Blaze Pizza - Salad Near Me - Garner, North Carolina

I didn't have very high expectations for this place but I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked the pizza. Maybe that's a reflection on the general state of the pizza business in Garner, but this place is now one of our favorites. First off, the most important part: The sauce is good (tangy, not sweet) and the dough is good (thin, but not too crispy). You can't have a good pizza without good sauce and good dough (which is, unfortunately, why so many local places have mediocre pizza; their sauce is too sweet and their dough is too bready). I've always found the service to be fine, so maybe the manager has gotten the place shaped up since getting some bad reviews. If anything, I sometimes feel slightly rushed if I'm ordering multiple pizzas to go, but that's a *very* minor complaint. The line doesn't move as fast as it does at Subway, but even when the line is almost out the door, it's still not any slower than going to a regular pizza place because the pies cook so quickly. The topping selection is great, including two of my particular favorites (meatballs and Genoa salami). I love being able to get fresh mozzarella or ricotta cheese on my pizza, and the "as many toppings as you want" system is perfect, as far as I'm concerned. If I'm ordering four or five toppings on a small pizza, I don't want a ton of each topping. The pizza would fall apart and be inedible without a knife and fork if you put too many toppings on it. Instead, you get the flavor selection you want in good proportions. Being able to add any toppings you want makes it a no-brainer to add extra ingredients that you'd never pay $2 extra for at a regular pizza place (e.g. black olives, in my case). All in all, a great addition to the food available in the White Oak area. read more

My online order was 20 minutes late and then was wrong. They remade it. I got my pizza almost an hour after when I was originally told it would be ready when I ordered online. The staff were nice only redeeming thing about the order. read more

The pizza is good for the price. At this specific location no one walked around checking on the customers which is rare compared to other locations I've been to. The flys were annoying so I gave it a 4. read more

Disappointing. Their pizza sauce is sweet. Yucko. I have no idea what the issue was with the employees but they all acted like they didn't know what to do. We ended up having to buy an extra pizza because we asked for half and half and it wasn't communicated. They had no forks- employee stood there not sure what to do. We ordered the Keto crust pizza. It was not cooked long enough and the toppings were just tempid. Will take the extra 10 minutes and go to Gusto next time. read more

This place is a dirty hole in the wall. There were seven people working. They got my order wrong three times. The manager insisted that I didn't pay and once I took out my phone to pull up my bank account then she backed down is said 0h there it is. I see it. I was very clear about what I was ordering but was treated as though I was an idiot. They were sign saying that you need to wear a mask however not one person in there had one on except for the customers. I didn't appreciate their attitude. I definitely will never go back. read more

Was a great first time experience , easy ordering process and most importantly the food was great, if I were to put a sense of imagery on it ,imagine a pizza place but with a subway style of applying the toppings read more

Ive never had issues with eating at this place however my last two visits were "interesting " after ordering my pizza i asked for a large drink. I took the cup filled it with juice and then thats when i noticed the cup was DIRTY. I took the cup back to the register and told the young man the cup was dirty . He says ok well thats the last size of that cup. I say ok well just refund me.after that transaction was completed he hands me the dirty cup and ask if i still want it. Now why would i want a dirty cup back. Today when i went I observed multiple pizza toppings being mixed in with other toppings and even the white sauce had splashes of red sauce in it. The young lady working the register was also boxing pizzas with the same gloves on! There were no napkins at the drink station . The whole place just looked a sloppy mess behind the counter. read more

We went yesterday and were third in line. After 10 minutes they still hadn't even started yet with the first people in line despite several employees running around I'm guessing doing call in orders and ignoring the guests there. On top of that the air conditioning wasn't on, making it uncomfortable. We left after not ordering and will not be back. There's many other options and management needs to train their employees on customer service. read more

Best pizza in Raleigh. I always ordered online just for convenience. Pizza was always ready on time. Sometimes you had to wait for an employee to acknowledge you were picking up an online order but they get busy so you just gotta be patient. Employees are always nice. Love the pizza! read more

I normally love blaze pizza, but went in to order pizza and they had no green peppers or cherry tomatoes. You can send someone to the grocery store for these. Plus the pizza Dough was not round. My pizza was not good. Will not go back. read more

