I love the Diet Texas Tab. Who knew modified (elevated) soda could be so good! Employees are always super friendly and efficient. Thanks for hiring and training for customer service! Thank goodness for the shade, and employee rotations in this heat, customers do worry about this. read more

had an amazing experience at Swig! The staff was incredibly patient and took the time to help me choose my drink from the menu. I ended up getting the Dr Pepper with cherry and vanilla, and it was so good. The employee even offered to change it for me if I didn't like it, which was such a thoughtful touch that showed fantastic customer service. I'll definitely be back. Lots of seating and very clean area. read more

Middle school age daughter love this place. It's very popular and all of her friends talk about it all the time. Any excuse to visit.

I have been dreaming of trying this place for months! I finally stopped in to see what the hype was about and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered the strawberry breeze with sparkling water and the pretzels with cheddar sauce. My drink was recommended to me by the girl behind the counter and it didn't disappoint. It was a mix of sugar free syrups, strawberries and sparkling water with a bit of coconut cream! The pretzels were good, nothing special that made them stand out, but they were warm and fresh. They do offer them with strawberry cream cheese, so I will try that combo next time and keep y'all posted. I went inside and it was pretty empty and but the drive-thru had a pretty long for a Friday afternoon. I love the idea of just hanging with your friends, drinking nonalcoholic and sugar free drinks and still feeling cool. FYI - this location is hidden in the back, almost behind Fat Cats - directly behind brakes plus. PRO TIP: Be sure to check out the menu before you head in, lots of goodies to try. I can't wait to try again. read more

Stopped in last night to redeem my free drink coupon. I chose the Cupid's Crush. I've visited through the drive thru a couple other times. Staff is always friendly, polite and helpful. The wait is never long. I love all the options! This is a fun place to try if you're adventurous and enjoy trying new drinks. read more

I love this location and the drinks. You can customize your soda with any flavors! I like anything dr pepper flavored and the drinks are always a hit! read more

Drinks were 10/10. Hate to write, but the service was horrible. The woman working the front/cashier was judging my friends and I because we were discussing payment options. Did not get her name but she visibly looked at other customers annoyed and made faces showing her annoyance. She was very impatient as we ordered our drinks. This was at 14:50. She was dark brunette, pale skin, and blue eyes read more

Thirsty in a hurry? You might want to keep on driving... maybe do yourself a favor and swing by a gas station and grab a bottle of water or your go-to fountain drink. Urgency and efficiency are definitely not on the menu here. I stopped by on what I thought would be a casual Thursday after work, hoping to surprise the family with a treat. All I wanted was three drinks. Thinking it'd be quicker and less chaotic, I skipped the drive-thru and crazy car maze outside, and opted to go inside... Big mistake! When I walked in, there were only two parties ahead of me. Fifteen minutes later, there were still... two parties ahead of me. By the time I made it to the register, I'd been in the shop for about 20 minutes. To make things more interesting, the two young women in front of me kindly let their friends (who walked in after me) jump ahead in line with them, awesome. I finally placed my order with a polite (yet hurried) and seemingly on-point employee, then stepped aside to wait. And wait. And wait some more. After another 15 minutes of standing around, I asked about my drinks. The front counter person checked... no sign of my order or my ticket. Eventually, she went to the back to re-make the order I told her I placed, but instead came out holding my drinks, and casually told me they'd been sitting at the back window because someone thought it was a drive-thru order. So yeah, 35 to 40 minutes for three sodas?! Were they delicious? Absolutely! Was it worth the chaos? Absolutely not! With 8 or 9 employees behind the counter and two more outside taking orders, you'd think they could harness that manpower into a smoother, more efficient and organized operation. Right now, it's merely just potential, wasted in a whirlwind of confusion and frustrated customers much like myself. And I only say that because there were at least 3 other customers in the shop with apparent displeasure on the timeliness of their orders. Here's to hoping for improvement! read more

I feel like this swig is going downhill. I don't know what is going on, but I'm telling you six times out of 10 times of going there my drink is not right not even mixed right I never ordered a drink with coconut cream and they put a coconut cream in a riptide and I can't tell you how many times that the sprite is not even a good sprite. It's very bitter. I have gone through the drive-through and then go back inside to fix it and it taste exactly the same whoever's mixing their drinks and fixing issues are not doing it. I would not recommend this wig to anybody. read more

