Unfortunately, I've ordered from here around two dozen times in the last year or so, and I don't know if I've had my order right more than once. The staff is perfectly friendly, but nearly every time we go (either mobile order, drive thru, or in-store), something in our order is bad or wrong. Most often, the sandwiches have chicken about half the size it should be, two or more nuggets are missing, or an item is forgotten entirely. Today, two of my wife's nuggets were forgotten and my large soda was entirely carbonated water with no syrup. I understand that it's hard to keep up with the pace sometimes, but CFA has created a brand and culture of excellence at every step, and this location has drastically fallen short of that every time we have visited, save one visit wherein I ordered a single sandwich and it was what I ordered. For us it's a shame, as this location is so close to us, but our experiences at the White Oak location are well worth the extra 6min drive as our food is always hot, fast, exactly what we order. Never had an issue at that location. It's been a while that the Garner Town Square CFA has been this bad, but I would highly recommend avoiding this location until significant changes and improvements are made and proven to be consistent. read more

I'm not sure why this location has such low reviews, but we have always had a good experience. We usually put our order in through the mobile app and pick it up inside. I do wish they had curbside pickup though. Today I got a regular chicken sandwich with no pickles, a medium fry, and a peppermint chip milkshake. Slowest chick fil a ever. The drive through is always full and takes so long. Even when there are only a few cars it takes twice as long as any chick fil a I have been too. They have it so the drive through line takes up the entire parking lot so it's nearly impossible to go inside. I have also received raw chicken from this location on 2 separate locations. Worst Chick-fil-a experience. Just came home from sitting for 30 minutes waiting for our food after we had ordered and pulled ahead because they needed time to remove the egg from my salad. Finally the sandwich and Cobb salad (without egg) we ordered were brought out and there was no chicken on the salad (which comes standard) and the dressing was already open. We took the salad back to inquire about the chicken/toss the open dressing packet. Received a replacement with the incorrect dressing and egg back on the salad. I asked for one modification and it turned into chaos. Might seem like I'm complaining, but I'm now hangry and feel like it's not too much to ask to receive what I'm paying for. Far worse than many other Chic-Fil-A's. All tables were dirty, no host at all during our visit. Half of the order was wrong. Cheese on burger only half grilled and chewy, no bacon ( although we paid extra for it) no topping for salad ( had to go and ask) only 1/2 an egg in the 2 Cobb salads, about 5 chicken nuggets and then just salad leaves.. hardly any bacon or corn. This location used to be our go-to, but over the past several years it has tanked. The service is so slow even when there are many people working - it's like they are all just milling around and they avoid eye contact so as not to have to help you. Once when I came in they had fly traps hanging from the ceiling in front of the boards with pictures of the food. My wife went to taste my son sweet tea after he drank some when she removed the lid as not to sip on his straw she's discovers this bug floating in the drink. Customers check your drinks here and check your food. The oatmeal comes with a small packet of mixed nuts, and a small packet of dried fruit so you can add either one or both. I ordered the oatmeal meal deal which includes a small coffee, whole grain oatmeal, and a side of fresh fruit including blueberries, apples, and mandarin oranges. Often at this store they leave items you paid for especially within an hour of closing. So I asked a head if they had all the items in my order in the drive thru and I was told yes. Then I was told to wait and pull up to the vip area. Other cars came and went, but I was still waiting. The attended said there was a problem with one of the items. I am a serious Chick-Fil-A fan, however, I avoid this particular store. I can understand an occasional miscount but they almost consistently under count chicken nuggets. Three visits out of five I have had an error in my order. This is really unusual for a Chick-fil-A became I am a frequent visitor and they have the best fast for service restaurants. This location frequently shorts the nugget count and forgets to ask about sauces. Although inconvenience, I will only get food from Cary or Raleigh. I should not have to open my food and check it at the location and I am disappointed when I get home. read more

Who doesn't love Chick-Fil-A?? I rarely visit this location because I always go to the one at White Oak. Since my last visit it looks as though they updated their lobby, menus, and cash registers. As with all chains the staff is sociable, friendly and welcoming, and the food is good. I love their Asian Salad because it is the closest to Zaxby's Zensation, which is my all time favorite but sadly it's a seasonal item. A+ customer service!! read more

This Chick-fil-a used to be awesome! However, not so much now. Not sure if management has changed or?? A couple years ago we would get home with wrong orders or missing sauces. Lately, this location can not control the traffic into their location. Allowing it to backup into the main road and causing a dangerous situations for cars going straight. After addressing with the manager, doesn't seem to be a priority here. Recommend more staff that is better trained to control the drive-thru and resulting traffic better. read more

You're better off driving a few extra minutes to the one in white oak. I also do not suggest Uber eats ordering if this is the location. The order will be correct on the receipt on the bag but completely wrong when you open it and Uber can't do anything about it and this chick fil a location doesn't answer a phone.
