I received excellent service from Demonte and Jess. My pizza was cooked perfectly and so was my service!

OH.MY.GOODNESS! I am in LOVE! I just ingested the most delicious pizza I've ever eaten in my life at BLAZE in 'Garneria' of all places. Fresh ingredients, great crust and delicious sauce! There is only one reason to visit Garner: Blaze Pizza. Otherwise, I hold my nose as I drive around or through it as quickly as possible. read more

Pizza crust is crispy with just enough char on it and has the right amount of chewiness. Went there Sunday night with the fam and everyone must have been on happy pills because service with a smile was on point. Nice to see from the young staff!!! A different pizza joint no doubt but food and service will have us returning again. read more

Blaze Pizza - Build your own-spicy sauce, pepperoni, roasted garlic, onion and tomatoes. Yum! - Salad Near Me - Garner, North Carolina

Pizza is always good but the service is poor, they don't put any effort in to a a good experience, they charged me for an extra pizza, when she said that will be $33, I said that seems high are you sure, she never even responded so I swiped my card to see I was over charged. No apologies at all, just issued a refund after struggling to do it and had nothing to say other than "Would you like your receipt?" The pizza guy also touches the computer touch screen without cleaning his hands and they grab the rim of every cup they hand you. We will avoid this location going forward. read more

Love this place - have plenty of lunch meetings here! The bbq chicken pizza is really good. It definitely gets busy during lunch, but I've always been able to find a seat. I love how you can eat fairly cheaply here if you want, yet the pizza is really good! read more

Don't waste your time and money. Ordered in advance (check #210048), arrived on time for pickup, waited 10 min to be acknowledged at my insistence. Woman at pickup handed me my two pies off counter and I knew those were there when I first arrived. I asked if they were hot. She said yes - just out of oven which I knew was a lie. Brought pies home and of course they cold. Again, don't waste your time or money. Received email from Justin B. claiming to be owner of NC location and offering to replace only of the two cold pies. Why only one Justin, when two cold pizzas were tossed? Plus to get the one pie offered Justin states I have to download the Blaze app to claim. Well there are no Blaze Pizzas near my home and have no plans to visit Garner anytime soon, so downloading the app resolves nothing. The hotel clerk recommending Blaze will no longer because of our bad experience. read more

Great Pizza - The Art Lover is my go to pizza of choice but you can of course create your own. They have all kinds of good/fresh toppings including whole roasted garlic cloves and zucchini and so many more. The staff is super helpful and on top of everything too. A must try for sure!!!!! read more

I have never had a bad experience and I come often. I love the Art lover pizza and my fiancé gets the meat lover. All the staff are so friendly and professional. They have so many fresh ingredients to choose from. Overall excellent. read more

There's a reason I drive 30 minutes to come to this pizza place. While downtown Raleigh has plenty of pizza shops, they don't all have VEGAN cheese and amazing staff. Cheap pizza and you can add as much as you want on it! I always ask for the vegan cheese and the staff asks if they should change their gloves for me or use a different pizza cutter. Most places are not as courteous. Blaze is the only reason why I come to Garner. read more

Blaze Pizza - Vegan cheese for me and tons of veggies! - Salad Near Me - Garner, North Carolina

Great pizza. And the staff on a Saturday afternoon during lunch rush remained courteous and smiled. They made you feel welcomed.

This location has gone downhill since the pandemic. I usually order delivery or pickup and one time none of my toppings are cooked, onions and mushrooms were raw. And everytime I order a dessert they get it wrong, like twice I ordered a brownie and they gave me a smore cookie or chocolate chip cookie. read more

I don't know if it was just the group of kids working there, but holy enthusiasm, there isn't any. I thought that chipotle workers hated their lives... wow, come here instead! They put like maybe 4 leaves on my pizza with an attitude.. like hey, just go somewhere else if putting toppings on pizza is so miserable lol. To top it off, they cooked our pizza, but told us that they used the wrong crust. Okay, cool. We re-did everything, but it took 40-45 minutes for my order. People who ordered after us got their pizzas before me lol. Could've at least given me the messed up pizza too to give to someone on the street, but it's cool that y'all just threw a fully cooked pizza in the trash ‍ read more

