I've been a repeated customer for a few years. Every five weeks usually. Got a lot of compliments on my lashes. Hebe.

This is my third time here and I really like this place. I only get lashes for special occasions and their work usually last a good while. Great customer service and reasonable prices. They send lots of reminders and keep record of your previous visits. They're always willing to answer my many questions and staff appears knowledgeable. read more

I've been here a couple of times prior to Covid and recently it was my first time being here after a very long time. I'm not an avid lash extension person anymore but felt like coming back here to treat myself for a special occasion. I've always felt very comfortable here. The gentleman at the front was very attentive and put good input on what you want if you're not so sure. You can either call or text their number to make an appointment. I feel like pricing was fair. I've done my lashes at other places before but this was one of the first places that introduced me to a silk option - which I love. Much lighter than mink in my opinion. I didn't catch the lady's name who did my lashes but I didn't even wake up with irritation at all and I took a lovely nap on their table. No lashes have fallen after a couple of days which is a great sign :) read more

I passed by this new lashes place yesterday in my neighborhood. I do lashes every 2-3 weeks for about 4 years now. I went to many different places. I was very excited when I found this new store near me (5 mins walking from home!) I went in there for price inquiry. Their price is decent so I decided to give it a try. They took me as a walk in because they have a time slot opening. Usually I make appointment for my follow ups. The store is new, clean and I love their modern design. They have this fairytale kind of ceiling (see photo) which I love love love. I'm sure every gal will love to see such beautiful drawings once they open their eyes after their lash job is done. My technician took about 1 hour to finish my service which is the same as almost every lashes place. I have a decent amount of lashes, but they are very short, straight and fine. I usually get the silk lashes but this time I decided to try the split flat lashes. I had C curl size 11 glamour shape as usual. I'm usually very picky and OCD about my lashes extensions. Even this place is new but I can tell the technician is very experienced and good at what she's doing. They fan out beautifully. They are not sticking together. I love the way they look and feel. It's totally worth my money! I tried places that the extensions are hurting me when I blink, or they fall out within a week. So, it is very important to find a good lash technician. This store is highly recommended!!! read more

As someone who is completely new to getting lash extensions, A Queens Lashes has made my lash anxiety and worries go away! My eyelashes don't naturally curl, so I desperately needed a solution, and this was it! They always do a fantastic job, and are insanely hygienic and careful. The lash techs are patient and kind, and have always gone above and beyond to make sure they are giving me the lashes and volume that I want! My newfound lash place has given me more confidence in my appearance and has allowed me to save my mascara (that has never looked visibly since my lashes don't curl!) I always walk away pleased and ready for my next appointment! read more

Best service and lashes are always even and last a good time. No wait time their usually by your appointment time.

Very good experience!! The technicians are really nice, attentive and efficiency. The eyelashes can last longer time compared to my previous experience in other places, (this one can last up to 3.5 weeks before my retouch appointment), which is very beneficial and worthy for costumer. I like my new extended eyelashes, long and curly, makes my eyes brighter. The store is very organize, bright white wall, decorate with beautiful drawings. From the conversation, I find out that the paintings were drawn by one of the eyelashes technician. The fantasy ceiling painting was also designed and finished by the technicians. This is a very creative idea, outstanding design. Highly recommend, friendly girls and comfortable environment. Will come back surely!! read more

Let's start with how I found A.queens Eyelash Extensions: I bumped into a friend on campus and fell in love with her eyelashes. You can imagine my excitement when she told me she had her extensions done at a brand new place just a block away from St. John's U! She told me about a first-time Groupon offer so I decided to give it a try. I've gotten extensions before at different establishments and I always look for cleanliness, quality, and efficiency of work -- as well as how long the lashes last on my eyelids/whether or not they irritate my eyes. The process was gentle, the staff was welcoming and accommodating, and they give you a lash brush and at-home care card when you're all done. I tried out the cashmere flat set and loved it (they're so fluffy and natural), and they lasted me a good couple weeks without a fill. Because I want a bit more drama and for them to still appear full after a bit of wear (a couple weeks), I'm going to go back to try the silk set. read more