This place is fast delivering a great and awesome dining experience. Stopped in here randomly for lunch and was blown away. When you step up to the counter you choose what type of pizza you want. They build the pizza right in front of you and you can pick everything that goes into the pizza. Once it is completed they throw it in the grill and within a few minutes it's ready to eat. The flavors of the pizza really pop and blow you away. I was not expecting such a delicious pizza. If you are in the area this place is worth a visit if you are in the mood for pizza. read more

Blaze is choosing to fill orders of customers in the store and make online orders wait. Waited 40 minutes and still had no pizza. Had to cancel my order and left. Plus, that process caused a lot of folks hanging around in the store which is not safe in today's world. Very disappointed, won't be back read more

After hearing a lot about their holly spring location we decided to give Blaze Pizza a try. It is a chain restaurant that is inspired by the fast-casual food trend. This chain is modeled after Chipotle, so you definitely get the feeling of that kind of style (which isn't a bad thing). You can choose from some of their signature pizzas or create your own. They make the pizza super fast right in front of you and put it into the oven. The whole process takes maybe five minutes. If you are like me, take a look at the menu online before going in because they definitely try and get you through the line as fast as possible. The pizzas we got were awesome. This would be a good lunch place if you wanted to get in and out. They also serve beer and wine! read more

I'm local to Blaze and definitely excited to have more fast casual places in the Garner/Clayton area. Blaze is good... Decent value (about $8 for pizza, and you should have leftovers) and great selection of toppings. They are like Moe's for pizza... You order at the beginning and then tell them what you want on your as you move down the line. I LOVE that all toppings are the same price... I like lots of veggies on mine and don't think I should have to pay $1 for a few slices of banana peppers! The pizzas are thin crust, fast cooked in a wood oven, there were some consistency issues with ours despite the fact that they use a dough punch machine. The staff was friendly, everything was good, it was just nothing to scream about. My husband and i both agreed that we'd rather pay more for Mellow Mushroom quality, but this definitely blows away your typical chain pizza joints. Due to our location and lack of choices, though, we will definitely eat there fairly regularly. $16 for two pizzas to feed the family is even less than cheap delivery. read more

What happened? This used to be good pizza. Now it's a hot mess with a soggy crust. Ordered two 11 inch pies last night (one with keto crust). Both were a terrible soggy mess. Won't be going back anytime soon. Anyone else seeing the same thing? And one last point, why does the whole restaurant smell so god awful? It really does. read more

Let me just say...this staff blew ALL of my natural mind! Yesterday was National "PI" Day, so all of the pizzas were $3.14, this staff DID NOT MISS A BEAT! They were truly professional! The line moved so quickly, they never ran out of any ingredients! This tells me that the management team was well prepared with both staffing and food to make sure all guests were happy! My pizza tasted great, and on top of all of that, the restaurant always remained extremely clean, the lids and napkins, and straws were fully stocked. They even had someone walking around with a Bright smile on her face, cleaning the table and asking if she could refresh drinks and take trash! I was truly wowed! This staff was so pleasant, despite a CONSTANT line, tired children, crying babies, exhausted parents and dealing with the aftermath of the Blaze Pizza app not working properly. Wonderful job! You guys truly wowed me...Chi-Chi read more

Good pizza and a clean environment! Also an employee named Jason was really friendly and helpful to our group of families!!!

Per request of family I was eating with, this was my first experience with Blaze Pizza. We went at 5:30 pm on Sunday 5/21/23, which probably was not the best time to eat at a made to order personal pizza place. The line was long & the number of orders coming in for Doordashers to pick up were probably as long, if not longer. It did take about 30 minutes to get through the line, but the staff was great. Everyone was hustling & all but the employee working the register & handing out the pizza had a good attitude. We were eating in & it was obvious that the entire staff was dedicated to the pizza prep because the tables really needed to be cleaned & the drink area was also needing attention. The pizza I ordered: original crust with pepperoni, mushroom, light mozzarella & added grated cheese had a wonderful flavor (flame oven)! In times when it's hard to get good service, this place wasn't slacking, was handling the crowd the best they could & prepared a pizza that was worth the wait. Will definitely go back! read more

