The service was good. I liked the woman that did my lashes, she did a great job. The lashes feel weightless and natural. I love the finishing. It took about 45 to 50 minutes to complete. I got the set of 80 lashes size 12-13. I am satisfied with the service. I bought a Groupon and so the value was great! You have to call a week or a week and a half in advance because they are usually booked. Last minute appointments will not work. I had to reschedule 3 times however due to conflicting priorities and therefore faced a bit of rudeness from the woman that makes the reservations. She actually gave me an ultimatum and said if I cancel one more time then they will not provide me service. I feel that I did not deserve this remand because I always called either 24 hours in advance or a few days in advance just so I do not inconvenience them. Other than that, the business provides professional, quality work. Today is my second day with my lashes and I already received a lot of compliments. Some of my co-workers are even going to go there to get their lashes done. So, I give them a thumbs up, however, they still need to remember, even though they are busy and are getting a lot of business, its still nice to be cordial. read more

I decided to try this place out with a groupon. I had a lady named Joann(?) do one of my eyes, but when I was finished a lady named Ann was doing my right eye. Kind of weird but okay. Throughout the appointment Ann was tugging at my eyelashes and I felt her rip some of them off. I repeatedly had to ask her to stop and asked her what she was doing. I then heard her scraping something on my eyelashes and asked her if they were tangled or stuck together. She assured me they weren't, but she kept on tugging and scraping at my eyelashes. It turns out, there were two huge lumps of glue on each end of my eye. When I opened my eyes she apologized and ripped the lashes that were glued together out, and began to put new ones in their place. At this point I just wanted to leave but she told me she was almost done. She ended up putting eyelash glue on my cheek which then had to be ripped off. What kind of place is this?? In the last year that I've been getting eyelash extensions, I've never felt pain like this before other than some stinging in the eyes. I asked her if she was licensed and she stayed quiet and ended up comping my eyelash removal fee. Stay the f away from this place unless you want to pay to have your own eyelashes ripped off and then have to go through the trouble of washing chunks of glue off your eyelids at home. Update: I called and asked for a redo because the eyelashes were hurting me. Joann removed the old lashes and put new ones on for free. They look amazing! Amanda did mine and it took 1 1/2 hours, didn't mind it too much, it was relaxing actually, they played soft music as they worked on my lashes. The results were gorgeous, I love my lashes and am so happy I got them!! My daughter went the next day with the Groupon and got hers done also we are going to be regulars. Horrible!!!! Do not go here! I always got eyelash extensions though my natural ones are pretty long. I just wanted them to be more full of volume. I've been to other places but however I decided to give this place a try since it was on my way and the location was convenient. The lash technician just took a pair of scissors and cut trimmed down my real eyelashes very short. I was wondering why the extensions did not anything like the ones I've gotten done before. Now that all the extensions fell off my eyelids look bald. I have to keep getting extensions done til my natural lashes grow back. Never going back here and you shouldn't go either. At that time, I thought it was pretty after finishing the eyelashes, but only two days later, most of the roots of the eyelashes opened completely, causing great pain in the eyes. Some eyelashes were far away from the roots and fell down. Got rid of a lot of my real eyelashes, heartache! I have very few eyelashes, now even fewer! Maybe because I bought the discount price on some app, they just fooled me and made it extra fast! My friend went with me. She wanted to make a special style of eyelashes, but they charged her 20 dollars more, and then the soft false eyelashes were also charged 10 dollars more. My friend showed them the picture, and the result was very ugly, which was totally different from the picture. On the same day, my friend asked me to cut off the top of the pointed eyelashes, because she dared not go to work like this the next day. If they are not skilled enough to make the same one, they should not say they can make it! I really regret leaving a $20 tip, their glue is very bad quality and very smelly. If they are not happy with customers using a discount to make eyelashes, don't do the discount, I won't come back! I went to other places before, they also have the same discount price, the quality and attitude are very good, good place to remove and redo! My suggestion is no star, because you can only give one star at least and you can't get any lower. I really don't understand why this shitty place requires an ID. read more

Stay far away if you actually want proper eyelash extensions. They lure people in with the "special" set but it is by far the hardest lashes I've ever felt. With that said I chose to to do 3d with some softer lashes. Not only did I spend 4 hours there - but I left without lashes because the technician RUINED my lashes. She removed my old lashes - which is fine but they wanted to charge $10 - whatever just do what u got to do. Then she proceeds to do the lashes...I honestly felt that her technique was so different from my previous technicians but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. She kept the tools and box of whatever the lashes were in on either side of my head literally touching my ears so it was very UNRELAXING. 2-1/2 hrs later when she was finally done I literally couldn't open my eyes because the lashes were hard as a rock and stabbing my eyelid. At one point during the application I felt like she was scratching my lash line with a tool and it literally felt like razors. I could not leave the place with this much pain so I asked to remove them. It took her an hour and a half and I literally cried the whole time because my eyes were burning. 2 days later - my eye is still very red and irritated. If it persists I will be going to the doctor. The technician kept insisting I was allergic to the glue. Like no - your skill set was poor and you used way too much glue which caused the eyelash to poke my eyelid all across the lash line. I had a Groupon deal for a set of 70 mink lashes per eye. Everyone was great and welcoming. My lash artist, Lucia, did a great job with my lashes and making me feel comfortable. However the only complaint I have is that there is no separation between the waiting area, the reception desk, and where you get your lashes done. I can hear customer complaints and other people's chitchat. I had to really actively ignore all the noise so I can relax during the lash process. I've had lashes done in 2 different places in Manhattan before and I can honestly say these are the best! I purchased the 100 set to avoid wearing mascara on my wedding and they look so beautiful and glamorous yet still natural, you can't see any glue clumps at all, the place is clean and quite, they give you a selection of curl types and looks so you can explain what you want and they advise you on length depending on your natural lash. Amanda was so gentle that I felt relaxed and fell asleep for a while, I got a little cold and she kindly covered me with a towel lol (little blankets would be nice, but that's just an extra perk). My friend got a set of 70 and hers look amazing too! Her eyes got irritated with the glue so she went back to tell them and they were nice enough to offer to remove them and refund her money if the irritation didn't get better but it did after using some eye drops! We both got a C curl on the "sexy eye" style. We were 10 min early for our appointment and they took care of us promptly despised being really busy! Ask for Amanda! Friendly technicians. Brenda, the lady at the reception desk was very helpful and recommended the B curl 9mm-11mm 70 pieces silk per eye. Silk is $10 extra than mink. Ashely was my technician and she was great. I used the Groupon, but even without it the prices are very reasonable. I'll be back in 2-3 weeks. Next time I will try the 100 pieces silk per eye with C curl as I feel like this time the style came out too natural. I live in Brooklyn and it's worth the commute. read more