I love this place BUT just tonight I was mad because the girl who cooked my pizza I guess was mad. So she took it out on our pizzas. While putting mines and other pizzas in the oven she shook some of my toppings off that was fine it was one little sausage hanging off. I wanted that on there Lol.I was hungry. But what really got me is when she slung my pizza in the oven and half of my toppings came off I was pissed. Please don't throw my pizza in the oven next time. read more

Great place for lunch Had lunch here with a friend. We were both pleasantly surprised. Fast service and the pie had a thin crust, crispy and really good. We both had the Simple pie for $5.25. We will be returning! read more

Pizza has deteriorated since I last ate here a few years ago. Crust very cardboard like.

Love the pizza . Customer service has its good and bad days . The only complaint I have is the mixing of ingredients on the toppings line. I think they should use a spoon to pour them into their hands to avoid the mixing of ingredients. It's seem to get very messy and looks untidy while trying to place your order. read more

Terrible service this time. I ordered pickup with the Blaze app. Long story short, it took 35 minutes and me checking twice, asking the employees to check on my order before they "found it." No apology for the wait or poor service. They just put the pizza on the counter and said "here you go." Other customers were coming into the store, ordering their pizza and leaving well before I received my order. Needless to say the pizza was cold. I had my kids with me in the car, so I didn't want to make them wait any longer and we drove home. I immediately called the store back, and spoke with the manager who apologized and said they will speak with the crew members. Less than stellar service this time. Normally I receive good service here. I don't even think the poor service was intentional, but that does not make up for that service. They should have at least acknowledged what happened and apologized. read more

Being a chef, and from NY, I've got to say, not bad, not bad at all! The place needs a good manager to keep things flowing smoothly and to make sure the trash isn't overflowing, but with all the chaos the finished product was great. Nice crust, a little charred on the bottom and sides (something southerners hate) but it's the way good pizza is cooked. The red sauce was perfect just the right acidity and a hint of sweetness, and they use the right Mozzarella it melts and crusts, not like local pizza shops where it congeals into a greasy mess. ( cheap Cheese). Great job, I would give 5 stars but the mess and mismanagement needs attention. read more

Love this place. Never had been to a "pizza bar" as I call it. But very convenient and quick. Walk in and down the line as they top the pizza to your request. Delish! read more

We came to get take out here after placing an online order, because driving by a previous time looked very crowded. The email stated that the pizza would not be made until we checked in, that it is fast fired at that time. The line was very long but because we ordered online we didn't have to wait in it. From checking in to getting our pizza, it took about ten minutes... I thought it wasn't bad for fresh fired pizza at a pretty busy place. They accommodate all eaters- from vegan cheese to gluten free crust. All nutrition data is online, too! I will definitely order online prior to going again, though! Pizza tasted great. And, although it's a chain, it's pretty customizable. read more

The staff was super friendly and the pizza was delicious! I customized my pizza and the toppings were healthy sized and as many as I wanted for one, low price. I would rather order here than any of the pizza joints! read more

