 7-10mins (lol I knew that was too good to be true). I finally got my drink at 1:17pm. My PREORDERED drink. Since then I've given my business to Dutch because their coffee has been beyond amazing. This location has nothing but the sweetest people. They really get to know you! There are 2 lines to enter in the drive thru and if you don't make it to the menu an employee comes up to your car. I would suggest having a menu hanging from their tablets like how in n out does it. That way customers can look without the employee needed to run thru the whole menu. We orders a carmelizer with an extra shot and blended strawberry lemonade. They take your payment at the tablet and once you get closer to the window there's multiple people handing out drinks to expedite the processes. Dutch is great! I've been hitting up Dutch for years, when I found out my friend was moving faraway to Maricopa I was bummed. But, one of the main reasons I'm ok making the drive is the Dutch is on the way to her house. The Maricopa location is prob my fav. The staff isn't annoying here like the others, they're quick and friendly! I'm more of a Starbucks addict but once I discovered rebels at Dutch I split my time between dutch and Starbucks! If you love energy drinks as much as I do, try a rebel. It's energy with various flavors. Me and my closest friend made a list and checked off all the rebels. I skipped any with coconut but that's just my preference. My favorites are Marmalade, Dino Egg and Fire Lizard. They're all pretty great though. I love dutch and have been coming for years. The drive thru is usually pretty packed but they get rid of em fast. I love how they take orders outside so by the time you get to the window your drink is usually ready. So great to see this newer location in Maricopa. It's on our way to or from San Diego as we cut over to the !-8. We stopped most recently on our way back from Cali and the evening wait wasn't too long. I went with my usual - a large iced Fire Lizard lemonade and my wife got a large hot chai tea with the works. Service was fast and friendly at our vehicle window and at the store window. This location has got it down to a science and the line was moving quickly. This is the slowest Dutch Bros I've ever been to. I waited in the drive thru line for 20 mins and there was only 4 cars ahead of me.

Literally the worst experience. The staff was super loud and obnoxious to the point that the guy taking our order literally could not hear us. I went through the drive through line and I must say they are super fast and friendly. I had a breve chai tea and my friend a mocha breve with peppermint syrup along with a lemon poppy seed muffin top. Everything was super delicious. Todays walk up window was a bit frustrating because there were a lot of orders being taken but we could see the drinks just sitting there, not being served. Some of us are on our way to work and expected a quick coffee trip when stopping at Dutch. There has to be a balance between pausing the orders you're taking and actually serving the product so that we can receive fresh drinks and there aren't a ton of customers standing around waiting. Just wanted to give that lil tip with love today because I understand not every day is perfect and it could have been just a bad moment but having that balance will definitely keep the flow going and customers satisfied. It's Dutch bros lines are half an hour long and drinks are okay nice kids running the stand.

The workers are always friendly, but also seem burnt out. Like there isn't enough rotation between the folks inside air conditioning and the folks taking orders in the drive thru line. Bless them. My drinks are always delicious. read more

Not sure why there's negative comments cus my experiences in many DB I've been has left great memories, from Chico all the way to AZ! Compare to other coffee places like Starbucks or DD, I absolutely loves DB because their main concerns is to serve great services and coffees to the customers. I came here with hubby after long drive from SoCal and not having DB since May, we were thrilled! The drive thru was so fast, the ladies were super friendly, and I even met Assistant Manager since she was from Chico too. They gave me few ornaments for free and made sure me and hubby orders were correct. Thank you DB for not ever disappointed me and hubby! Hope to see you all in SoCal someday! So my review about the new Dutch Bros. Pulling in they have a person greeting you asking if you will be using the drive or walk up, they easily direct you in the proper direction for either. The curve for the drive is nice and long, splits into 2 and then one. They have several people to take orders also extra help running back to the stand if needed. Overall time for the wait was fast, in line less than 10 minutes. Drinks were accurate the pup cup was better than usual the 2 dog treats were not expected. You would not know any of the employees were new all that training at the Casa Grande location really prepped them to make things run smooth. It's great to have them so close. Drinks are good and are the people who make it but the service is always slow. In the morning, (no matter how early I try to get here) it takes them more than 15 min to get an order done and in turn makes the line longer than needed. Wish it was a little faster considering some have to get to work. I don't mind if there is small talk but at the same time talk seems to be going on more vs the actual making of drinks. read more
