The shop has some gravel parking outside, outdoor seating, and limited indoor seating. Once you walk-in, you will find the menu to the left of the door and above the counter. You will order with the staff, check-out, and wait for food. I ordered the #1 combo with comes with a slice of pizza, 2 breadsticks, and a drink. The pizza here is fantastic, always has been. I like a thin crust and this is what they excel at. The buffalo chicken is amazing. My personal favorite is their supreme (they call it Deluxe). Call ahead is best if you have a large order, as they are very busy at peak times. When we order for parties or gatherings at my place of employment, the expectation from everyone is Napoli's. This place is amazing. It may not look like much on the outside, but goodness, the food and staff are truly wonderful. The seating was comfortable and clean. I went in looking for a good slice and ended up getting a Stromboli and a slice. Then, after talking to other customers, I also got a lasagna to go. Everything was hands down the best I have had in a long time. Thank you all for auch an amazing experience and a couple of really good meals. I can't wait to go back again! Wasn't sure what a stuffed meat pizza was so I asked. I did't get a clear answer. It's a HUGE calzone. Waaayyyyyy too much dough. I wanted a regular pizza with. double pepperoni, double bacon and sausage. I got an 18" double pepperoni and sausage with NO BACON! Half of the pizza had nothing but dough. The price was fair, the delivery girl nice. They knew the delivery was to a hotel so anyone with a brain should have put plates, utensils and napkins with the delivery order. Affordable prices. I give it a 3 because of customer service. They have 1 person there who is rude. Unfortunately that 1 person can make the company look bad. I have been going here for a few years and have given this person chance after chance. No changes. Maybe the owner does not know but his wife is very rude she probably should NOT be taking orders. Rethink it. Her attitude and tone are not necessary. Train train training is needed. Other than that the pizza salad breadstick and specials are all very reasonable and good. read more

My first review of 2018, WOOT WOOT! Napoli's is on the far east side of Indy. I've only had their calzones and pizzas so I can't speak on their entire menu, but their pizzas and calzones are BOMB!!!!! Everything is put in the oven right in front of you. The staff is always super nice as well. We ordered an 18" pizza, breadsticks stuffed with pepperoni and a 2 liter for $20!! It also came with cheese sauce. As my grandma would say, "you can't beat that with a stick" HA! If you like pizza, you'll like Napoli's for sure. read more

Good pizza and breadsticks- service could use some improvements! The place is small so most people get the food to go even though they do have some seating. You get in line and an employee shouts out NEXT- yelp tip- be ready to order. They have a lunch special of one slice with two breadsticks and a drink- I had ordered a slice of pepperoni with plain breadsticks. I ended up with a slice of pepperoni with pepperoni breadsticks. I went with two coworkers and I ordered second but ended up getting my food last. Some of the staff seemed friendly but others were very short with others. Next time- I will probably get it to go as it is limited seating and only up the street from my job. read more

Delicious! I got the lasagna with garlic bread and it was so dang good. I love good lasagna. It was full of meat, sauce, and cheese. My oldest had the fettuccine alfredo and she devoured it. My youngest loved it too. My middle got the spaghetti with meatballs and she inhaled it. None of us really ate the garlic bread. We loved our main courses too much to fill up on bread. My middle and I, however, loved the pepperoni breadsticks with cheese sauce. The cheese sauce was bomb. It was that cheese sauce that has a little kick. You know what I'm talking about. The good stuff! My youngest ate all of our meals and approved of them all. We will definitely go back and we will take the husband next time. They also have sandwiches, which I will have to postpone for another visit. There was a spicy Italian that sounds like it may be right up my alley. Oh and they also have calzones. I will have to put the Stromboli on that third visit. The salads sound really great too. I will probably have to try those too. I didn't have much interaction with the staff since I put my order in online, but they were working really hard from the looks of what I did see and the two that I spoke with were pleasant and kind. I ordered online I ordered a pizza and a salad and breadsticks well I thought I ordered the order of breadsticks but I end up only ordering a single so when I got to the restaurant I sent my daughter in to get the order when she got in the restaurant no one was wearing gloves so when my daughter made it known about the gloves the lady in charge got upset with her and my daughter said that the order of breadsticks should've been four not one so my daughter said she would pay the difference for the breadsticks while on the phon with me while making this transaction so instead of charging the difference she charged my dau for 3 breadsticks which was more than ordering a order on top of me already paying for one breadstic I paid over 6 dollars for 4 breadsticks all because of poor service!! read more

Microwaving styrofoam plates to heat up food is not good. Someone should let them know that's not a great practice to prevent people from getting cancer or something. That being said had the spicy Italian sub and it was awesome. I'd come back for sure just don't get the pasta or meatballs because it might have some microwaved styrofoam particles in it. read more

Love this pizza joint. Was originally founded by a good man named Manny. Now ran by his family. Best breadsticks I've ever had. Pepperoni stuffed or regular. Both are amazing. Their calzones are never to be outdone. Always piping hot, cheesy, and delicious (My personal favorite). They make several different kinds of pizza. From their sausage pizza, to their bbq ckn, every pizza is handmade with freshly made dough. They do everything in house. Including fresh chopped salads!