Blaze Pizza - Yummy! - Salad Near Me - Garner, North Carolina

OK, Raleigh area Yelpers. Help me out....I'm really struggling here. I am torn between 3 and 4 stars and here's why. Food was a solid 4, but the experience was a 3 star. Fine, I'm going with 3. I'm in town for business and thought a quick, build your own, thin crust pizza sounded good. I walked in right at lunchtime and the line was almost to the back wall. Ok, how long would I have to wait I thought, maybe 5 minutes. FORGET IT!!! I was in line for 20 minutes. Have you ever stood in line at a restaurant and stood there for so long you think "Crap, I could run this place much more efficiently?". I had PLENTY of time to think about what I'd do different. The main thing is hire people that had some urgency to HURRY UP. Holy crap, if these weren't the slowest moving, inefficient group of young people. It's lunchtime people, I have things to do. That said they were all very nice (Kind of like "she's got a nice personality"), but c'mon people move it along!!! They take internet orders and intertwine them with the people in line which I think takes up a lot of the time spent waiting in line. I'm assuming the people with the internet orders have endured that grueling line in the past and decided to call ahead. BTW, if you place an order on the net they prep it all up until the oven. You walk in and bypass the line and they fire your pizza right then. Great idea for the next time. OK, since this is like SUBWAY with pizza, I ordered the White Pie with the creamy white sauce, bacon, garlic and arugula. I added caramelized onions and, since I wasn't kissing anyone, extra garlic. The ingredients were very tasty and the pie after cooking for about 4- 5 minutes turned out wonderful. Very fresh and just a tad bit more than I could eat for lunch. What I'm trying to say is the food was excellent!!! I really like the pizza, but they need to work on the speed. I don't expect it to be like Subway but perhaps more staff and a little training in moving things the hell along would improve the sluggish situation. read more

Really great lunch spot with plenty of options got everyone! And at very reasonable prices too! It's very freeing to be allowed to put any amount of toppings for one price. I can't stand when what is seemingly a decent priced base food ends up $6 more expensive because you added $2 bacon and some veggies. The pizzas came out within minutes- just enough time to get a drink (the blood orange lemonade... YUM) and find a table. read more

Blaze Pizza may be the best restaurant so far to open in the new Cabela's shopping center. The affordable yet tasty build your own pizzas are great and the menu item pizzas don't disappoint either (get the White Top)....The only con I have is there are no plates, which can make sharing or simply consuming your pizza difficult. However, this is not enough to give this place 4 stars. Staff are friendly and helpful, definitely going to be my local go-to pizza place. Finally something other than nasty delivery! read more

Went to Blaze with my sister, it was her first time. We wanted the gluten free crust, it was delicious. They will put clean gloves on upon request, you can get as many topping as you like. The topping were fresh and the vegetable and protein topping were plentiful. It was great for our early afternoon meal. It was enough for us to take some home for dinner. We both got our own pizza. read more

I've been here quite a few times since it opened and generally have a good experience and good food. This time however, it was completely different and likely caused by one employee. We ordered our pizza and both came out in a timely manner. My pizza was burnt around the edges, so I checked the bottom and realized it was over 50% burned on the bottom too. I took the pizza back up to the counter and was told to get back in in the main line with everyone else. I questioned her just to be sure I heard her right. When I finally got back through the line to order a replacement pizza, the same female made my replacement pizza. Never a smile and just threw my pizza together like she couldn't get it done fast enough. After waiting through about 6 other orders plus 5 online orders, I got my replacement pizza about 20-30 min after my first, burnt one. The other member in my party was finished with their meal. I never once received an apology or any form of compensation/food for my troubles. When I was ready to eat my pizza, both bathrooms were closed so I was unable to wash my hands. When I asked for a sanitizing wipe for my hands because the bathrooms were closed, they looked at me like it was a major deal. Hopefully I'll have a better experience next time. If I see the same employee, I'll likely go somewhere else. read more

I'm new to this food review, but I have always been a big fan of Blaze. Something about the concept of making my own food is truly exciting. The order taker at this Blaze (whose name I don't rememberr) was extremely nice and held a decent conversation with me. On the line, Regis was the main one who helped craft my pizza. He did a great job and even asked me if everything looked ok. My pizza was delicious and cooked to perfection! The only real issue I had was the dirty floor, but other than that, good job!! I will be back for more! read more

Absolutely love this place! It is not your typical pizza place .... Its like the subway of the pizza world ... The staff is always friendly and the food is always great! Let's not forget the prices are great too.... I've never been to a pizza place where you can have the pizza made with as many toppings as you want at no extra cost! When we go it's always a plesent atmosphere our food is made in a timely manner! If you havn't been here I highly suggest you try it out! read more

The pizza surpassed my expectations. Thin and wood fired pizza ... the best!

