However, I've noticed they don't seem to sanitize their equipment properly or change out the wax between clients -- they even use the same stick on multiple people. At first, I ignored it, but I started breaking out really badly every time I got my eyebrows done. Eventually, I realized it was likely because of the lack of sanitation. It's unfortunate because the staff and atmosphere are great, but they really need to improve their hygiene practices.

I went to Meredith and she helped me find a good way to customize my lashes so that it suits my eyes. I get the C curl at 10-11, and she helped me realize I'll probably need to customize the inside part of my eye to a J curl because of how my lids make my lashes fall. THIS WAS A FIRST! Finally a worker that actually is trying to make sure I'm fully happy with what I want. You'll want to make an appointment cause their employees get booked up - especially for certain occasions fast, so call it in! Oh lastly, they have a parking lot in the back!! One eye has lashes continually falling out . The lash glue was irritating my eye for days and the lash volume was just noticeably uneven due to fallout in one eye. Finally, ( as I was on vacation then in Myrtle beach a few days later) I went to have them removed . The tech told me whoever did this work placed the extension way to close to my eyelid which is why it's irritated she was able to remove only a few lashes from both eyes as the glue that was used wasn't breaking up from the solution she was using and because the last was put on too close to the eye lid the solution poured right into my eyes Disaster . Be careful ladies bc you don't want these extensions glued so close to the eyelid , it's supposed to be at least 1 mm away from the lid
