The best value is the build your own pizza, I forget exactly how much it is but I think it's around 8 bucks. choose your sauce, cheeses, proteins, veggies, and get as many as you want! I get the build your own pizza for $7.95, all the fresh ingredients are in front of you, and there are a lot of options. the staff is always really friendly! Tonight, when I brought my friend in who has never been there before, Jay, Amy, J.Cole, Gabe, and Paul were really helpful and made us feel welcome!! For as fast as the pizza is and for only $7 I have to say that the pizza I got was good. Could have been left in the oven 30 more seconds. My husband thought they were skimpy on the toppings. I know they don't like to be known as the "Chipotle of Pizza" but there really is no better way to describe them. The shear number of toppings available is astounding. Three different types of garlic‽ Olives‽ Sauces‽ It's absolutely amazing. Plus, you can be in and out of the place with a good sized personal pizza in 5 minutes. Highly recommended. I really enjoyed eating at the Blaze location by the University of Notre Dame, so I thought I would try this one. I have seen other reviewers mention undercooked pizza, and that was my experience here. The toppings in the middle were actually cold. I also suspect that not all of the water had been shaken off the mozzarella and basil because the pizza had a watery consistency. The pizza I had at Notre Dame was crisp, cooked through, and tasted fresh, but I cannot say the same for this location. read more

Pizza + Chipotle = Blaze. Which makes sense as they are owned by the same company. Blaze has the exact same format as Chipotle, you stand in line, order at various stations, pay, get your food, then sit and eat (or take it home if that's what you prefer). They have a big menu above the assembly line so you can see the prices, sides, and various pre-selected options. All pizzas are $7.45 for a 10 inch which is a great deal for all the toppings you want. There are several cheeses, sauces, and toppings to choose from. Pizza was very good. The service was robotic and impersonal. They do ask for your name and the robot person does refer to you by name as they ask your toppings. They do call out your name when the pizza is done. The actual baking is fast. The line is slow. A couple awkward pieces- if you're new to the place you take a menu while in line and then get stuck holding it until the very end where they have a return holder. Also- there is no good place to stand as you wait for your pizza. They say to wait and we'll call your name. You're either in the way of the hallway to the restroom, other guests paying, in front of the coke machine or on top of someone's table. Speaking of tables- they were incredibly dirty inside and on patio. The tall top bar stool tables are in the middle of the dining room. The low tables and booths are surrounding. You're constantly staring at someone's crotch. The managers are busy working positions and stuck there. Maybe manager get out and check the dining room and talk to real people. And though the pizza is fired quickly for a pizza, it is super busy around lunch time, with a long line, not enough seats, and the waiting area is super awkward. I went in wanting the standard margherita pizza, which I believe is called the red vine - since this was my first time I figured try the basics first. In 90 seconds I had an amazing pizza margherita for a fantastic price. Wasn't bowled over by the s'more although I had to warm it up later at home so that may be why and it may be delicious if you have it there. I would give it another try. I also tried the blood orange lemonade which was very yummy but later decided I needed carbonation to wash down the pizza. Sometimes lemonade just doesn't cut it. Last night we tried Blaze Pizza for the first time. The place seems to be managed by high school teenagers. We ordered their version of a barbecue chicken pizza. We also wanted to order a salad but were told they were out of salads. We went to find a table we found several empty tables all dirty! We told the head teenager about this. Our pizza was pretty good - if you like a soft pre- manufactured crust. If you're In a hurry and like mediocre pizza - this place is for you. It would appeal more to teenagers than anyone else. We were less than impressed and felt that they should rename the place from Blaze Pizza to BLASÉ Pizza. read more

This is really good. If you order online, it's also really fast and you avoid the line. The one downside I've discovered is that the evening sun at dinnertime is blinding for pretty much everyone. They need to get some shades and they'll be in good shape. read more

I love, love, love Blaze pizza. You can order from the menu or create your own by selecting toppings. I always do the select your own and love the combination of toppings I can get. I like the classic red sauce and always have to ask them to add a little extra sauce and mozzarella. The pizza is cooked in a open flame oven and is ready in just a couple of minutes. The crust is very thin but taste great and the pizza is very filling. I have to struggle to eat two pieces but don't want to stop eating it because it taste so good. I would have give 5 stars but they charge $1.75 for a 20oz drink and that is a large. I thought that was a bit pricey. I was going to get the pizza to go but decided to stay to eat so I could get a refill!! and then take the rest of the pizza home. read more

The pizza and price is great! The only drawback is the line gets long and it takes a while and I'm not sure if you can call ahead. I do get a little annoyed when the people on the pizza line starting talking to me about my pizza (just chatting, not on my order specifics), it's distracting and I end up not being able to think about my pizza and what I want on it, especially when I'm trying to remember an order for someone else. So I just discovered this place. I am a pizza snob. I love simple good pizza, and Blaze fits the bill. Delicious crust, flavorful pizza sauce, and fresh colorful toppings. The restaurant also has amazing beverages. My favorite is the Prickly Pear Agua Fresca. The general manager, Greg is very pleasant, and friendly. You could tell he is proud of his product. We visited within days of Blaze opening. Pros: extremely friendly staff, fast & efficient pizza prep, fresh & delicious toppings & crust, clean space, healthy options. Cons: a little light on the toppings, especially the cheese (probably will improve over time, as the kid was clearly still learning); terrible acoustics, so you can hardly hear the staff ask you questions. We ordered 4 specialty pizzas (for 4 adults & 2 toddlers, which was the perfect amount) and they were all great!!! read more
