Just had such a bad experience here! Walked in really happy because I finally had a chance to enjoy their breakfast. Walked up to the cashier Savannah and greeted her. No response back just a blank stare. I ordered the chicken hash brown bowl and asked for spicy chicken. Now it normally come with regular chicken and to me it is not tasty. Normally when I order the spicy chicken I am told it will be a 5 minute wait time which I am happy to wait because it is amazing, yet when I asked for spicy chicken Savannah said no. I said I always get it is there any reason why. Her response was you just can't. I asked to speak with a manager and she said u can have it but it will be $5.75. This is the closest chick-fil-a to me but I won't be coming back. I rather make the drive to the next closest one because this location ALWAYS forgets sauces! I hate writing reviews but this was just ridiculous. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY ARE TERRIBLE, DO NOT LISTEN, AND DIRTY. I recently came here last week they got my order wrong 3 times. I ended coming home with 4 extra sandwiches that i did not order and could not eat due to dietary restrictions. I came back today with a online pick up. I was told to pull into a spot and they would bring the order to me. I waited for 20 minutes watching over 15 cars get their order before mine. After 20 minutes I asked for the status of my order where they said they didn't know and would check for me. He came back saying they couldn't find the order and I needed to cancel the order. This location is nothing but terrible service and terrible wait times. They need new management immediately. Don't give this location anymore of your hard earned money. Further more do NOT go expecting to be compensated for your time and money, they are unwilling to fix any issues. Clearly a lack customer service here. The slowest Chick-fil-A around the triangle. Expect to sit in the drive-thru a minimum of 15-20 minutes at slow times. 25 minutes easily during the rush times. Parking lot is too small also so traffic is always backed up. I don't see how anyone could patronize this place often. read more

This is just a bustling Chock-Fil-A. They always have plenty of staff on hand to take your order, and fix your food. Plus, they have the nice hostess that comes out and gets you a refill. That is also why Chick-Fil-A is expensive compared to other fast food places. The places we dare not name. But the food is great, and they are kid friendly. If you check the website of the individual store, you will see that they have various events planned. Love this place! What can you say about a place that consistently has friendly and courteous staff and food that is always at the peak of freshness? You can say it's about the only fast food restaurant I eat at. Every time I pass by during lunch hours, the drive thru line wraps back out onto HWY 70. They almost always have staff outside taking orders to cut down on wait time. Can't complain about the crowd or the lines as food is made hot and ready to go. I usually don't have an issue here. But today 9/26 the employees were just rude. I gave the young lady my order. Got to the window and my order was wrong. I proceed to tell the young lady at the window it was wrong and she asked me to turn the bag around to the sticker. I turned it around and told her that I didn't ask for fries. I asked for Mac n Cheese. She proceeds to tell me I didn't as if she took my order outside. So I hand them my food they take the fries, refund me the money for the fries, and charge me for the Mac N Cheese. Which is wasn't a problem. Something told me to check my sandwich's. I pulled over and that was wrong as well. I go in and tell the young lady at the counter. She took my bag and handed me my correct food. No apology, NOTHING. I use to come here a lot. For such a busy location, food should be prepared and ready for the rush. There is no sense of urgency.
