Today I got the chicken enchiladas and the kale salad and they were unreal good. I love that they have healthy options! This location is a lot bigger than others so there is tons of seating. My food came out quick and all of the staff were super friendly!

The interior is bright and fun. They're in the strip mall at 86th with the Noral Target, so there was plenty of parking. We each ordered separately, but they nicely put our order on the same overall table ticket so that it was delivered at roughly the same time. I hadn't been here before, and was excited to try it. You order at the front counter then they bring it to our table. The menu can be a little daunting if you aren't sure what you want. I chose a chicken enchilada bowl, but was then told they were out of cheese. Nothing else was jumping out at me, so I just ordered the avocado toast. (see pics) Our food came fairly quickly. I will say, my coworkers' dishes looked good. I was pretty disappointed with my avocado toast. For $9, it was a sinlgle slice of bread, only very lightly toasted. The jammy egg was maybe 1 hard boiled egg, chopped up on top, and it was cold. It did have shredded cheese over it (not sure why that couldn't have been used in my enchilada bowl?) . It also tased like it had a lot of "everything bagel" spices on it, and was overall fairly salty. So it was a little disappoining. And I left hungry. But I wasn't in the mood to order anything else. My coworkers had sweet potato fries (I tried some - really good!), and different bowls that looked good, so I would give them another try sometime, but the avocado toast did not live up to expectations. #ReviewsByRL

I personally thought it was more of a healthy food store so I was a little bit reluctant to go inside but a friend and I met up and went for dinner. I arrived and was greeted by Da'Shawn who was behind the counter and he had great energy (along with his fellow coworkers) and was very helpful when choosing my ingredients for my build-your-own-bowl. I ended up doing a mixture of rice/spring mix lettuce for the base, chicken, tomato's, sweet potatoes, broccoli and a hint of blue cheese. I topped it off with a drizzle of their Thai vinaigrette. I also had to get a banana & strawberry smoothie which was so good and not watery. 10/10.

I went with the Shroomami: It's packed with organic wild rice, shredded kale, raw beets, cucumbers, and basil. The warm portobello mix and roasted sesame tofu provide such a satisfying, meaty texture. What really ties it all together is the miso sesame ginger dressing. The spicy sunflower seeds give it the perfect crunch in every bite. I ordered an extra dressing because the kale is so dense. This is a great spot for something healthy that doesn't leave you feeling weighed down afterwards.

The sweet lady at the window kept saying "they" as she was talking, so I doubt it was the owner. She said because they open up later in the morning, they discontinued breakfast service. It's just pastries and regular coffee. No speciality drinks. No tea. Just coffee. I'm a huge fan of homemade pastries so I tried two - the cinnamon roll and pound cake. She heated the cinnamon roll in the microwave and it came out ooey gooey and delicious looking. Taste wasn't what I'm used to getting from the mall food court, but it was good. My issue was the texture. I think the microwave made it tough. I was super excited about the pound cake.... but I was disappointed to see that it was actually "coffee cake". The swirl, spices, crumb topping were a dead giveaway. But I like coffee cake too, so I took a bite. Further disappointment followed...it tasted freezer burned. Each pastry was $1...which was delightful to hear. I wish I had enjoyed them a bit more, though. I hoping it was just an off day. I'm gonna try it again, one day.
