This was my second time visiting and I was very happy both times. They are very accommodating and clean!! (Most importantly). They also make sure your eyes are completely clean as well prior to putting lashes. They are sticklers about that and I think it's great. Wow I absolutely LOVE my lashes I didnt even know this place existed until I was scrolling through Groupon and saw a lash place so close to home! I purchased two groupons for my mom and I. I got the 70 lash on each eye and she'll be getting the 60. My technician was Joanne (she is amazing) she was very attentive and understood what I wanted. got a groupon for 80 piece lash extensions. walked in speaking english but the ladies immediately started gossiping about me in mandarin thinking that I didn't understand (even though I look fully Chinese, even reported me last name: Chen) anyways they stoped when one got started on my lashes but it still didn't feel good having some middle aged ladies gossiping like bitches in highschool. the service was mediocre, they had very limited lash options and the girl who did my lashes didnt even try to give me a spa experience. overall i had a very groupon (cheap disguised as luxury) experience and would only recommend paying the groupon price. i was nice enough to pay 10$ tip but if i was honest. they deserved a 1$ tip. read more

This is the best eyelash extensions I've ever recieved! My lashes came out exactly the way I wanted them to be, long and very natural looking. When I first arrived I wasn't sure what type of lashes I wanted (length, curl, style), so the receptionist was nice enough to explain what each meant. I don't like to leave reviews but this was much needed. I gave 3 stars because it was more about customer service but the lashes came out very well. I got this off Groupon so it's expected not to be the greatest- I called made an appointment within 4 days of my actual appointment and they sent me a confirmation text that day, another 2 within 2 days of the appointment. Very annoying, then they called me my day of my appointment to come earlier than my 6pm appointment as if they were ready to go home. After receiving my services they trick you by asking you to fill out notebook with your contact info( even your DOB) strange. So while leaving they hurry to catch you for to leave a tip. They state Groupon voucher doesn't include tip(which is fine). When giving them the tip they felt it wasn't enough so they show you a sign of the "acceptable tip" amount but label it as "suggested tip" based off service. Please not tip is based off service and can be denied and not always required on a base to base service. I left the tip I wanted to and left. I wouldn't return because of that. Don't pressure me to give you more money- my money! read more

For example my appointment was at 2:00pm, but there were more people for 2:00 also. And since they walked in first and I was behind them I was left for last. I asked for 100 lashes per eye (volume set). As I was getting them done the lady who was doing my lashes kept stabbing me and felt like needles poking me right in my lash line. I kept saying ouch numerous times. Half way through (on top of the poking) the glue began burning me and all she can do was put a fan to my eyes that weren't helping at all. Finally, once she finished it looked as if nothing was even on my eyes. There was absolutely no volume and my eyes continued to burn. I left and tried to drive home but had to immediately return and get them removed. They tried to fix it but burned my eyes more. I highly do not recommend this place. They seem more about quantity instead of quality. read more

After finding out that I can get lashes done on groupon, I did extensive looking into reviews from many different places. Bling had the most satisfying reviews and I see why. This was my first time getting my eyelashes done EVER and I had requested Joanne due to her good reviews. I must say she is GREAT! I did not feel anything. I opened my eyes prematurely and it burned but she took care of that right away. I had 100 lashes per eye, C curl with 11-12mm in a natural look. It definitely looks like my own. It has been 2 weeks and only a few lashes have fallen out but that was more from my own wear and tear. I originally picked the B curl because I didn't know what to get. At Joanne's own discretion, she bumped me to a C curl because my natural lashes were so curly. I am soooo glad she went with what she knows rather than going with what I picked just because. They only lost a star because I was not told the proper care of the lashes (had to read other ppl reviews) and I did not get a complimentary brush. But I will come back again! read more

Came in on august 5th for a lash removal and full set of 60 with my groupon. Service was good and my lashes looked amazing and very natural, at first. After a few days the glue was still noticeably visible and some lashes had started to fall out, and now, only 8 days later, almost all, if not all of my lash extensions are gone. I've had my lashes done elsewhere twice before and did not have this issue, most of them stayed on for over two weeks. I would like to return, since I really did like the way the lashes looked and the actual salon itself, but not if im going to be wasting money on only a weeks worth of lashes :( read more
