Eclectic and chic vibe with lots going on--there was a game night upstairs and a pottery class downstairs when I visited. I loved the Clover Club Hooch Booch (hard kombucha), and my husband enjoyed a great non-alcoholic drink. The place felt a bit "too cool," but overall it was fun, and I'd definitely go back.

Fun, female owned, hard kombucha taproom. There is currently Santa's Secret Speakeasy but it only runs after 4:00pm and we arrived at 2:00pm. We were still able to select from their regular hard kombucha menu, aka Hooch Booch. Each of the flavors are $9 each and for $2, a splash of spirits can be added. I tried the Lounge Lizard. It was a refreshing blend of grapefruit, sage, and lemon. The holiday decor was festive, fun, and very trendy. Definitely a fun place to relax, "speak easy and drink hard".

Fun little place in the heart of RiNo. It fits about 12 people inside on the ground floor. The loft probably fits another 12. It is well decorated and was especially well decorated for the Christmas season. From 4pm, they do have a little Christmas pop up bar as well. The hard kombucha was actually really tasty. I opted for the seasonal selection which was chai. It was described to me as an old fashioned flavor. I would agree. If you are in the mode for chill vibes and some alcohol in your tea, this is the place for you.

Denver's first hard kombucha tap room everybody!!! Woman owned, prohibition inspired, and tasty flavors aplenty. The Blind Tiger is the home of Hooch Booch, a local hard kombucha company that you may have spotted at a Yelp event or at the grocery store. They have five main flavors of hard booch, and you purchase cans, cocktails, or mocktails. They're on 3040 Blake St, and seriously the interior could not be cuter! Cozy vibes all around, and you can tell that this place is going to have a banging open mic night as soon as word gets around. Seriously you HAVE to check this place out, I will be stopping by weekly! Give them a review and help spread the word about the AWESOME business and local hangout spot!

Two boys one espresso. I love counting here my fave

Blind Tiger is by far my favorite bar to hang with friends, listen to djs and literally anything cool you can imagine from getting a permanent jewelry with friends, to booching really on some kombucha. This the place YOU and all your friends. love love

I walked in when they first opened. I wasn't aware of the spot until I saw their sign. The place was beautifully decorated and very welcoming. It felt like I was hanging out in my friend's loft. They had some small bites like hotdogs which help because they got some good drink deals on their hard kombucha which they're known for. I definitely would come back next time in the Denver area.

Cute Christmas cocktail in a boot glass!

Super cute spot! I went with a big group for their Christmas pop up/menu and it just wasn't really a big group spot. It was very crowded for the Christmas menu event on a Tuesday night even there was a pretty long line to get a drink each time. The drinks were delicious though and it was well decorated so I will be going back! Probably just with a smaller group haha. It was loud on that night but we could still hear each other. Obsessed with the glassware they used as well so much so that I googled it to buy the same set while I was there.

There is plenty of seating but it was crowded when we arrived but we were able to find some seats close to a fire pit to stay warm. They offer a menu of shareable bites with a global spin. We ordered the chips and guacamole made with avocado and fresh made tortilla chips. We split the braised short rib tacos with avocado, cojita and radish that came with three tacos per order. The steak tacos were very tender and plentiful with toppings. We also tried a variety of cocktails from their bar. Their winter drink menu that highlights warm and spiced cocktails, a curated wine bottle list, and a spectrum of Denver's favorite craft beers. I tried the mezcal hot chocolate that was served with toasted marshmallows on top. Also tried a peach mocktail and asked them to add mezcal. Both cocktails were elevated and hand crafted. Other people in my party tried the Elevated Old Fashioned with Brush creek strait bourbon, angostura amaro, dry curacao, honey. Service was friendly and efficient, and everything came out quickly. Bedlam was recommended to us for late night drinks by staff working in one of the restaurants at our hotel. During our short stay in Denver, we went to Bedlam twice. The first time was around 11:30 on a Thursday night. We had a few cocktails along with a cheese and charcuterie plate. The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. The bar was full so we chose a small table. Our server gave us menus, though specials were written on a chalkboard above the bar. We each tired a couple of cocktails and had a shot called the Master Shot. We also chose the make-your-own charcuterie board. Our favorite drink was the Woo Girl, which allowed us to choose our spirit of choice. I chose gin and my friend chose tequila. When we returned a couple of nights later, we knew already we were going to order the Woo Girl cocktail. It was packed on a Saturday night, but there was a small table in back where they seated us. This bar is more for spending time with the friends you come with, rather than mingling, as staff seats you at a table. It doesn't seem like they offer standing room or just squeezing in, though maybe we just didn't experience that. That said, all in all, I really enjoyed Bedlam and recommend it to anyone going to Denver.