We haven't been able to get away from this place since it opened in Garner. It works essentially like a pizza Chipotle, where you go down the line heaping on as many toppings as you like. The secret to this place is the crust. They found a crust that cooks perfectly in just three minutes, so its done by the time you pay, fill your drink and wash your hands. All the ingredients seem to be high quality and the employees are clearly instructed to be generous with them. I suppose the price of a build-your-own (with unlimited ingredients) is a pretty standard 7.85 but I typically get a 1 topping pizza for 6.50. I recommend everyone get the spicy red sauce. It is the bomb read more

The manager here, he's great. I feel bad for him because every single other person working today was literally as slow as a sloth, it took 25 minutes for the person in front of me to get to checkout! And there were only 4 people in line!!! Literally this happens every time I'm here, the other people working here literally could care less, they couldn't put in less effort if they tried I swear. Food is good, but holy SH** THIS IS INSANE read more

I will be honest, I am one of those people who do not care for pizza. I have one place in Garner that do from time to time but that is it. Blaze is different. It is fantastic! Crust is nice and thin without being tough, sauce is perfect without being too acidic and the topping are better than expected. Fresh Mozzarella! The price is very reasonable and the staff was friendly and efficient (I was not rushed to make decisions!). I am finding myself thinking very different about pizza. I can't wait to go back! read more

Definitely my pizza go to place now! Pricing for what you get is AMAZING! My only complaint is get some hamburger meat for toppings, I don't always want pork. Other than that, service is good, food is good and it's a great concept. read more

Everyone is saying the pizza is 'burned',no it's not,it's just thin crust that isn't undercooked, thankfully. It makes it crispy but if you don't like thin crust,I get it.I think the place is well worth the price and they'll totally add more of whatever toppings you like. Its a pizza joint, what are you expecting, really y'all. The stars are for that heavy set guy YELLING the names so loudly you actually can't even understand what the hell he's saying. He scared the hell out of people walking by which was everyone because the drink station is behind him.I had a freaking headache when I left. The staff is young so,they seem a little timid.I like it but that guy yelling HAS TO GO OR SHUT UP.Just call ahead and ask if he's working, that's what we did and had s much better experience the second time. read more

I liked that you could get whatever toppings you wanted and it would cook quickly. The dough was okay, not the best I've ever had, but good enough. The people working there were really nice. I'd pass on the salads the next time. Although they are 'made fresh' that day, they are pre-prepared and tasted like the kind you get at a grocery store. Overall, I'd go back for the quick pizza. read more

I've been excited to try this pizza out because I have heard great things but I am disappointed. Guy at the counter was rude. Not a single table was wiped down or clean. There was no toilet paper in the woman's restroom and the toilet wouldn't flush. The pizza was not good and so overpriced. Wont be coming back :) read more

The pizza is good but I will never understand why these kids that work here don't want to put anymore than they have to into their job. If you ask for more of any topping or seasoning, even on a build your own pizza, than what they put on it, they get an attitude. They act like you are bothering them. Worse customer service in the Garner area. read more

Went here recently with my daughter. We got there just before a major lunch rush, but by the time we finished eating, the place was pretty packed. I ordered the Barbeque Chicken pizza and added extra banana peppers. It was out of this world and the staff, though a tad slow as others have mentioned, was friendly and smiling. Consistently slow and dirty restaurant. Every time I've visited this restaurant it's been dusty and dirty and the area where they prep the pizzas is covered in discarded toppings and trash. The employees have improved over the last few months. The pizzas are overpriced for what they are in my opinion, especially since they charge extra for certain things. I recommend visiting Your Pie in Cary. read more

Went tonight, 5 in our party. Line was to the door to order but it moved very fast. Food prep team seemed well organized and created 4 pizzas in just a few minutes. The front line was out of the arugula salad so they went for more supplies in the back. Our pizzas were coming out of the oven before I finished paying. One pepperoni, one bbq chicken and two red vine pizzas were great tasting for insanely fast food. We had a mishap with the salad order. Even with a line still forming out the door and crowds of folks filling the store, the crew went out of their way to resolve the issue. After a long day and more work ahead of us, or trip to Blaze was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them for a quick, healthy meal. read more