Surprisingly decent pizza. I wasn't expecting much from a chain, but their crust was crisp without being too crisp and the array of toppings were all very fresh looking. Their signature pies had unique flavor combinations that I quite enjoyed. I also love the number of ways they offer me to include garlic flavor on my pizza. These pizza were personal sized with thinner crusts, so I didn't even feel terribly gluttonous afterward. I'll definitely go back. read more

As with most new places...some growing pains are to be expected. We had a couple issues that we voiced our concern about and the management was quick to listen and react. Thanks for the timely response. Best of luck with the new shop. I am sure it will do well. Update: Tried this place a second time, and again both pizzas I bought were burned. When I showed it to the cashier and cook, they were both adamant in their assertions that it wasn't the pizza that was burned, but instead was the flour on the bottom of the pizza. I understand about the cooking at high temps, but good pizza isn't burned pizza. read more

My first time going and I was very pleased with the quickness and the deliciousness :) of the pizza. I ordered the BBC chicken pizza and ate it too fast to take a picture! Also their key lime mint drink was super refreshing and made me feel less bad about eating a whole pizza bymyself. My only compliant is that the dining area was not as clean as I would have hoped for. Other that, I will be back, with friends!!! read more

This place is my favorite place now, in the entire Triangle. What a unique and creative twist to the traditional pizza. Whoever the owner is, he is done great! The staff was very efficient and excellent team work at its best. You won't believe the fresh toppings, choices are amazing! I love the hot red sauce, roasted peppers, yummy garlic, spicy sausage and more! Crust, sauce, toppings, the staff and so affordable!! Where can you go and get a pizza with that may toppings and only spend 8 bucks? Thank you to the owner who created such a FUN place! I was not feeling this area, but you have enhanced my life. LOL!! read more

Absolutely phenomenal pizza. You can get whatever you want on your pizza and not spend a fortune. Ingredients are delicious. There are so many choices...sauces, cheeses, meats, veggies, drizzles...a little something for everyone. Prices are amazing. I highly recommend downloading their app and pre-ordering, so you can avoid the LONG lines. Just make sure the oven guy puts your pizza(s) in the oven once you have arrived. Only happened once, but the oven guy kept overlooking our order and cooking everyone else's pies until I went back up, after waiting 10 minutes and watching order after order go out, and mentioned that our pizzas were still sitting, waiting to go in the oven. Employee at the register was very apologetic and made sure our order went in next. Very friendly and personable employees. Keep up the GREAT work guys! read more

I have ordered from here a couple of times and I love it! I am a pizza loverrrr and their fresh ingredients are the best! I also like that they use DoorDash because a lot of places near me don't deliver, and even when I had an issue with one of my orders, they made it right quickly! Will continue buying from here!!!! read more

I stumbled upon this gem last night after shopping in white oaks. Love the idea. Food is great and made how you want it. The price is great to for less than you spend a dominos you can build your own and the fire oven gives it a nice crust. The employees offer no suggestions and that was frustrating since it was my first time there but other than that I would def. Go back read more

I REALLY like Blaze Pizza. I would eat it every day if I could--but not at this one. There seems to always be an issue at this location. Either they're out of some pretty important ingredient to making a pizza, or they're so slow that the 5-minute pizza is just a dream. Today, they weren't putting numbers on the pizzas. That means they're guessing about which customer gets which pizza. They also burned my pizza, another common occurrence at this location. I can't encourage you enough to go to Blaze. Just go to the one in Morrisville. It has been a better, more consistent experience. Every time I go to this location in Garner, I leave disappointed. read more

This pizza joint was recommended to us by friends. Soooooo good. Make your own pizza and have it made in 180 secs. Tasty, clean and really friendly staff. We will be back again and again. I had gluten free dough, with spicy red sauce, feta, banana peppers, pineapple, spinach and sea salt and arugula. Wood fired to perfection. read more

Love the pizza but not impressed with online ordering. Ordered an hour and a half in advance and it wasn't ready. They found the ticket when I walked in the door and started working on my pizza. Didn't even apologize, nobody really said much because they knew they had skipped my order. I'll still probably come here but not on my lunch break when I'm in a hurry. read more