Please stay away from this place. I only get the 40 lash special because I don't want to lose my real lashes. I recently went to this location and I should have listened to my gut not gone. They placed me with an inexperienced technician who stacked 4 fake lashes on top of my real lash. It was too heavy. I left the location by 6 pm and by 7 pm 5 lashes fell out. I called the company immediately to report the problem. The man that answered the telephone said there was nothing he could do. I demanded that someone fix it. He agreed that I could come in the next day and fix the lashes. What a big mistake. I went the next day, and the other lash tech attempted to repair the terrible job done the night before. She attempted to remove the lashes. Unfortunately, she pulled my lashes so hard, I screamed and tapped her hand letting her know she is too rough. Fast forward, I arrive home and 4 of my lashes were glued together to the false lash and fell right out! I called the company to complain and they agreed to fix the lashes. At this point, I just wanted the lashes off. I went in to remove them and to my surprise my real lashes are shorter and damaged. I pointed it out to the lash tech and she insisted that I should wash my face and it will look normal. Smh. Stay away from this place. I will never return here again!!! read more

I think its expensive for a fill in. But first set i paid $50. florence did an amazing job. I love them! Just parking is kind of hard to find. Clean place! A 3 week fill in is $95. They mentioned something about a membership which is $128 a year. I went with the cashmere flats that florence recommended. read more

First time getting lash extensions Loved the place Love how my lashes came out Will be returning read more

This was my go to spot for a while and they were doing an amazing job until one day I was disappointed. I guess there was a new girl there that I went to because the job was horrible. My lashes were sticking together, she was rubbing my eyes so much to remove the glue, my eyes became irradiated. I had to spend another 30 minutes for someone else to re-do one eye. All they would say was that they were sorry. Here comes time to pay and no accommodations were made. I had to tell them that I wasn't paying FULL price. They only took off $10. I didn't make a stink but I vowed never to go back. So disappointed. read more

I started going to A.queens eyelash Extensions because they are close to my school. The first time I went I had the girl in the 3rd bed do my lashes and they looked great! The second and third timethe lady at the first bed did my lashes and I walked out with some lashes out of place and the lashes only lasted almost 2 weeks before they started falling out. I am very careful with my lashes making sure to not wet them and to brush them so I don't think these lashes are good quality. I wouldn't go back here, the places on Francis Lewis are better quality. read more

I was so happy to discover that this lash salon is run by the great folks from Whitestone Lash. This is closer to my house. There is metered parking on Union Turnpike and street parking within the blocks. They are located across the street from StJohn's University and the TJ Maxx. I tried the cashmere 40pc special that they were running for $29. I love my lashes, very natural looking! They are unbelievably soft, exactly like my lashes. Check them out! read more

Fiona is fantastic. She was recommended by a friend and I'll only ever go to her! I have blonde, short eyelashes, and downturned eye corners. She worked with me to make sure the eyelashes lifted my eyes and always fixed or added a lash to my preference (I'm picky). I always feel beautiful leaving the salon. I also found that wearing a formed sleeping mask that protects the lashes helps them last even 4-5 weeks. Even at the 4 week mark I still get compliments on them! read more

First time getting extensions mainly bc I've never been too sure about them but one random day I walked in and the girl was super helpful in answering all my questions. The process itself was super easy and relaxing too. I think I knocked out for a bit lol. The lashes were exactly how I wanted them. Natural looking and weren't heavy. They also lasted over a month! Super pleased with them and made my morning routine much shorter (more time to sleep. Yes!) I'll definitely be back when I wanna get lash extensions again. read more

This place is a gem! I got extensions for the first time and they turned out so nice! Ila (I'm not sure how to spell it sorry if I butchered your name) was my lash tech and she was so kind! The price was great too. I hope to come back soon :) thank you guys! read more

Came here with a Groupon after my eyelash lady from my previous place left me! I am glad I found this place. Very open and clean. I was nervous as I didn't know the technician or how my lashes would come out. A male technician did my lashes, he was so gentle and needless to say he did an awesome job! Almost a week has passed and I haven't noticed lashes falling out. I would definitely recommend. read more

I'm going to update this review in about two weeks. However, at this point, I absolutely love my lashes! It was my first time getting them done. The guy at the desk took the time to answer all 1,000 of my questions. I let him know that I want it to look as natural as possible. I've seen people with false eye lashes and it looks like caterpillars on top of their eyes. I was so scared that's how it was going to turn out. He listened to my concerns and needs and suggested I go for the cashmere split flat natural set. The process was painless. The facility it's self is clean and bright. I don't feel anything, it feels like I don't have anything on my eyes (this was another of my worries). The whole process took about an hour. I was told that it may last 2-4 weeks depending on my own eyelashes. So we'll see. read more

I am extremely picky and critique my extensions pretty severely. I can say that Florence met my expectations. She was kind, soft spoken, and a great technician. I have naturally short lashes which tends to bundle together in the middle and curl off on the ends and unlike most eyelash techs, she placed the lashes to look evenly spread apart and not just going with my natural lash. This requires skill and an aesthetic eye. Overall process was performed in a timely manner and I am ecstatic I found this place. read more