I have been watching this place being built. A friend of mine thought we should check it out. We got in line with 4 cars in front of us. They had people outside taking orders. If you have a credit card you give it to them. My friend is not a credit card person so we had to pay at the window. We both got a drink with strawberries in it. At the window they said.... We don't have change. My friend could make correct change and said, I will not be back. About the drinks. They were good but for me over priced. This is not a place I will return to. read more

My daughter brought us here because it was the trendy thing to do. I absolutely loved my swig concoction. I had the dirty coke with coconut, lime and coconut cream. The coconut makes or breaks this drink. My daughter tried one with diet Dr. pepper and it was missing something so we asked for a shot or coconut cream and it was the perfect addition to the drink. Small little pop up drive through store. Liens were long but went really fast. Everyone was very friendly and made some fun small talk. We can't wait to come back in the fall. read more

Drinks are great, food items not so much. They have several locations and the one I visited had a drive thru. And, although there were quite a few cars in front of me, the line moved fast. They have an extensive menu with unlimited drink combinations. This was my first time here so I wanted to try something simple as a baseline. I got a regular coke with cherry & cream. I do LOVE that they have SO MANY ice options. In the summer, extra ice is mandatory. The drink was made well, and tasted great. Staff were friendly as well. I also tried the pretzel bites with their cheese dip. The pretzels were covered in butter, yet managed to still be really dry on the inside, and the cheese sauce wasn't very hot. So, I would definitely go back for the drinks, not the food, it seems like an after thought. read more

Swig - I got 'The Founder' - Desserts Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

Really disappointed with our experience here. It was my mom's birthday, and our whole family had just flown in from across the country. We rushed to Swig from the airport and got there at 8:59 PM to get my mom's free birthday drink. We were standing at the window, clearly visible, but were ignored until 9:01PM. Then a young girl finally came up, said "We're closed," and walked away before we could say a word. No kindness, no effort, just shut us down immediately. It would've taken 30 seconds to pour a drink. We weren't asking for anything complicated. Just a small birthday moment that turned into a frustrating experience instead. Really hope Swig can make this right. read more

I love Swig...I swear I go at least twice a week. It's 6 miles from my house...the wrong way. They consistently are friendly and kind and always make my whack-a-doodle orders perfectly. But what is happening to your supply chain? If you blame it on Covid's impact on the chip supply, I swear I'm going to gather all of my bags o' surprise from my dog's nightly walk and secretly burn them at your front door! This is not a Covid supply issue! The last several times I've been, key things I've wanted aren't available. Tonight's missing favors were lemonade, Mountain Dew, and ice. Pay attention to the last one...ICE! You're a soda shop. Not one person I've ever met said...plz give me the warm soda. Oh yuck...ice...I'll pass. We live in hell's inferno and no ice. I can look beyond the fact that I waited 15 minutes to be told that I wouldn't get my Jolly Elf (no that's not a double entendre! It's Mt Dew, orange slices, strawberry purée, and passion fruit syrup. Love it!) I could also overlook I couldn't get my other fav...the Tropic sub vanilla cream with coconut cream (no lemonade). I can overlook that you're always missing something. But I can't overlook how a soda shop can have no ice! We live in Gilbert. There are convenience and grocery stores on every corner. Go buy ice! And I swear I'll overlook ice cubes instead of your awesome pellet ice (I promise!). I'm sorry Swig. I love you. This hurts me as much as it hurts you. You are almost making me want to go to Sodalicious! Come on Swiggles...pay attention to your core products. The drinks! read more

Very slow service and orders are not accurate. This location caters to a very specific demographic and crowd.

Service was excellent! Great drink selection and super sweet staff. Alyssa is the best!

I'm a big fan that I, a non-soda drinker, can get a really creative sparking water at a drive thru window! The staff at Swig are always super friendly even when there's a long line. I appreciate the multitude of flavors (my personal favorite is The Fighter) and combinations of add-ins that Swig has! If soda's more your thing - they have a ton of fun flavors and combos that are sure to wow you! My daughter loves the sprite-based flavors as a special treat. Swig is sure to hit the spot! read more

I go to soda shops almost everyday and I get the same drink everyday and every time I go to my regular place that I love twisted sugar it's so good and then this one's by my work and every time I go I'm disappointed so this time I figured I'd just tell them to add extra flavoring since it always tastes like theres no flavoring and I even after I said extra flavoring I swear they just gave me a drink with no flavoring at all and then charge me 5 dollars when it taste like a regular soda from circle k honestly so annoying I wish there was a twisted by my work it's way better and way cheaper ! read more

Very fun place! My fiancés brothers gf REALLY wanted to try this place. First one we tried was out of CO2 unfortunately. So we drove to another location. The Hula Girl and Riptide were a crowd pleaser. The coconut cream in the hula girl threw me off but I wish I would've gotten it!! So delish. Cookies tasted like frozen cookie dough - so good if you're into that! Pretzels were ok. read more

3/9 Ordered 4 drinks and 1 had a hair inside of it so my husband took it in and told the cashier (shorter girl with brunette hair) she gave him an attitude and refilled it and gave it to him with no apology or anything. On Apple Maps says they're open until 9:30. I got in the drive thru at 9:02. There was a car in front of me they were serving. I waited in line a few minutes then they came out and said they were closed. I explained I was just out trying to get a cookie for my 7-month pregnant wife at home but the girl just turned around and closed/locked the door without saying anything or making an easy 30-sec exception to take my money. 1-star for lousy customer service. read more

I am a normal customer at Swig and I don't normally dis on them but lately they've been slackin. They aren't very welcoming when they get my order they miss getting my number and when I mention it they say it's too late. They also keep messing up my order and I speak it pretty clear. They also gave me something completely different than what I ordered and wouldn't change it because they were rushed. I'm just annoyed that I'm spending money on a drink and they can't even manage to get it right or offer to change it. Like where is the loyalty at! Please fix this. read more

Wow!!! Such a fun place!!! I wanted a "coke" today!! Being from Arkansas, that could of meant any kind of soda. I happened by this place and so glad I did!!! I got my fix for sure!!! When you walk it you're greater by a pretty chilled-n-relaxed vibe!! Comfy place to hang out and they have free WiFi! Bonus!!! The teens behind the counter were chipper and ready to serve! Being it was my first time, I had a few questions and the gal was happy to help!! There are a great deal of pre designed yummy sounding choices or you can get creative and design your own special concoction! I went with a predesigned "Life's a Peach" 24 oz of splendid yummy ness! Dr. Pepper, peach, coconut and vanilla cream if I remember correctly! Quite refreshing!! Give it a try!! You'll be glad you did!! read more

not to big of a soda drinker, but came to check this place out. they got more soda combo drinks then I would have ever imagined. I ordered the main squeeze and had a sugar cookie. Fast to order and to receive. main squeeze - love the raspberry puree and lemony-ness overall. Was on sweeter side than I like. Sugar cookie - was keep in fridge to keep fresh I guess. Sugar cookie was good. Not too sweet, but does get overwhelming the more you eat. Good hangout spot if you're coming with a group. Plenty of seating. read more

Who would have thought you could have a store in soda alone? This is a creative soda shop where they serve Coke products with a twist, and they are so so yummy! This hidden location at the very west part of the Fat Cats strip mall could be easily missed, however I knew it was there somewhere in the dark parking lot. My kids were dying to try as their friends have all posted about it. We were greeted by a friendly young man at the counter who was eager to help us in our selection. He was genuinely happy to be working there. ..I love that! Each soda is differently priced even if they are the same size, I think it depends on how many ingredients it includes. The 3 of us all ordered something different and 2 chocolate chip cookies costing $10. That's reasonable! They have a drive thru which constantly had at least 4 cars in it and the line sometimes was out the door. There is a bar to sit up at and watch them make drinks and socialize with staff. The young kids loved that as each seat was taken. There are 2 sofas and many tables and thru provide outlets for your electronics......yeah!! read more

I love swig, but the reason I put 1 star instead of 5 is because I found a small section of someone's black false eyelashes inside of my drink. This was gross and somewhat concerning to find. Overall Swig has great customer service and great drinks, but I wish the preparation for said drinks was cleanlier. read more

drinks are fire but very questionable staff... we showed up around 11 and the closed sign was still out so we went up to the drive through and let them know of the mistake. Nobody even seemed fazed. So we came in the front door and flipped the sign over because even after being informed nobody wanted to do anything about it. Mind you the establishment was completely empty at this point within minutes of us flipping the sign there was a line out the door and your staff actually had to work. poor girls :( and let's not forget to mention the boxes all over the floor and the dirty tupperware sitting on the counter. This was on June 3rd. Went back today June 5th around 1:00 and they had the closed sign up again looks like you should hire a staff that wants to work read more

My friends and I were so excited to come and try this place. We are from Colorado and have been dying to go here. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. There were 4 girls working who ignored us for a solid 5 minutes, not even a greeting. They acted as if we weren't even there and socialized with their friends who were in the store visiting. Finally Brynlee clocked in and immediately took our order with a smile. She was great! The drinks were good, just service was disappointing read more
